利用X射线衍射(XRD)、透射电镜(TEM)、差示扫描量热(DSC)和室温压缩试验等分析手段,通过替代(Ti40Zr20Cu8Ni9Be18Al5)和掺杂[(Ti40Zr25Cu8Ni9Be18)0.95Al0.05)]两种元素添加方法,研究了5%(摩尔分数)Al元素对Ti40Zr25Cu8Ni9Be18非晶合金铸态组织、热稳定性和力学性能的影响。替代和掺杂的Al元素使直径为3mm的非晶合金棒状试样中分别析出了纳米晶和准晶。Al替代Zr使非晶合金薄带试样的过冷液相区从46K升高到50K,而以掺杂方式添加时却使其降低为31K。替代方式添加的Al元素使非晶合金的压缩断裂强度从1924MPa提高到2121MPa,但塑性应变从3.9%降低到了0.2%;而掺杂方式添加的Al元素使非晶合金强度降低为1475MPa,并呈现零塑性。  相似文献

以Fe_(41)Co_7Cr_(15)Mo_(14)C_(15)B_6Y_2非晶合金为基体,通过掺杂Co_(65)Cr_(15)Zr_(10)W_(10)非晶合金成功获得了低热导率的Fe基大块非晶合金。利用四探针电阻率测试仪和激光闪射热导率测试仪分别测量合金的室温电阻率和25~150℃下的热导率。研究Co_(65)Cr_(15)Zr_(10)W_(10)非晶合金掺杂对电阻率和热导率的影响以及热导率随温度的变化关系。结果表明:在25~150℃范围内,Fe基大块非晶合金热导率随温度升高呈线性增加。Co_(65)Cr_(15)Zr_(10)W_(10)非晶合金的掺杂导致Fe基大块非晶合金的热导率和电阻率降低,当掺杂含量高于10 at%后,热导率趋于稳定。掺杂主要引起常温下声子热导率的变化,对电子热导率影响很小。提出了通过晶化温度Tx推算Fe基大块非晶合金常温下热导率的公式,声子热导率与Tx之间的关系符合Y=0.06756X-37.31568,总热导率与Tx之间的关系符合Y=0.06228X-30.58814。  相似文献

在三元Fe-B-Y合金系中,以团簇线判据设计了5个基础合金成分,即5条成分线Fe8B3-Y,Fe8B2-Y,Fe83B17-Y,Fe6B-Y和Fe9B-Y与一条团簇线Fe12Y-B的交点.在此基础上加入微量Nb和M(M=Ti,Hf, Ta,Mo,Ni和Sn)形成五元合金,用铜模铸造方法制备出直径为3 mm的合金棒.考虑到元素B和Y在合金制备过程中的损耗,对每个合金进行了成分修正.在M=Ti,Hf,Ta和Mo时,能够形成块体非晶合金的三元基础成分均接近Fe8B3-Y与Fe12Y-B两条团簇线交点成分,表明其对应的基础团簇为Archimedes八面体反棱柱Fe8B3.最佳非晶成分为(Fe69.9B24.6Y5.5)96Nb2Ti2,其Tg=944 K,Tx=997 K,Trg=0.666.当M=Ni和Sn时,均没有得到块体非晶合金.  相似文献

以Hf和Ti作为替换元素对Zr60Cu20Nil0Al10非晶合金进行了掺杂(替换法)研究.结果表明,掺杂元素含量有一最佳范围,其中,Ti的最佳含量约为2%(原子分数)左右,而Hf的最佳含量为3%.在最佳含量时二者都具有明显的扩大合金过冷温度区间ΔTx的作用.超过最佳掺杂量,会使非晶相变得不稳定,促进某些晶化相的形成,从而降低ΔTx.当采用Hf和Ti两种元素的最佳含量联合掺杂时,稳定非晶相的作用更加明显,并且ΔTx提高的幅度大于两种元素单独掺杂时的效果.ΔTx最大(144℃)的成分为:Zr60Cu20Ni8Al7Hf3Ti2,该合金Tg=357℃,Tx=501℃,Trg=0.59.  相似文献

采用铜模喷铸法制备了φ4 mm×80 mill的Cu60Zr30Ti10、(Cu60Zr30Ti10)98 Sn2和(Cu60Zr30Ti10)98Y2合金棒试样.用X射线衍射仪(XRD)和差式扫描量热仪(DSC)分析了三合金内部结构及热稳定性.结果表明:合金元素Y、Sn均能提高Cu60Zr30Ti10合金的非晶形成能力,但添加Y的效果更佳.所制备的φ4 mm(Cu60Zr30Ti10)98Y2合金棒为完全非晶结构,且其热稳定性高于另外两种合金;非晶态(Cu60Zr30Ti10)98Y2合金的显微硬度低于由晶相/非晶组成的(Cu60Zr30Ti10)98Sn2、Cu60Zr30Ti10合金,且在该系列合金中,随着析出晶相增多,合金显微硬度下降.  相似文献

