采用共沉淀法制备纳米ZrO2粉末,对其进行不同温度下的热处理,并对经过热处理的粉末进行物理性能及形貌的测试分析。对经过热处理的粉末进行等离子球化处理,并对其形貌进行观测。采用等离子喷涂方法制备ZrO2涂层,对涂层形貌进行观测。结果表明在适当温度对ZrO2进行热处理可提高粉末松装密度、流动速率及表面光洁度,提高粉末和涂层的综合性能。  相似文献

将烧结NdFeB磁体进行机械破碎,得到粒径大小运用于制备粘结磁体的磁粉,其矫顽力很低.在700~1050℃的温度范围内进行热处理.实验结果表明:适当地选取热处理温度,可以显著地提高磁粉矫顽力,使其成为各向异性的高性能磁粉.用光学显微镜及SEM对热处理前后磁粉的形态进行了观察.未经热处理的机械破碎磁粉,颗粒边缘地区很细碎,并且有很多裂纹,中心区域则相当完整.热处理后,磁粉的边缘区域裂纹明显减少并趋于平整,同时出现明显的稀土及其氧化物的富集区.这表明,热处理过程中磁粉可能发生了氧化,或者是将吸附的氧转化成了稀土氧化物.  相似文献

用均相钠还原得到的纳米氮化钽粉在1 350℃进行不同时间的热处理,热处理后的粉末制成烧结体并进行阳极氧化过程。通过XRD和场发射扫描电镜分析了粉末的物相结构和形貌,研究了热处理时间和压制密度对氮化钽粉末电性能的影响。结果表明:热处理温度为1 350℃、热处理时间40min、压制密度约4g/cm时氮化钽阳极块体有较高的比容和较低的漏电流常数。  相似文献

采用扫描电镜、X射线衍射分析等实验手段 ,研究了Cu 2 %C 8%Ti(质量分数 )混合粉末在机械合金化 (MA)时的组织形态特征以及微观结构的变化规律。结果表明 ,Cu C Ti混合粉末经 48hMA后形成了Cu基过饱和固溶体 ;96hMA后 ,部分Ti、C溶质元素脱溶析出并且发生机械化学反应而生成碳化物TiC。MA导致复合粉末细化与扁平化 ,自由表面、晶界、亚晶界以及位错等晶体缺陷的急剧增加而明显地降低了扩散激活能 ,它是形成过饱和固溶体和促进第二相析出的主要原因。  相似文献

Processing of polymers depends on corrosion‐ and wear resistant tool materials being in direct contact with the feedstock material. Plastic mold steels, a special group of tool steels, are successfully applied here, offering both a good wear and corrosion resistance. The lifetime of tools used for plastic processing not only depends on wear and corrosion resistance but also on the mechanical properties of the tool material for example, its flexural strength. In this work, mechanical tests of a commercial plastic mold steel were performed and related to the heat treatment. A close correlation of the amount of retained austenite and carbides and the mechanical properties was encountered. The paper discusses strategies to optimize the mechanical properties by an adequate heat treatment with regard to the resulting corrosion and wear resistance.  相似文献

通过采用不同的热处理制度研究了时效温度和β退火温度对Ti-55531合金显微组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明:Ti-55531合金固溶加时效处理后可获得初生α相呈长条或等轴状的组织,β基体上大量析出的次生α相使其获得较高的强度,且强度随时效温度升高而显著降低,延伸率变化不明显,断面收缩率在620℃以上随着时效温度升高有所增加,但该组织状态断裂韧度偏低;β退火后可获得均匀的片状组织,具有较高的断裂韧性,抗拉强度在600~650℃之间随退火温度升高呈线性关系降低,可根据需要很方便地调整强度级别,塑性随退火温度升高变化不太明显。  相似文献

研究了固溶温度和双重时效温度对TB3钛合金棒材组织和力学性能的影响。研究结果表明,TB3钛合金棒材的抗拉强度随着固溶温度的升高而降低,其组织中的β晶粒也随着固溶温度的升高而增大。双重时效时,TB3钛合金棒材的抗拉强度随着中温时效温度的升高或低温时效温度的降低而提高;析出的α相随着中温时效温的升高或低温时效温的降低而更加细小和均匀。  相似文献

This communication demonstrates the efficacy of heat treatment on the improved deposition characteristics of aluminum alloy powders. A novel furnace was constructed for solutionizing of feedstock powders in an inert atmosphere while avoiding sintering. This furnace design achieved sufficiently high cooling rates to limit re-precipitation during powder cooling. Microscopy showed homogenization of the powder particle microstructures after heat treatment. Cold spray deposition efficiency with heat-treated powders substantially increased for the alloys AA2024, AA6061, and AA7075.  相似文献

航空气瓶要求其制作材料抗拉强度在1 080~1 280 MPa之间,屈服强度≥1 010 MPa,延伸率≥10%,断面收缩率≥35%。采用两相区固溶+时效和双重固溶+时效两种工艺,对航空气瓶用的热挤压成形TC18钛合金管进行热处理,研究了热处理制度对材料显微组织和力学性能的影响,探讨了它们之间的影响规律。结果表明,采用固溶+时效热处理获得弥散分布的针状α相,而双重固溶+时效获得片层α相和等轴α相;随着时效温度的升高,两种工艺处理的组织中初生α相均明显减少。采用固溶+时效和双重固溶+时效热处理,合金的力学性均能满足航空气瓶对材料的要求。  相似文献

