针对城市区域语义及移动模式难以提取的问题,提出一种基于区域语义的城市移动模式可视分析方法用于直观地分析人群出行情况.通过提取用户通话特征,使用高斯混合模型区分基站通话模式来发现城市区域的功能性信息;进一步使用层次聚类算法对用户行为进行语义发现,分析区域用户行为规律;区域语义与用户语义结合分析,挖掘人群在区域间的移动模式.案例分析表明,该方法能有效地发现区域功能特征,结合数据能帮助分析人员发现城市间移动模式以及探索用户移动意图,得到用户移动模式和功能区域之间的联系.  相似文献

为了更好地理解电信网用户行为规律,以大规模电信网用户通信详细记录(CDR,call detail record)数据为研究对象,运用混合概率模型与特征工程方法,从用户群体与个体的角度分析了用户呼叫中的通话时长、通话频次、通联关系等多维度特征,并从小时、天、周等不同时间粒度上进一步细化,实现了对不同用户群体通话行为模式的有效发现。通过混合概率模型对用户行为中的分布特性进行建模,解决了用户通话时长、频次等分布特征难以刻画的问题。实验中采用某地区电信网的真实数据作为数据集,对比了决策树、朴素贝叶斯、SVM等常见分类算法的实验效果,证明了所提用户行为特征的有效性与计算可行性;并以快递、航班、银行等服务号码为例,对比了不同群体通信行为模式的差异性。  相似文献

用户通话产生的详细话单数据具有丰富的时空信息和社交信息,这些信息在一定程度上反映了用户的生活习惯和社交模式,对于移动通信用户画像研究具有重要意义.我们的研究是基于中国某运营商提供的10 000名用户一个月详细话单数据,本文从用户日常移动模式方面提取移动距离、回旋半径、访问点个数和移动方向熵特征,从用户社交生活方面提取通话时长、联系人数量、主叫比率和社交熵特征,利用上述特征对用户进行群体划分和构建用户词云名片,从而完成对移动通信用户的画像研究.本文使用用户话单数据为推测用户属性、理解用户特征提供了新的视角.  相似文献

移动通信行为是社会生活的重要组成部分,手机通话网络是一种重要的社交网络,深入分析手机通信网络的拓扑特征对认识社交网络和人类行为特性具有重要的意义。基于复杂网络相关理论,提出了多重时变通信网络模型,在此基础上,对一个手机通信数据集进行分析挖掘,得到了人类动力学角度的行为模式。首先构建了手机通话网络,然后从群体和个体两个尺度对网络度分布、度演化、通话时长、呼叫间隔等指标进行了研究,发现网络整体上呈现明显的无标度特征,个体行为与节点度密切相关,而群体度演化过程则显示了特定地区社会生活特征,相关结果对于社会网络分析和人类行为动力学研究具有重要的意义。  相似文献

文章主要是对手机上的通话记录数据进行分类处理,根据来电或者拨出电话的通话时长,通话间隔,通话次数等信息对通话记录进行分析,并对手机用户对通话记录的常用操作进行追踪,对其操作方法与通话类别进行分析,获得手机用户对不同通话的操作习惯,根据上述智能分析结果,使用AlarmManager服务定期提醒手机用户对不同通话进行不同操作整理,释放存储空间,使手机不因长期使用而速度变慢,同时使通话记录中永远将最重要和最紧急的通话记录保留在最前面,使用户在紧急和危险情况下可以快速找到联系电话.本软件为不同的手机用户实现了通话记录的个性化定制处理功能.  相似文献

本文将物联网技术和3G移动通信技术相结合,设计了基于3G的物联网平安家居系统。室内机可设置为在家模式和外出模式,当设置为外出模式时,室外机通过3G移动网络可与用户手机进行视频通话,用户手机也可远程查看室外机获取的图像,室内机一旦监测到煤气等出现异常时,可将异常信息及时发送至用户手机,系统实现了平安家居系统的主要功能,该系统具有一定的实用性和推广价值。  相似文献

随着移动通信技术、物联网技术和传感器技术等的快速发展,智能家居行业发展迅速。由于人们生活水平的提高,对智能家居可以提供的智能服务需求正在增加。然而,现有的智能家居系统只能根据预设的控制方法和规则简单地重复运行,并且根据用户的日常生活习惯,不能随时提供满足其个性化需求的服务。试图为智能家居提供个性化服务,使智能家居的服务能够更加灵活、智能和人性化,报告了智能家居和关联规则挖掘的研究现状,对提高Apriori算法的效率进行了研究,设计了原型系统中的数据采集和预处理,网关以及行为识别和预测3个功能模块的总体实现方案。实验结果表明,采用关联规则数据挖掘的方法可以预测智能家居环境下用户未来的行为,同时基于散列技术的Apriori算法提高了智能家居下用户行为预测过程中的效率。  相似文献

