目的观察隐形义齿修复前牙缺损的疗效。方法对我院收治的110例前牙缺损患者采取隐形义齿进行修复。结果所有患者隐形义齿修复后,经3年以上随访观察,除1例隐形卡环折断,1例义齿脱落,2例患者因牙槽嵴丰满,戴义齿时面部外形突出影响美观外,其余患者均表示满意,满意率达96.4%。结论采用隐形义齿修复前牙缺损无论在美观舒适、功能恢复等方面都优于传统的活动义齿,而且操作简单,价格低廉,值得推广。  相似文献

义齿基托塑料断裂、折裂是口腔修复临床最常见的问题。从简化工艺、病人舒适,成型方便等方面考虑,研制高强度的基托材料,实属最佳选择方案。本研究以现行常见口腔高分子材料为基础,研究了添加增韧剂的各种配方。研究结果表明:在现义齿基托的体系中添加一定量的甲基丙烯酸八氟戊酯(8FMA),基托材料的冲击强度可达6.02kJ/m^2,抗弯强度达58.5MPa,与现行材料相比,分别提高36.6%和18.4%,成型简  相似文献

目的:固定义齿工艺学实验课需要每名学生至少拥有一副具有统一标准的石膏模型,石膏模型上要包含制作不同种类固定修复体所需要的预备后的基牙。目前市场上面没有能够满足口腔医学技术学生在《固定义齿工艺学》实验课所需的硅橡胶印模模具。本实验从此方面入手,进行硅橡胶印模模具设计与制作的研究,让学生在实验教学中有标准统一的、制作固定修复体所需的石膏模型可用。方法:用复模硅橡胶材料作为模具的制作材料,通过专用的金属围栏与底板,真空搅拌后灌入提前制备好的模型周围,最终制作出能够满足固定义齿工艺技术实验课使用,能灌注出统一标准石膏模型的硅橡胶模具。结论:复模硅橡胶制作出的硅橡胶印模模具在学生使用过程中,不论从弹性上还是复模的准确性上,都符合实验课的使用要求,节省了学生的宝贵课堂时间,取得了显著的教学效果。  相似文献

以γ甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷偶联剂(MPS)对纳米载银磷酸锆(6S-NP3)进行表面改性,再通过溶液聚合在其表面接枝甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA),得到有机改性纳米载银磷酸锆(P-6S-NP3)。将P-6S-NP3与义齿基托树脂混合,通过3D打印制备了义齿基托复合材料。使用傅里叶变换红外光谱仪(FT-IR)和扫描电镜(SEM)对改性前后6S-NP3的结构和形貌进行了表征,考察了6S-NP3和P-6S-NP3在义齿基托复合材料中的分散情况,测试了改性前后6S-NP3的水接触角、粒径分布,以及义齿基托复合材料的机械性能和抑菌性能。结果表明,MPS和MMA已成功接枝到6S-NP3表面,改性后的6S-NP3平均粒径降低,疏水性增强,在义齿基托复合材料中的分散性更好。采用P-6S-NP3制备的义齿基托复合材料的机械性能与对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌效果明显提高。  相似文献

将IZB-GC抗菌剂采用球磨共混的办法按一定比例添加到聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)义齿基托材料中,测试不同抗菌剂用量对义齿基托材料力学性能的影响.结果表明,抗菌剂的质量分数为2%~3%时,弯曲性能最佳;抗菌剂的质量分数为2%时,拉伸性能最佳;抗菌剂质量分数为1%~2%时,压缩性能最佳;布氏硬度随着抗菌浓度的增加,有向上增加的趋势.义齿基托树脂中LZB-GC抗菌剂的最佳用量为2%~3%(质量分数).  相似文献

目的观察隐形铸造联合式义齿用于后牙缺损修复的效果。方法对kennedy氏Ⅱ类缺损的患者进行隐形铸造联合式修复。结果对30例患者进行1年以上的随访观察其临床效果,90%效果良好,10%出现隐形义齿卡环松脱,义齿基托压迫感,反复修理未缓解。结论隐形铸造联合式义齿用于后牙缺损修复,美观效果好,可恢复良好的咀嚼功能,疗效优于常规活动义齿。  相似文献

