为了提高沥青混合料的搅拌效率和搅拌均匀性,采用EDEM离散元软件仿真分析和试验研究相结合的方法对投料工艺参数进行了研究,所得结果表明:投料位置影响原材料在搅拌器内的初始分布均匀性,横向中央布置的投料位置搅拌效果要优于横向单侧和轴向端部两种;投料持续时间影响着材料进入拌锅的速率,随着投料持续时间的延长,混合料的搅拌均匀性有所改善。  相似文献

沥青路面早期病害中,有许多是由于沥青混合料的温度离析造成的,这样保证沥青混合料的温度一致性成为避免一些病害的基础,温度不均匀同样降低路面的再生质量,因此,一般需要配置新沥青混合料保温仓对新沥青混合料进行加热与保温,保证其适宜的温度。本文利用ANSYS软件对保温仓进行温度场仿真,以验证其保温效果。  相似文献

本文结合沥青搅拌器的搅拌理论,首先对粉料投料位置与搅拌均匀性的关系进行理论分析;然后分析目前厂家广泛使用的搅拌器的几种粉料投料位置所存在的缺陷与不足,并针对存在的缺陷进行理论分析,在分析的基础上提出相应的改进措施,最后利用EDEM离散元软件对目前采用的粉料投料位置和改进后的粉料投料位置进行模拟和验证,模拟仿真结果表明改进后的粉料投料位置可以有效提高混合料的搅拌均匀性和降低搅拌时间。  相似文献

基于数字图像处理技术,分析多孔沥青混合料试件的断面数字化信息,研究混合料的旋转压实特性。以粗集料水平的分布特征、改进的颗粒面积比和空隙率的分布等特性描述混合料的均匀性,为研究多孔沥青混合料的均匀性提供参考。结果表明,在足够的旋转压实功下,粗集料截面几何中心对称且沿直径方向分布均匀。空隙率沿试件高度方向呈两端大、中部低分布。  相似文献

基于沥青混合料的材料组成及分布,采用扫描电镜(SEM)测定热拌沥青混合料中集料表面裹附的沥青膜厚度,并提出一种拌和和易性评价指标.采用集料分布均匀性和压实度测试结果进一步验证和分析不同热拌沥青混合料拌和和易性的变化规律.结果表明:沥青种类、级配类型及拌和温度对热拌沥青混合料拌和和易性影响作用不同;沥青膜在集料表面裹附得越均匀,热拌沥青混合料的拌和和易性就越好,集料分布的离散性越小,热拌沥青混合料成型的压实度越大.  相似文献

The aim of this study is to examine the effect of a major domestic energy efficiency refurbishment programme on domestic space heating fuel consumption. The case study dwellings were monitored either before or after (or both) the introduction of energy efficiency retrofit measures such as cavity wall insulation, loft insulation, draught stripping and energy efficient heating system. Property and utility consumption data were collected and half-hourly living room and main bedroom temperatures were monitored for 2–4 week period over two winters from a total of 1372 households selected from five major urban areas in England. Space heating fuel consumption was normalized to account for variation in the indoor–outdoor temperature difference and the dwelling floor area. The findings show that cavity wall and loft insulation can reduce the space heating fuel consumption by 10% in centrally heated properties and 17% in non-centrally heated properties. However, the introduction of a gas central heating system, although theoretically more efficient, has no significant impact in reducing fuel consumption even after adjusting for increased internal temperature.  相似文献

The city of Denizli is in the 3rd climatic region in Turkey and there is a heating requirement for a period of approximately five months. During this period, thermal insulation of buildings is very important in minimizing the energy usage and reducing emission. In this study, environmental impact of optimum insulation thickness in external walls has been investigated for the case of Denizli, Turkey. In the calculations, coal was used as the fuel source and the expanded polystyrene as the insulation material. The results proved that when the optimum insulation thickness was used, energy consumption was decreased by 46.6% and the emissions of CO2 and SO2 were reduced by 41.53%.  相似文献

Cooling and heating load calculations for air-conditioned and heated buildings have been calculated for three different cities in Jordan, representing three climatic regions; namely, Irbid, Amman and Aqaba. To analyze the insulation effect of buildings, for each region four combinations of wall and ceiling insulation were considered: no insulation; only wall insulated; only ceiling insulated; and both ceiling and wall insulated. The results showed that the average monthly heating load was reduced when only walls were insulated; however, this has a negative impact on the average monthly cooling load. In the case where only the ceiling was insulated, both the monthly cooling and heating loads were reduced. A comparison showed that with both wall and ceiling insulated, the energy requirements could be reduced by more than 40%. In Aqaba, with both walls and ceiling insulated, there would be no need for any heating during the whole year and in both Amman and Irbid there were at least four months in which there would be no need for either heating or cooling.  相似文献

Aluminum curtain wall system is commonly used in high-rise residential complex. For the energy-efficient curtain wall system, the insulation performance of the fastening unit, which enjoins the curtain wall unit to the slab, should be improved because in Korea, hot water pipes for radiant heating are typically installed on the slab in residential buildings. However, this fastening unit composed of metals with high thermal conductivity, acts as a thermal bridge that increases heat loss. Therefore, in this study, we aim to develop a more effective insulation method for the fastening unit. Three alternative fasteners coated with urethane foam and insulation paint were selected (Case 1: using the existing fastener; Case 2: coating the upper part of fastener with urethane foam; Case 3: coating the entire surface of fastener with insulation paint; Case 4: coating the upper part of fastener with urethane foam and the lower part with insulation paint). The heat loss and economical efficiency of each case were analyzed through the three-dimensional annual transient heat transfer simulation and payback period method, respectively. Case 4, compared to Case 1, was found to show the best performance of reducing the annual heat loss by 8.14%. From an economical efficiency perspective, however, Case 2 was found to have the shortest payback period of 2.27years.  相似文献

This article aims at studying the impact of many construction parameters of a flat on its energy performance and thermal comfort. The studied parameters are: the envelope thermal insulation, the orientation, the floor level, the ground coupling, the roof and the external walls absorption coefficient and the controlled mechanical ventilation. The TRNSYS based numerical study is performed in six different climates ranging from cold to desert one. The numerical model has been validated against experimental results obtained from summer and winter long term monitoring campaigns of the flat located in the Marrakech city, Morocco. The apartment’s heating and cooling loads as well as thermal discomfort indexes are calculated for the possible eleven configurations combining the studied parameters. The results show that high thermal insulation of the walls leads to an apparent summer overheating with an increase in the flat’s total thermal load by up to 18% in all the considered climates, except for the cold one. It was found that the walls’ light thermal insulation resulting from the cavity wall technique is sufficient to reach an acceptable level of thermal comfort thus preventing summer overheating. Similarly, thermal insulation of the slab-on-grade floor was found to perform an increase in thermal load for hot and moderate climates by at least 67%. The best combination of all the studied energy efficiency measures for each climate conditions was evaluated via comparison to a reference case that represents the actual apartment.  相似文献