大量移动通信用户的增长,导致带宽供应不足。为了解决这个问题,本文先对LTE移动通信系统的架构、主要网元功能及其相应的接口和协议进行设计,并对LTE移动通信系统架构进行规划与配置,主要包含eNodeB基本数据、传输数据、无线数据、EPC网关APN数据、EPC接口数据和签约用户数据。在APP终端接入LTE网络后,采用MML命令法和信令跟踪法对配置数据进行核查,通过APP用户的上网和语音通话业务对LTE网络进行业务验证,使每个手机用户可以通过搭建的LTE网络接入公网进行网上冲浪和语音通话。  相似文献

Abstract This paper starts with some reflections on the policy considerations and priorities which are shaping European Commission (EC) research programmes. Then it attempts to position the current projects which seek to capitalise on information and communications technologies for learning in relation to these priorities and the apparent realities of the marketplace. 融合集成方法已经广泛应用在模式识别领域,然而一些基分类器实时性能稳定性较差,导致多分类器融合性能差,针对上述问题本文提出了一种新的基于多分类器的子融合集成分类器系统。该方法考虑在度量层融合层次之上通过对各类基多分类器进行动态选择,票数最多的类别作为融合系统中对特征向量识别的类别,构成一种新的自适应子融合集成分类器方法。实验表明,该方法比传统的分类器以及分类融合方法识别准确率明显更高,具有更好的鲁棒性。  相似文献

Development of software intensive systems (systems) in practice involves a series of self-contained phases for the lifecycle of a system. Semantic and temporal gaps, which occur among phases and among developer disciplines within and across phases, hinder the ongoing development of a system because of the interdependencies among phases and among disciplines. Such gaps are magnified among systems that are developed at different times by different development teams, which may limit reuse of artifacts of systems development and interoperability among the systems. This paper presents control charts models and the necessary simulation software for the location of economic values of the control parameters. The simulation program is written in FORTRAN, requires only 10K of main storage, and can run on most mini and micro computers. Two models are presented - one describes the process when it is operating at full capacity and the other when the process is operating under capacity. The models allow the product quality to deteriorate to a further level before an existing out-of-control state is detected, and they can also be used in situations where no prior knowledge exists of the out-of-control causes and the resulting proportion defectives.  相似文献

Going through a few examples of robot artists who are recognized worldwide, we try to analyze the deepest meaning of what is called “robot art” and the related art field definition. We also try to highlight its well-marked borders, such as kinetic sculptures, kinetic art, cyber art, and cyberpunk. A brief excursion into the importance of the context, the message, and its semiotics is also provided, case by case, together with a few hints on the history of this discipline in the light of an artistic perspective. Therefore, the aim of this article is to try to summarize the main characteristics that might classify robot art as a unique and innovative discipline, and to track down some of the principles by which a robotic artifact can or cannot be considered an art piece in terms of social, cultural, and strictly artistic interest. Although there are many arguments that logic is an appropriate tool for artificial intelligence, there has been a perceived problem with the monotonicity of classical logic. This paper elaborates on the idea that reasoning should be viewed as theory formation where logic tells us the consequences of our assumptions. The two activities of predicting what is expected to be true and explaining observations are considered in a simple theory formation framework. Properties of each activity are discussed, along with a number of proposals as to what should be predicted or accepted as reasonable explanations. An architecture is proposed to combine explanation and prediction into one coherent framework. Algorithms used to implement the system as well as examples from a running implementation are given.  相似文献

This paper provides the author's personal views and perspectives on software process improvement. Starting with his first work on technology assessment in IBM over 20 years ago, Watts Humphrey describes the process improvement work he has been directly involved in. This includes the development of the early process assessment methods, the original design of the CMM, and the introduction of the Personal Software Process (PSP)SM and Team Software Process (TSP){SM}. In addition to describing the original motivation for this work, the author also reviews many of the problems he and his associates encountered and why they solved them the way they did. He also comments on the outstanding issues and likely directions for future work. Finally, this work has built on the experiences and contributions of many people. Mr. Humphrey only describes work that he was personally involved in and he names many of the key contributors. However, so many people have been involved in this work that a full list of the important participants would be impractical.  相似文献

提出了一种基于复小波域统计建模与噪声方差估计显著性修正相结合的合成孔径雷达(Synthetic Aperture Radar,SAR)图像斑点噪声滤波方法。该方法首先通过对数变换将乘性噪声模型转化为加性噪声模型,然后对变换后的图像进行双树复小波变换(Dualtree Complex Wavelet Transform,DCWT),并对复数小波系数的统计分布进行建模。在此先验分布的基础上,通过运用贝叶斯估计方法从含噪系数中恢复原始系数,达到滤除噪声的目的。实验结果表明该方法在去除噪声的同时保留了图像的细节信息,取得了很好的降噪效果。  相似文献

蒙古语言是中国蒙古族使用的通用语言,由于蒙古文区别于其他文字的书写方式和其自身变形机制等特点,在很多通用的文字处理引擎中都不被支持。在嵌入式产品开发与应用领域中Linux加QTE已经成为流行方式。该文给出了一种在QTE环境上实现基于标准Unicode的蒙古文点阵显示和变形算法, 并自定义了支持蒙古文的QTE组件,扩展了QTE功能,为在Linux加QTE方式的嵌入式体系结构中处理蒙古文提供了一种解决方法。  相似文献