The increase in prevalence of tooth loss with the effect of population aging produces the growing need for complete dentures. The success and acceptance of complete dentures by the patient depends on sufficient retention and stability. Therefore, denture adhesives are regularly used by denture wearers to improve the function of complete denture. We evaluated the effect of three different denture adhesives (Corega, Protefix, Fittydent) on the retention of maxillary complete denture (MCD) using with digital dynamometer (DD). For this purpose, denture adhesives were applied on MCDs of 30 participants. After chewing procedure, the force was applied at 45° to the palatal surface of denture by DD. Dislodgement force was recorded by means of Newton. There were four measurements on each patient including; group of control: Group C; Group CR: Corega; Group F: Fittydent; Group P: Protefix. The result of the study was statistically evaluated by using analysis of variance (ANOVA) and Tukey HSD test. Statistics of ANOVA showed a significant difference among all the four groups (p = 0.00, <0.05). Tukey HSD test indicated that there was a statistical difference between Group F and the other groups, but there was not a significant difference between the other groups. The highest adhesive strength value was observed in group F, the lowest in group C. Use of denture adhesives improved the retentive strength of complete denture.  相似文献

研究五花泡腾片的制备工艺,以崩解时间和口感为指标,采用正交设计安排试验,对五花泡腾片处方进行筛选。结果最优处方为:原料五花浸膏用量40%,填充剂甘露醇35.5%,崩解剂枸椽酸11.7%,碳酸氢钠8.3%,矫味剂甜菊糖苷2%,2%润滑剂聚乙二醇6000,制备的五花泡腾片崩解迅速,口感良好,服用方便。结论五花泡腾片组方合理,制备方法简便可行。  相似文献

The effect of two denture cleansers (Polident® and Protefix®) on the tensile bond strength between four soft liner materials (Molloplast B®, Permaflex®, Sofreliner Tough Medium®, and GC Reline Soft®) and a conventional denture base resin was investigated. For each of the liner materials 35 test specimens were prepared according to test the requirements and assigned into seven groups (n = 5). Before tensile testing, five of the liner specimens were kept in water or soaked in two cleansing solutions during 2 and 7 d. Five other samples served as a control group subjected directly to tensile testing. The bond strength values were obtained using a universal testing machine and compared statistically. The type of failure was assessed visually. No significant difference was found between the groups for the tested conditions used (p > 0.05). The most frequent failure mode was cohesive for Molloplast and Permaflex specimens, adhesive for Sofreliner Tough Medium, and a mixed type of failure was observed for GC Reline Soft material.  相似文献

采用高效液相色谱法测定盐酸克林霉素阴道泡腾片的含量方法,色谱柱为Diamonsil C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),检测波长214 nm,0.20 mol/L磷酸二氢铵溶液(以磷酸调节pH=3.0)-甲醇(80∶50)为流动相。流速1.0 mL/min。结果表明,在51.0~408.0μg/mL范围内,线性良好,平均回收率为90.83%,RSD为0.80%(n=6)。该法操作简便,结果准确,灵敏度高,重现性好,可用于盐酸克林霉素阴道泡腾片的质量控制。  相似文献

The denture bases nanocomposites were prepared by adding organic montormollontrite(OMMT) into poly(methyl methacrylate) matrix. The resulting composites were characterized by XRD, TEM, and ISTRON 3365 flexural strength testing systems. One‐way analysis of variance and Tukey's test were used to compare the difference in flexural strength and flexural modulus. The results showed the formation of exfoliated‐intercalated and intercalated denture base nanocmposite when the content of OMMT was 3 wt % and 5 wt % in the powder of denture base resin, respectively. The maximum ultimate flexural strength was observed in denture base nanocomposite containing 3 wt % of OMMT and flexural strength decreased with further increases of OMMT content. The flexural modulus of denture base nanocomposite increased continually with OMMT content increasing from 1 wt % to 10 wt %. Significant difference in both flexural strength and flexural modulus was observed between the nanocomposites with 3 wt % OMMT and controls (n = 5, P < 0.05). © 2009 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