采用铜模铸造方法研究了Nd70-x Fe20Al10Y,(x=0,5,10,15)合金的非晶形成能力。Nd70Fe20A10和Nd60Fe20Al10Y10具有较大的非晶形成能力,在普通铜模铸造条件下,至少可以制备出直径为3mm的块状非晶。随合金元素Y的增加,合金的热稳定性提高,在x=15%(原子分数,下同)时,合金Nd55Fe20Al10Y15表现出明显的玻璃转变现象,玻璃转变温度瓦、晶化温度Tx和过冷液相区△Tx分别为777K,830K和53K。Y的加入对Nd70-xFe20Al10Yx块状非晶合金的硬磁性能影响很大,矫顽力(Hc)随Y的加入单调减少,在Y=15%时表现为软磁特征。还讨论了影响非晶形成能力和磁性等因素。  相似文献

在铜模铸造条件下制备了直径为5mm的Fe48-xNixCr15Mo14C15B6Y2(x=1,3)和7mm的Fe46Ni2Cr15Mo14C15B6Y2的块状非晶合金。通过XRD和DSC分析,Fe48-xNixCr15Mo14C15B6Y(x=1,2,3)非晶合金的过冷液相区宽度分别为43.8℃、46.1℃和35.2℃。经力学性能测试,压缩断裂强度分别达到了2997MPa、2881MPa和2850MPa。  相似文献

对以Zr65Cu17.5Al7.5Ni10为基体的非晶合金中添加微量廉价的Fe元素,采用铜模吸铸法在不同电压下制备出直径 3 mm大块非晶合金.利用X 射线衍射(XRD),扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和微机控制电子式万能试验机等技术手段研究了不同吸铸电压对Zr60Cu17.5Al7.5Ni10Ti5大块非晶合金的微观结构、玻璃形成能力、压缩力学性能以及断口形貌的影响.结果表明非晶材料的性能与吸铸电压有着密切相关的联系.  相似文献

采用铜型铸造法制备直径为12mm的Ti35Zr30Be27.5-xCu7.5Cox(x=3.5,7.5,11.5)系列块体非晶合金。采用X射线分析(XRD)、差示扫描量热仪(DSC)研究了Co元素含量变化对Ti-Zr基合金的非晶形成能力、结构变化以及热稳定性的影响。结果表明,随着Co元素替代部分Be元素(x=3.5,7.5),合金的非晶形成能力由5mm显著提高到12mm,进一步增加Co元素含量(x=11.5)时,非晶形成能力迅速降低,其形成能力不足5mm;但随着Co含量的变化,Ti35Zr30Be27.5-x Cu7.5Cox(x=3.5,7.5,11.5)系列块体非晶合金的玻璃转变温度Tg、晶化温度Tx分别从x=0时的636K和718K降低到x=11.5时的612K和647K。讨论了Co元素的添加对Ti35Zr30Be27.5-xCu7.5Cox(x=3.5,7.5,11.5)合金结构变化的影响。  相似文献

采用大气等离子喷涂技术成功在Fe普碳钢基材上制备了含有不同质量分数Al2O3-13%Ti O2颗粒的Fe基非晶复合涂层,其中Fe基非晶相成分为Fe71Cr5B4Si4Ni3Mo3W10(wt%),并对涂层的微观结构、显微硬度和耐蚀性能进行了研究。在Fe基非晶相与Al2O3-13%Ti O2陶瓷相界面观察到Fe、Ti、W、Al和O元素的互扩散现象,这种微区冶金结合减少了由于第二相的加入导致的涂层孔隙并增加了相间的结合强度。当加入的Al2O3-13%Ti O2质量分数≥16 wt%时,涂层的显微硬度升高≥20%;复合非晶涂层在10 wt%Na OH溶液中的耐腐蚀性能高于1Cr18Ni9Ti不锈钢。  相似文献

Magnesium with oxides or transition elements prepared by mechanical grinding under H2 (reactive mechanical grinding) showed relatively high hydriding and dehydriding rates when the content of additives was about 20 wt%. Ni, Fe2O3, and Fe were chosen as the oxides or transition elements to be added. Ti was also selected since it was considered to increase the hydriding and dehydriding rates by forming Ti hydride. Samples Mg-14Ni-3Fe2O3-3Ti (Sample A) and Mg-14Ni-2Fe2O3-2Ti-2Fe (Sample B) were prepared by reactive mechanical grinding, and their hydrogen storage properties were compared. The activated Sample A had a little smaller hydriding rate than the activated Sample B, but a higher dehydriding rate than the activated Sample B. Sample A exhibits quite a larger dehydriding rate and quantity of hydrogen desorbed for 60 min than any other Mg-xNi-yFe2O3-zM (M=transition metals) samples. An addition of a relatively larger amount of Ti is considered to lead to quite a high hydriding rate and a high dehydriding rate of Sample A.  相似文献

