This high-graded gasoline is also provided at other three petrol stations of PetroChina in the city: Nanhu, Liuyin and Guangtie. 为拓展原油采购渠道,降低生产运营成本,广州分公司于2011年2月首次加工了伊朗南帕斯凝析油。该凝析油具有密度小、轻组分收率高,硫化氢、硫醇硫含量高等特征,在接卸、储存、输转过程中极易造成环境污染和人员硫化氢中毒等事故,对生产装置容易造成分馏塔液泛、冲塔的操作事故和产品硫含量、硫醇硫含量、硫化氢含量超标的质量事故。着重介绍了南帕斯凝析油在接卸、储存过程中的防控手段及装置加工过程中的操作防范措施,分析了南帕斯凝析油硫化氢、硫醇硫含量高对常减压蒸馏装置及其下游装置的影响,并就加工过程中出现的问题提出了解决措施。建议炼油厂尽量避免在7-10月的夏季加工该凝析油,而应选择在气温较低的11-6月加工,此外,若要大比例掺炼,须解决混合原油分层和初馏塔操作瓶颈等问题。 相似文献

中国石化国际石油勘探开发有限公司(SIPC)经过近10年的发展,实现了海外权益油气储量、产量的跨越式增长,也逐渐形成了适合自身特点的海外油气勘探开发项目管理模式--在两级管理模式的框架下,融入了大项目管理模式.该模式突出了总部作为投资和生产经营管理决策中心的地位,国家分(子)公司、大项目公司为生产活动的组织和执行中心,而大区公司成为了所辖国家公司的项目管理监督、协调服务机构.分析认为,目前国际大型石油公司采用的事业部制与职能制相结合的矩阵制结构管理模式虽然具有纵向上权力相对分散的优点,而且在横向上加大了对各个分(子)公司或部门协调、监督、管理的力度,但由于SIPC海外项目以油气勘探开发为主,下游板块的商业活动处于起步阶段,因而矩阵制结构管理模式并不适用于SIPC.针对SIPC目前两级管理模式存在的执行力不足等问题,提出需进一步改进和强化项目管理,包括完善绩效考核体系、明晰职责权限、加大国家分(子)公司整合力度、合理优化资源与人才配置等. 相似文献

油气田工程物资管理是控制投资成本的重要手段.对工程物资需求和钻井进尺的关系进行了研究,得出了其间的比值关系以及油管、套管与钻井进尺的回归公式并进行了预测;根据工程物资随机型需求控制系统模型,研究了A公司的合理库存;通过与实际库存的比对,找出了库存升高的主要原因,如工程物资需求的不确定性,原材料价格上涨,套管、油管采购量突增,A公司业务扩展及气田开发重点转移等;提出了分类采购分类管理、建立库存余料管理机制、整合资源建立联合库存管理模式、保持合理的半成品存货、充分发挥信息在物资管理中的作用等一系列管理策略. 相似文献
