针对超细振动磨机破碎过程中的细颗粒聚团问题,在对磨筒内离散体运动方式进行描述的基础上,建立了物理模型.通过对破碎产品外观显微形貌的观察和分析,认为超细振动磨机的破碎产品虽然存在团聚性,但是由于惯性力、剪切力的作用,磨筒空间内的细颗粒产品的聚团机理将发生变化.合理控制磨机磨筒的振幅和频率有助于减少产品的聚团. 相似文献

针对颤振球磨机通过运动耦合增强粉磨能力的问题,基于EDEM仿真分析了不同振幅下筒体内介质运动形态,获得了不同振幅下磨机内介质碰撞能量分布,据此得出了各振幅下磨机粉磨能力的对比,然后通过调整振动电机内偏心块夹角改变了颤振球磨机的振幅,进行了不同振幅下的粉磨实验,验证了仿真分析得到的结果。仿真与粉磨实验研究结果表明:通过调整振幅可以改变磨机筒体内研磨介质的碰撞能量分布,采用大振幅有利于粉碎较粗物料,采用小振幅有利于粉碎较细物料,在粉磨过程中调整振幅以适应物料粒度的不断变化是提高磨机粉磨效率的有效途径。 相似文献

基于频域特征提取与信息融合的磨机负荷软测量 总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2
提出了基于频域特征提取与多传感器信息融合的磨机负荷(ML)软测量新方法。针对磨矿过程主要依靠人工经验定性判断ML状态,难以定量检测ML参数的现状,通过融合磨机筒体振动、振声及驱动电机电流信号,建立了以料球比、矿浆浓度、充填率为输出的ML软测量模型。该方法首先采用快速傅里叶变换(FFT)将时域振动及振声信号转换为频谱变量,再对频谱变量通过主元分析(PCA)进行谱特征提取,然后采用径向基函数(RBF)变换生成的激活矩阵实现谱特征的非线性映射,最后采用偏最小二乘(PLS)算法建立以谱特征、激活矩阵、电流信号为输入的回归模型,从而有效克服了多传感器信息之间及RBF变换引起的多重共线性等问题。实验表明,该方法能够较准确地检测ML参数,融合多传感器的软测量方法具有更好的预测效果。 相似文献

针对湿式球磨机在磨矿过程中内部负荷靠专家经验难以准确预测的问题,提出一种基于改进的共生生物搜索(ameliorated symbiotic organisms search,简称ASOS)-极限学习机(extreme learning machine,简称ELM)的磨机负荷软测量方法。首先,利用ELM算法建立磨机负荷软测量模型,运用ASOS算法优化软测量模型的隐含层参数;其次,以筒体振动与振声信号的特征信息构建磨机负荷特征向量,并将其作为软测量模型的输入,将磨机负荷参数作为输出;最后,通过磨矿负荷检测实验和对比分析表明,磨机负荷软测量模型的负荷参数预测准确率较高,泛化能力较强,为磨机磨矿效率的提高及控制优化提供了有益的指导。 相似文献

The topography of grinding wheel has a remarkable effect on grinding process. In this paper, the topographies of two mill grinding wheels with different grain sizes were measured by using an Olympus confocal scanning laser microscope. Kolmogorov–Smirnov normality tests were carried out to obtain distribution characteristics of abrasive grains. The test results indicate that the surface of grind wheel is of non-Gaussian nature. Consequently, a non-Gaussian statistical model was proposed to simulate the mill grinding wheel topography. Simultaneously, some parameters of “Birmingham 14” were introduced to assess the grinding wheel surface quantitatively. Simulated profile of the grinding wheel is found to correspond well in appearance with that of the actual grinding wheel. 相似文献

利用ANSYS有限元分析软件对磨矿机进行建模,通过对磨矿机工作状态的分析,对磨矿机工作主体进行了简化处理,以便于计算。在工作主体加载时施加了非均匀分布压力,把衬板的质量按等效密度加到筒体及端盖上。通过对磨矿机静止、正常工作、启动3种工况的计算,得到了一个工作周期内工作主体的最大应力和变形。为磨矿机的设计、选型、力能参数优化提供了参考。 相似文献

A mathematical model of the motion of a single particle on the working surface of the disk (working body) of a centrifugal mill is presented. The model takes into account the influence of the friction force and shape and geometric parameters of the disk on the velocity of the material at the time moment of its detachment from the disk. The boundary values of the angular velocities of the accelerator disks, which depend on the friction force between a piece of rock and the working surface of the disk, are established. Exceeding these values does not lead to an increase in the detachment velocity and the efficiency of grinding, which is confirmed by experimental studies. 相似文献

This paper presents a manufacturing model of a flat-end mill using a five-axis computer numerical control (CNC) grinding machine. The profile of the helical groove can be precisely calculated using a given wheel profile and the relative movements between the workpiece and the grinding wheel. The results of the calculation of the numerical control (NC) data for all the grinding processes of the end mill are fully presented in the paper. The NC data for the machining end mill were generated from the developed program by using the given design parameters of tool geometry, wheel geometry, wheel setting, and machine setting. The effects of the design and manufacturing of the end mill were analyzed based on the computer simulation and experiment results. This study provides a practical and efficient model for the manufacturing of an end mill using a CNC grinding machine with simple programming techniques. The prediction of the end mill geometry for the designing of the proper configuration of the end mill before manufacturing and generating the NC code for machining in a CNC machine is necessary to save time and to reduce the manufacturing cost. 相似文献

A systematic research is conducted to investigate the effect of rotary cup dressing on vitrified cubic boron nitride grinding performance in grinding of nickel-based superalloys. Grinding performance is evaluated mainly in terms of specific grinding energy and radial wheel wear. The number of active grits per unit area and their slope is considered as the two grinding wheel topographical key parameters for studying grinding performance. Cup dressing conditions with various speed ratios and overlap factors were investigated. In each case, the specific grinding energy and the radial wheel wear were experimentally measured, and then the effect of changing dressing parameters on the grinding performance is analyzed. To provide a view on how various parameters influence specific energy and the importance of wheel topography and grit workpiece interaction, a new specific grinding energy model is developed. Inputs to this model are workpiece parameters, grinding process parameters, and, in particular, the grinding wheel topographical parameters. This model is validated by experimental results. The theoretical values considering the complexity of the grinding process reasonably compare with the experimental results. The effect of number of active grits per unit area and their slope on specific grinding energy and then metal removal mechanism is investigated. The results revealed that the number of active grits per unit area has less effect on specific grinding energy than grits slope. 相似文献