研究了机械合金化过程中Fe-Al-Ti-B四元粉体的结构演变,讨论了其合金化机制.研究表明,Fe-Al-Ti-B四元粉体的机械合金化通过Al、Ti、B原子向Fe晶格中扩散形成Fe(Al,Ti,B)过饱和固溶体.在机械合金化的早期(<10h),形成包覆结构的复合颗粒,合金化尚未进行.在机械合金化的中期(10-60h),首先形成具有几个同心圆环结构的复合颗粒,然后环状结构消失,同时Fe(Al,Ti,B)晶格常数迅速增加,但成分均匀化过程缓慢.在机械合金化的后期(60-80h),主要发生复合颗粒内部的成分均匀化过程,球磨80h后,复合颗粒内部各组元的成分已经非常均匀.Fe(Al,Ti,B)晶粒细小(6.8nm),晶格畸变严重,具有近似非晶态的结构.由于Ti、B元素的添加,Fe-Al-Ti-B四元粉体晶粒细化速率更快,但合金化速率明显降低.  相似文献

The melt spun ribbons of Al-La-Y-Ni(Fe)quaternary alloys were prepared by a single-roller melt spinning technique in vacuum.Their amorphous nature,mechanical propertiesand tensile fracture surface morphology were investigated.The experimental results showthat amorphous alloys with high strength and good ductility as well as good thermalstability can be achieved in Al-La-Y-Ni(Fe)system,when the alloy contains 85—90at.-% Al and less than 10 at.-% La+Y.The maximum tensile fracture strength(σ_f)and microhardness(HV)are as high as 760 MPa and 294 DPN,respectively.The as-quenched ribbons can be bent 180 degree without fracturing.The dominant factors forformation of amorphous Al-La-Y-Ni(Fe)are the strong attractive interaction among Al,La,Y and a decrease of melting temperature.  相似文献

利用快速凝固法制备Ti12Zr10Si5Fe2Sn非晶合金条带,采用XRD、TEM、SEM及拉伸试验机等手段研究其组织结构和力学性能。结果显示:该非晶钛合金力学性能优良,其抗拉强度高达399 MPa,屈服应力为329 MPa,断裂延伸率为2.5%,弹性模量为39 GPa,较晶态金属更接近于人体骨的弹性模量,另外对其断口形貌进行观察分析。  相似文献

Many amorphous alloys have been developed to date,but the low plasticity has limited their application.To achieve an amorphous alloy with high plasticity,a series of(Ti40Zr25Cu9Ni8 Be18)100-xTMx(x=0,1,2,3,4 at.%,TM=Nb,Y)alloys were designed to study the influence of Nb and Y addition on the plasticity.The amorphous samples were prepared using the vacuum melting and copper mold casting process.The microstructures,glass forming ability and mechanical properties of the alloys were investigated by X-ray diffractometry(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),high-resolution transmission electron microscopy(HRTEM),depth-sensitive nanoindentation,and uniaxial compressive test.The plasticity of different bulk amorphous alloys was investigated by measuring the plastic deformation energy(PDE)during loading.The relationship between the PDE value and plasticity in bulk amorphous alloys was explored.Results show that Nb addition decreases the PDE value and promotes the generation of multiple shear bands,which significantly increases the fracture strength and plasticity,while the addition of Y element reduces the fracture strength and plastic strain of the alloy.  相似文献

通过PCT设备和XRD对掺杂Ti和Fe的LiAlH4试样进行了研究.结果表明:掺杂Ti和Fe都明显地降低了LiAlH4的放氢温度、放氢量和放氢速率,其中掺杂5mol?试样的放氢温度降低最低,并且放氢量明显地高于掺杂Ti试样的放氢量;和掺杂5 mol% Ti的试样相比,掺杂5 mol?的试样在第一分解阶段的分解速率明显低于前者;对于经过250 ℃热分解后的掺杂5 mol% Fe和1、3、5 mol%Ti的试样的XRD分析结果显示,掺杂催化剂并没有引起晶体结构的变化,也没有发现Ti和Fe相或含Ti和Fe的第二相的存在  相似文献

利用嵌入原子方法研究了掺杂第三组元(Cr,Mo,W)的Ti3Al合金的结构性质、形成焓以及力学性能,结果表明,计算得到的合金形成焓与体积都随掺杂浓度的增加而减小,并且不同掺杂元素对合金的力学影响各不相同,低量掺杂Mo和W元素会减少合金的硬度,Cr替代Ti晶位会增强合金的硬度,其计算结果与相应的实验结果相吻合。  相似文献

During exposure of pure Ta to temperatures up to 1800 °C pronounced grain growth combined with embrittlement becomes a major problem. Doping with elements which form nanometer to submicron sized oxide or silicide particles is an appropriate way to prevent, or at least to hamper, uncontrolled grain growth. In the present paper the effects of doping with varying combinations of Si and Y on microstructure and mechanical properties of cold-worked and annealed Ta have been investigated. For these purposes methods including small-angle neutron scattering and transmission electron microscopy as well as light-optical microscopy have been applied. Ta samples doped with Si show a higher hardness and strength than those doped with Y or made from pure Ta powder. However, the grain growth behaviour of all alloy variants is rather similar. The particle size distributions of doped Ta change significantly with varying annealing treatments as coarsening and dissolution of the prevailing particles (oxides and silicides) take place. Therefore, particles do not play a significant role in grain growth kinetics at temperatures as high as 1800 °C. However, this loss in retarding force is partially compensated for by an increased solution drag stemming from elements in solid solution.  相似文献
