为了满足各个领域中更加人性化的控制、管理、操作及监测等方面的需要,本文以单片机AT89C51作为模块的控制核心,采用语音芯片ISD2560完成系统的语音录放功能,通过分段录音、寻址播放的方法,实现了语音的分段录放、循环播放、查询播放、组合播放等功能。实验结果表明,语音地址分辨率为100ms,最大录、放时间为60s,可录、放180个字左右,语音组合无明显断续感,声音清晰、自然,并可根据需要录、放各种个性化语音,具有较好的通用性。该模块在家庭语音报警系统中得到了成功的应用。 相似文献

网络的时延抖动会造成媒体播放的不连续,本文从信宿端的角度来解决视频媒体的同步连续播放,提出了一种自适应的动态媒体播放算法.该方法在接收端设置缓冲区,根据缓冲区的占用情况动态地调整媒体的播放速率,播放速率是根据具体的媒体内同步要求选取的.另外,分析了马尔可夫调制的泊松到达情况下的排队模型,给出了缓冲区门限的选取原则.最后,用不连续性和播放失真的方差衡量同步性能,计算机模拟结果表明,该算法的同步性能优于Yuang的算法.通过选择合适的参数,该算法可以有效地防止缓冲区下溢造成的播放停顿以及缓冲区上溢造成的播放跳跃,从而实现同步平滑播放. 相似文献

In this brief, we propose a low cost fast-forward and fast-backward playback scheme for video streaming applications. By reshaping the ordinary linear encoded group-of-pictures (GOP) structure into a hierarchical structure, the transmission overhead caused by frame dependencies can be reduced. The resulting video streaming system can provide all directions video playback with any speed-up factor. This paper focuses on the optimization of network bandwidth allocation and buffer dimensioning to transport pre‐stored MPEG video data from source to playback destination across ATM networks. This is one of the most important issues in the support of video‐on‐demand (VoD) service. This paper provides a novel scheme in the dynamic allocation of bandwidth to segments of video using ABR mode. The dynamic bandwidth allocation is based on a new concept, called playback tunnel which is obtained from the traffic characteristics of the pre‐stored MPEG video trace to determine the optimum of transmission bandwidth as well as the buffer capacity to ensure that the playback buffer neither underflows nor overflows. The proposed scheme is tested with real‐life MPEG video traces. The obtained results have shown its significant performance improvement in terms of the capacity of playback buffer, the start‐up playback delay, the size of video segment and the network multiplexing gain. Fast-forward playback enables viewers to scan through the video scene of interest efficiently. One approach to realize fast-forward playback is to employ a frame-skipping transcoder which transcodes only the frames required for playback at the desired fast speed. Various motion vector composition algorithms are used to compose the new motion vectors with reduced complexity. These algorithms do not work well for dropping a large number of frames, which is very common in fast-forward playback. In this paper, a new multiple-candidate vector selection algorithm (MCVS) is proposed to select a composed motion vector from a set of candidate motion vectors, which utilizes relevant areas in the target macroblock to ensure a reliable tracking process for motion vector composition. Experimental results show that the proposed MCVS can provide fast-forward playback through video transcoding with significant gain, in terms of rate-distortion performance, especially when a large speed-up factor is required. 相似文献

We consider the transmission of variable bit rate (VBR) video over a network offering a guaranteed service such as ATM VBR or the guaranteed service of the IETF. The guaranteed service requires that the flow accepted by the network has to be conforming with a traffic envelope σ; in return, it receives a service guarantee expressed by a network service curve β. Functions α and β are derived from the parameters used for setting up the reservation, for example, from the T-SPEC and R-SPEC fields used with the resource reservation protocol (RSVP). In order to satisfy the traffic envelope constraint, the output of the encoder is fed to a smoother, possibly with some look-ahead. The resulting stream is transported by the network; at the destination, the decoder waits for an initial playback delay and reads the stream from the receive buffer. We consider the problem of whether there exists one optimal strategy at the smoother which minimizes the playback delay and the receive buffer size, given the traffic envelope α and the service curve β. We show that there does exist such an optimal smoothing, and give an explicit representation for it. We also obtain a simple expression for the smallest playback delay and playback buffer size which can be achieved over all possible smoothing and playback strategies. We show that the computation of optimal smoothing and minimum playback delay do not depend on the past. We show that separate delay equalization is optimal in the constant bit rate (CBR) case, but not otherwise. We also apply the theory to the analysis of which T-SPEC should be requested by a source-destination pair, given some playback delay and buffer constraint, and given the path characteristics advertised in RSVP PATH messages 相似文献
