This paper deals with the problems of passivity analysis and passivity‐based controller design for Markovian jump systems with both time‐varying delays and norm‐bounded parametric uncertainties. Firstly, new delay‐dependent conditions for the considered system to be passive are obtained by using a mode‐dependent Lyapunov functional and by introducing some slack variables. These conditions are expressed by means of LMIs that are easy to check. It is shown through a numerical example that the obtained passivity conditions are less conservative than the existing ones in the literature. Secondly, the passification problem is investigated. On the basis of the obtained passivity conditions, dynamic output‐feedback controllers are designed, which ensure that the resulting closed‐loop system is passive. The effectiveness of the proposed design method is demonstrated by a numerical example. Copyright © 2011 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

This paper deals with the problems of stochastic stability and H analysis for Markovian jump linear systems with time‐varying delays. In terms of linear matrix inequalities, a less conservative delay‐dependent stability criterion for Markovian jump systems is proposed by constructing a different Lyapunov‐Krasovskii functional and introducing improved integral‐equalities approach, and a sufficient condition is derived from the H performance. Numerical examples are provided to demonstrate the efficiency and reduced conservatism of the results in this paper. Semi‐Markovian jump systems, due to the relaxed conditions on the stochastic process, and its transition rates are time varying, can be used to describe a larger class of dynamical systems than conventional full Markovian jump systems. In this paper, the problem of stochastic stability for a class of semi‐Markovian systems with mode‐dependent time‐variant delays is investigated. By Lyapunov function approach, together with a piecewise analysis method, a sufficient condition is proposed to guarantee the stochastic stability of the underlying systems. As more time‐delay information is used, our results are much less conservative than some existing ones in literature. Finally, two examples are given to show the effectiveness and advantages of the proposed techniques. Copyright © 2013 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

The state estimation problem is discussed for discrete Markovian jump neural networks with time‐varying delays in terms of linear matrix inequality (LMI) approach. The considered transition probabilities are assumed to be time‐variant and partially unknown. The aim of the state estimation problem is to design a state estimator to estimate the neuron states and ensure the stochastic stability of the error‐state system. A delay‐dependent sufficient condition for the existence of the desired state estimator is proposed. An explicit expression of the desired estimator is also given. A numerical example is introduced to show the effectiveness of the given result. Copyright © 2010 John Wiley and Sons Asia Pte Ltd and Chinese Automatic Control Society  相似文献

This paper considers a delay‐dependent and parameter‐dependent robust stability criterion for stochastic time‐delay systems with polytopic uncertainties. The delay‐dependent robust stability criterion, as expressed in terms of linear matrix inequalities (LMIs), is obtained by using parameter‐dependent Lyapunov functions. It is shown that the result derived by a parameter‐dependent Lyapunov functional is less conservative. Numerical examples are provided to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed method. This paper investigates the problem of finite time stability of linear time‐varying system with delay. By constructing an augmented time‐varying Lyapunov functional and using the Wirtinger‐type inequality deductively, delay‐dependent finite time stability conditions are derived and presented in terms of differential linear matrix inequalities (DLMIs). Then, the DLMIs are transformed into a series of recursive linear matrix inequalities (RLMIs) by discretizing the time interval into equally spaced time distances, and an algorithm is given to solve the RLMIs. Examples illustrate the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method.  相似文献

This paper considers mean‐square exponential stability and H control problems for Markovian jump systems (MJSs) with time delays which are time‐varying in an interval and depend on system mode. By exploiting a novel Lyapunov‐Krasovskii functional which takes into account the range of delay, and by making use of some techniques, new delay‐range‐dependent stability result and bounded real lemma for MJSs are obtained, where the introduction of the lower bound of delay is shown to be advantageous for reducing conservatism. Moreover, a sufficient condition for the solvability of the H control problem is derived in terms of linear matrix inequalities. Finally, illustrative examples are presented to show the advantage and effectiveness of the proposed approaches. The problem of delay‐dependent robust stabilization for uncertain singular discrete‐time systems with Markovian jumping parameters and time‐varying delay is investigated. In terms of free‐weighting‐matrix approach and linear matrix inequalities, a delay‐dependent condition is presented to ensure a singular discrete‐time system to be regular, causal and stochastically stable based on which the stability analysis and robust stabilization problem are studied. An explicit expression for the desired state‐feedback controller is also given. Some numerical examples are provided to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed approach. In this paper, we propose and investigate a new general model of fuzzy genetic regulatory networks described by the Takagi–Sugeno (T‐S) fuzzy model with time‐varying delays. By using a Lyapunov functional approach and linear matrix inequality (LMI) techniques, the stability criteria for the delayed fuzzy genetic regulatory networks are expressed as a set of LMIs, which can be solved numerically by LMI toolbox in Matlab. Two fuzzy genetic network example are given to verify the effectiveness and applicability of the proposed approach. Copyright © 2011 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

By employing the information of the probability distribution of the time delay, this paper investigates the problem of robust stability for uncertain systems with time‐varying delay satisfying some probabilistic properties. Different from the common assumptions on the time delay in the existing literatures, it is assumed in this paper that the delay is random and its probability distribution is known a priori. In terms of the probability distribution of the delay, a new type of system model with stochastic parameter matrices is proposed. Based on the new system model, sufficient conditions for the exponential mean square stability of the original system are derived by using the Lyapunov functional method and the linear matrix inequality (LMI) technique. The derived criteria, which are expressed in terms of a set of LMIs, are delay‐distribution‐dependent, that is, the solvability of the criteria depends on not only the variation range of the delay but also the probability distribution of it. Finally, three numerical examples are given to illustrate the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method. Copyright © 2008 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