研究了不同热处理工艺对Ti12LC低成本钛合金显微组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明:经分段固溶处理后,Ti12LC合金组织中出现大量的板条状次生α相,同时板条状α相的含量随着第二阶段固溶温度的降低而增多,尺寸也相应增大。同时分段固溶+时效的热处理工艺可以明显改善Ti12LC合金的冲击韧性,且当板条状α相含量约为10%时强度和塑韧性的匹配最佳。冲击断口分析表明:与常规热处理工艺相比,经分段固溶+时效处理后的Ti12LC合金,其冲击断口中纤维区和剪切唇所占比例更大,韧窝尺寸更大且深度更深。  相似文献

采用扫描电镜对316H钢中厚板冲击、拉伸试样断口进行观察,结果表明,冲击不合和屈服强度较低试样断口形貌均为脆性断裂,因断口上有大量富铬钼的σ相,严重影响了钢的塑性、韧性。分析了钢板在轧制及热处理过程中可能出现σ相的环节,对钢板热轧后的冷却速率,钢板固溶过程中的加热速度、保温温度、保温时间进行了一系列调整,调整工艺后生产的316H不锈钢中板厚度方向不再析出σ相,各个位置力学性能满足要求。  相似文献

Effect of heat treatment on the mechanical properties and the corresponding morphology changes of carbides such as (NbTi)C and Mo,Cr rich carbides in a high strength steel was studied in the paper.It was found that the strength depend more on tempering temperature than quenching temperature.While the toughness seemed to be sensitive to both quenching temperature and tempering temperature.Under the as water quenched condition,the toughness gave a peak value at the quenching temperature of 860℃.Under the as tempered condition,the toughness showed a temper brittleness at the temperature range of 230℃ to 450℃.The morphology changes of the carbides in the experimental steel were explained from the view of the thermal dynamic behavior.  相似文献

Changes in the specific surface area and porous structure of tantalum and niobium powders, which were prepared by magnesium-thermic reduction of Ta2O5, Mg4Ta2O9, and Mg4Nb2O9 oxide compounds and subjected to heat treatments at temperatures of 600–1500°C, have been studied. It is noted that, owing to the mesoporous structure of the magnesium-thermic powders, the decrease in the surface area during heat treatment, first of all, is related to a decrease in the amount of pores less than 10 nm in size. The heat treatment of a reacting mass is shown to allow us to correct the specific surface area of the powder without any increase in the oxygen content in it. Data on the effect of heat treatment conditions on the specific charge of capacitor anodes are reported.  相似文献

The influence of deformation pre-treatment (milling in a planetary mill and shock-wave treatment) of B4C powders of different size composition on their structure as well as the structure and mechanical properties of samples that have been hot-pressed from these powders is investigated. Samples of ML19 magnesium alloy with composition, wt %, (0.1–0.6)Zn–(0.4–1.0)Zr–(1.6–2.3)Nd–(1.4–2.2)Y have been investigated. The influence of Nd, Y, Zn, and Zr on equilibrium phase-transition temperatures and phase composition using Thermo-Calc software is established. The Scheil–Gulliver solidification model is also used. We show the significant liquidus temperature increase if the zirconium content in alloy is higher than (0.8–0.9) wt %. Thus, a higher melting temperature is required (more than 800°C). This is undesirable when melting in a steel crucible. The change in equilibrium fractions of phases at different temperatures in ML19 magnesium alloy with a minimum and maximum amount of alloying elements are calculated. Microstructures of alloys with different amounts of alloying elements in as-cast and heat-treated condition has been studied using scanning electron microscopy (SEM). We investigate the concentration profile of Nd, Y, Zn, and Zr in the dendritic cell of an as-cast alloy. The amount of neodymium and zinc on dendritic cell boundaries increased. A high concentration of yttrium is observed both in the center and on the boundaries of the dendritic cell. A high zirconium concentration is mainly observed in the center of the dendritic cells. A small amount of yttrium is also present in zirconium particles. These particles act as nucleation sites for the magnesium solid solution (Mg) during solidification. The effect of aging temperature (200 and 250°C) on the hardness of the samples after quenching was studied. Aging at 200°C provides a higher hardness. The change in the hardness of quenched samples during aging at 200°C is investigated. Maximum hardness is observed in samples aged for 16–20 h. The two-stage solution heat treatment for 2 h at 400°C and 8 h at 500°C with water quenching and aging at 200°C for 16 h is performed. This heat treatment enables us to get tensile strength 306 ± 8 MPa and yield strength 161 ± 1 MPa with elongation 8.7 ± 1.6%.  相似文献

以WC-8.4Co粗晶硬质合金为研究对象,通过纳米压痕、大载荷维氏硬度测试等分析手段,研究了粗晶硬质合金在热处理过程中粘结相力学性能及合金整体力学性能的变化.结果表明,热处理对粗晶WC-Co硬质合金可通过提高硬质合金粘结相的硬度而使整体硬度得到一定改善,且合金的Palmqvist断裂韧性在热处理之后也有较为明显的改善.  相似文献
