在碱性介质中,痕量锰(Ⅱ)能显著催化H2O2氧化水杨基荧光酮的反应。本文据此建立了测定痕量锰的催化动力学分析法,测定条件为:4.0×10-5mol/L水杨基荧光配(SAF)0.012/H2O2,2.4×10-2mol/LNaOH,60℃。线性范围为0.1~2.0μg/L,方法检测限为0.02μg/L。测得反应表现活化能为20.78kJ/mol。测定了土壤、碳素钢及铝合金等样品中锰的含量,结果满意。  相似文献

以溶胶-凝胶法合成中孔纳米二氧化钛,考察不同光降解反应条件下其对苯酚溶液的降解效果。结果表明,反应液pH在7~9。通氧速率为1g/L,光催化剂用量为0.3~0.4g/L时,光催化降解效果最好。制备的中孔二氧化钛由于其孔状结构使光催化效率明显高于P-25。  相似文献

通过湿化学方法首先制得锂离子电池正极材料LiCoO2,以MgSO4和氨水为原料对LiCoO2进行表面包覆得到MgO包覆LiCoO2样品。扫描电镜(SEM)及光电子能谱对包覆样品的分析结果表明:MgO均匀地包覆在LiCoO2的表面;X射线衍射(XRD)图谱及晶胞参数表明:包覆MgO不改变LiCoO2的结构;电性能测试结果表明:MgO-LiCoO2比LiCoO2具有更高的可逆容量,其中当包覆量为0.5%~1.0%时,效果最好。  相似文献

本文利用加碱中和法在天然白云母基片上沉积氧化铁纳米颗粒薄层,制备出Fe2O3—云母纳米薄膜材料,并探讨了实验条件对结果的影响,总结得到Fe2O3—云母纳米薄膜材料的最佳实验制备工艺参数。结果与分析表明,工艺条件如pH、温度等因素的不同设置,将带来不同的成膜效果,如薄膜材料的均匀性、包覆率,及其颜色。实验得到的Fe2O3—云母纳米薄膜材料的最佳制备工艺为:氯化铁溶液浓度为0.2mol/l,其用量与云母粉料比为11:1;成膜过程:pH值控制在3左右,反应温度为70~80℃,滴定速度为1.0~1.4ml/min;焙烧阶段:650℃、900℃煅烧2小时,即可获得带有金黄光泽的Fe2O3—云母纳米薄膜材料。  相似文献

采用HNO3--H2SO4混合酸消化化妆品样品,氢化物发生原子荧光光谱法测定As、Hg,对仪器条件、HCl酸度、共存干扰进行了试验。As的方法检出限为0.0227μg/g,测定精密度0.9%~1.4%,回收率为96.0%~102.7%、Hg的方法检出限为0.171ng/g,测定精密度1.4%~2.0%,回收率为90.0%-105.0%。  相似文献

研究了铌反萃取液(合常量铌的溶液)中微量钽的测定。采用流动注射进样(18μL),用组成为1mol/LHCl+1%HF的溶液作为上柱液,通过阴离子交换树脂柱吸附微量钽使之与大量铌分离,之后用组成为0.66mol/LNH4Cl+0.33mol/LNH4F溶液作为钽的解吸液。解吸出的钽在缓冲液和络合剂存在下与溴邻苯三酚红-溴化十六烷基三甲胺反应,形成的紫色络合物停流3min后,在620nm和38℃条件下进行吸光度测定。方法可用于铌反萃取液中Ta2O5含量为0.05~0.5g/L的测定。样品的相标偏为±5%,回收率为90%~100%,分析速度约为7样次/h。  相似文献

本文叙述300mm×6000mm密实移动床吸附塔对新疆七三七矿地浸液的吸附工艺试验结果。试验使用201×7强碱性阴离子交换树脂,与由下进料方式的原料铀溶液呈逆流操作,其传质高度6m。原料液来自地浸生产线,铀浓度为46~49mg/L,进料空塔线速度35~45m/h,树脂工作容量58~63mg/g(干).尾弃铀浓度均<lmg/L。淋洗采用四塔串联,传质高度1.8m,淋洗剂1mol/LNaCl+0.05mol/LH2SO4,空塔线速度2m/h,合格液铀浓度6.6~7.7g/L,贫树脂含铀0.24~0.4g/L。结果表明,密实移动床吸附塔处理新疆七三七矿地浸液是适用的。  相似文献

研究采用LIX622从含砷铜/锌混合精矿加压浸出液中萃取铜的工艺过程。含Cu10~15g/L,pH=1.0~1.2的加压浸出料液,采用22.58%LIX622-煤油体系,经过3级萃取、3级洗涤和3级反萃,萃余液中含铜可降到0.3~0.6g/L,平均铜萃取率达95.40%,反萃液满足电积工艺要求。  相似文献

在小型电解槽中。研究脉冲电解法精炼铜的最佳工艺条件。脉冲电解参数为:平均电流密度500A/m^2,脉冲宽度6.0ms,脉冲间隔12.0ms。结果表明。最佳电解工艺条件:电解温度30℃;硫酸浓度140~180g/L;极间距5~6cm;氯离子添加量3.0mg/L;硫脲添加量0.5mg/L;骨胶添加量0.75mg/L;有害杂质允许含量(g/L),As^3 ≤0.1,Sb^3 ≤0.05,Bi^3 ≤0.05。  相似文献

利用废弃蛋壳制备碳羟磷灰石(简称CHAP),并用作去除废水中Pb^2+的吸附剂。考查了pH值、吸附时间、温度、吸附剂用量以及Pb^2+初始浓度等因素对吸附效果的影响。结果表明:0.6g/L的CHAP对750mg/L的Pb^2+的去除率高达99.9%,吸附容量达到1243.75mg/g。CHAP对Pb^2+吸附的吸附等温线均符合Freundlich和Langmuir两种模式,从Freundlich方程中的常数1/n=0.0184可知,该吸附反应为吸热自发反应,且反应速率快。  相似文献