This paper is concerned with delay‐dependent exponential stability for stochastic Markovian jump systems with nonlinearity and time‐varying delay. An improved exponential stability criterion for stochastic Markovian jump systems with nonlinearity and time‐varying delay is proposed without ignoring any terms by considering the relationship among the time‐varying delay, its upper bound and their difference, and using both Itô's differential formula and Lyapunov stability theory. A numerical example is given to illustrate the effectiveness and the benefits of the proposed method. Copyright © 2009 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

This paper concerns delay‐range‐dependent robust stability and stabilization for time‐delay system with linear fractional form uncertainty. The time delay is assumed to be a time‐varying continuous function belonging to a given range. On the basis of a novel Lyapunov–Krasovskii functional, which includes the information of the range, delay‐range‐dependent stability criteria are established in terms of linear matrix inequality. It is shown that the new criteria can provide less conservative results than some existing ones. Moreover, the stability criteria are also used to design the stabilizing state‐feedback controllers. Numerical examples are given to demonstrate the applicability of the proposed approach. Copyright © 2007 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

The robust stochastic stability, stabilization and H control for mode‐dependent time‐delay discrete Markovian jump singular systems with parameter uncertainties are discussed. Based on the restricted system equivalent (r.s.e.) transformation and by introducing new state vectors, the singular system is transformed into a standard linear system, and delay‐dependent linear matrix inequalities (LMIs) conditions for the mode‐dependent time‐delay discrete Markovian jump singular systems to be regular, causal and stochastically stable, and stochastically stable with γ‐disturbance attenuation are obtained, respectively. With these conditions, robust stabilization problem and robust H control problem are solved, and the LMIs sufficient conditions are obtained. A numerical example illustrates the effectiveness of the method given in the paper. Copyright © 2008 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

This paper investigates the problem of stability analysis for Markovian jumping Hopfield neural networks (MJHNNs) with constant and distributed delays. Some new delay-dependent stochastic stability criteria are derived based on a novel Lyapunov–Krasovskii functional (LKF) approach. These new criteria based on the delay partitioning idea prove to be less conservative, since the conservatism could be notably reduced by thinning the delay partitioning. Numerical examples are provided to show the effectiveness and advantage of the proposed techniques.  相似文献

This paper is concerned with the problem of delay‐range‐dependent robust H filtering for systems with time‐varying delays in a range. The aim of this problem is to design a filter such that, for all admissible uncertainties, the filtering error system is robustly asymptotically stable with a prescribed H level. The desired filter can be constructed by solving a set of linear matrix inequalities (LMIs). An illustrative numerical example is provided to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method. This paper addresses the problem of robust stability of uncertain genetic regulatory networks (GRNs) with interval time-varying delays. We derive some new delay-range-dependent and delay-derivative-dependent/independent stability criteria by employing some free-weighting matrices and linear matrix inequalities. In our analysis, we carefully consider the relationship between the time-varying state delays and their bounds when calculating the upper bound of the derivative of Lyapunov functional. We hence show that, the rigorous requirement of other literatures that the time-derivatives of time-varying delays must be smaller than one is abandoned in the proposed scheme. The new criteria are applicable to both fast and slow time-varying delays. Finally, four numerical examples are presented to illustrate the effectiveness and the less conservativeness of the developed results.  相似文献

This paper aims to investigate the general decay synchronization analysis of discontinuous fuzzy neutral‐type neural networks. Under the framework of Filippov solutions, based on functional differential inclusions theory, inequality technique and by constructing a modified delay‐dependent Lyapunov‐Krasovskii functional, some new delay‐dependent criteria are provided to guarantee the general decay synchronization via the effective nonlinear feedback controller. The neural network model considered is more generalized, some previous fuzzy neural networks can be regard as the special cases. Moreover, some recent results on the delay‐independent criteria ensuring the general decay synchronization can also be extended and concluded. These can be seen from the given corollaries and remarks which are provided to make the comparisons and show the advantages. Finally, some numerical examples and simulations are provided to illustrate the correctness.  相似文献

The problem of H deconvolution filter design for a class of singular Markovian jump systems with time‐varying delays and parameter uncertainties is considered in this paper. By constructing a more comprehensive stochastic Lyapunov‐Krasovskii functional, novel delay‐dependent conditions are established to guarantee the filtering error system is not only stochastically admissible, but also satisfies a prescribed H‐norm level for all admissible uncertainties. The desired filter parameters can be obtained by solving a set of strict linear matrix inequalities. Two examples and an electrical RLC circuit example are employed to verify the effectiveness and usefulness of the proposed methods in the paper. Copyright © 2015 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

This paper is concerned with the problem of stability and stabilization of neutral time‐delay systems. A new delay‐dependent stability condition is derived in terms of linear matrix inequality by constructing a new Lyapunov functional and using some integral inequalities without introducing any free‐weighting matrices. On the basis of the obtained stability condition, a stabilizing method is also proposed. Using an iterative algorithm, the state feedback controller can be obtained. Numerical examples illustrate that the proposed methods are effective and lead to less conservative results. Copyright © 2008 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献
