以结构共振频率和结构某点的反共振频率为基础,对拓扑优化中的渐进结构优化法应用于结构损伤定位的可行性进行了研究。基于结构共振频率和反共振频率的灵敏度分析,建立了损伤定位的数学模型,提出了利用渐进结构优化法进行损伤定位的策略。针对单一和多处损伤结构,分别给出了损伤定位的数值算例,对不同的损伤结构予以讨论,并准确识别出了损伤位置。结果表明,在已经测得结构损伤前后共振频率和反共振频率的基础上,渐进结构优化法能够在整个结构区域内寻找损伤点,有较好的搜寻效果。 相似文献

为了解决某试验装置内膛的密封问题,设计了一种组合增压式密封结构,利用ABAQUS有限元软件对密封结构的工作变形进行了仿真,找出了该结构的不足,并对其进行了改进。运用ABAQUS软件对改进的结构进行了有限元计算,计算了密封结构的接触应力。结果表明,改进后的结构可以较好地满足试验装置的密封要求,该结构的成功设计对新型火炮密封结构的工程化具有参考价值。 相似文献

液压挖掘机司机保护结构对于保证操作人员的安全是十分重要的,加装司机保护结构是国产挖掘机进入欧美市场的必要条件.为使挖掘机司机保护结构制造企业在设计阶段掌握产品性能,避免设计失误,采用动态模拟方法对挖掘机司机室顶部保护结构受落物冲击过程进行了仿真,对前保护结构进行了静态模拟.建立了保护结构的非线性有限元模型,讨论了接触算法和载荷施加方法,得出了顶保护结构受冲击点的位移时间历程曲线以及前保护结构在载荷下的位移和吸能曲线.在实验台上对该结构进行了试验,试验结果和仿真结果吻合较好.保护结构的仿真为结构设计提供了依据. 相似文献

Tolerance analysis is the most important issue in computer-aided fixture design (CAFD), and it is an important part of computer-aided fixture design verification (CAFDV). This study presents a new approach for fixture tolerance analysis that is more generalised and can be used to assign locator tolerances based on machining surface tolerance requirements. The tolerance analysis is also generalised to handle any type of fixture design, workpiece, datum feature, and machining feature tolerance. The kinetic energy of the vehicle is dissipated by pulling a round rod through a circular cutting tool. The design procedure used in the selection of critical components is reviewed and a systematic method for their selection is shown. Photographs of the final design hardware are shown. A system theory approach is used to design rule-based discrete-event controllers for the sequencing of jobs in manufacturing
systems. The controller is described in terms of matrix equations that are easy to implement on a personal computer. Industrial
engineering (IE) techniques and the concepts of Petri nets (PN) are included. A standard bill of materials (BOM) is used in
the first design step to make a "task sequencing matrix". Then a resource requirement matrix is constructed to add non-shared
resources and shared resources (e.g. pallets, transport robots, and material handling machines). Non-shared resources are
controlled using inner decision loops. However, shared resources require outer decision loops for dispatching and routeing
that resolve conflicts, taking into account the specified performance measures to be optimised (e.g. percentage of idle time,
throughput, etc.). Failures are simply represented as disturbance inputs, allowing design for failure recovery. The rule-based
controller design algorithm is a step-by-step procedure with repeatability and guaranteed conflict/deadlock resolution. It
shows that the closed-loop system, once designed, is equivalent to a Petri net (PN); this gives, as a by-product, an algorithm
for PN design. Furthermore, the matrix formulation allows a rigorous analysis of deadlocks in terms of circular wait and blocking,
