用等离子体处理和聚合法提高帘布-橡胶粘合强度 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
研究了用等离子体处理进行的几种不同类型的PET帘线的改性。聚酯帘线经过等离子体反应器中产生的脉冲表面正电晕放电或经过大气压下共面介电势垒放电处理,帘线与橡胶基质的粘合强度、机械性能和表面特性均发生明显的变化。表面放电是以帘线由氮脉冲等离子体激活为基础,随后用马来酸(MA)溶液接枝,以提高帘线与橡胶的粘合强度。研究了溶液中的MA浓度、帘线移动速度和接枝时间等3个参数。用氮与丁二烯的混合物对帘线进行等离子体聚合改性,通过脉冲表面正电晕放电可以在正常大气压下产生均匀等离子体层。结果显示,等离子体处理的帘线的静、动态粘合强度值可与用RFL标准化学处理的帘线媲美。等离子体处理对机械性能无任何影响。还研究了等离子体改性聚酯帘线的形态变化。 相似文献

研究环保型浸胶液(EPD)的应用性能。结果表明:EPD浸胶的聚酯、锦纶66和芳纶帘线具有良好的粘合性能及粘合表面,浸胶聚酯帘线的动态粘合性能达到常规D417+RFL浸胶聚酯帘线水平;与D417+RFL浸胶聚酯帘线相比,EPD浸胶聚酯帘线动态疲劳强力保持率和热老化粘合力保持率增大;EPD具有良好的稳定性。 相似文献

通过改变芳纶/聚酯复合帘线的初捻捻度比和复捻捻系数对比了复合帘线的强伸性能变化规律,并优选加捻参数,研究了芳纶、聚酯、芳结/聚酯复合帘线在不同温度下老化不同时间的静态及往复拉伸疲劳后的粘合性能和不同受力条件下动态往复疲劳后的粘合性能以及不同受力条件下动态往复疲劳后的粘合强度保持率,比较了3种帘线的耐疲劳性能。结果表明,复合帘线的静、动态老化后粘合性能均优于芳纶、聚酯帘线,耐疲劳性能比芳纶帘线略有提高,成本比芳纶帘线降低44%。 相似文献

Polybutadiene ionene (PBI) carrying quaternary ammonium ions in the main chain was synthesized from dimethylamino-terminated polybutadiene and 1,4-dibromobutane. Dimethylamino-terminated polybutadiene was prepared by the reaction of isocyanate-terminated polybutadiene with 2-dimethylaminoethanol. The swelling property and the mechanical properties of PBI were compared with those of polybutadiene urethane (PBU), which was prepared by the reaction of hydroxy-terminated polybutadiene with a diisocyanate. The following points were found: (1) PBI shows almost the same solubility parameter δp as that of PBU; (2) PBI attains a four time greater tensile strength at break than PBU at room temperature; (3) PBI shows a thermoplastic behavior. 相似文献

The use of gamma radiation has been successfully demonstrated as a powerful tool for curing of formulations of ammonium perchlorate and hydroxy-terminated polybutadiene. This is not possible by conventional methods. The porosity observed in the composite is attributed to the shrinkage of matrix localized around surface of AP particles which creates voids in the bulk. Occurence of shrinkage is in the interphase zone and is due to excessive crosslinking of polybutadiene caused by radiolytic products of AP. Incorporation of toluene diisocyanate and ferric acetyl acetonate showed loss of radiation induced porosity and increase in density, tensile strength and elongation. 相似文献

The title compound(AANTO) has been first synthesized, and its molecular structure and crystal structure have been determined. The preliminary applications in hydroxy-terminated polybutadiene propellant(HTPB) and composite modified double base propellant(CMDB) showed that replacement of part of ammonium perchlorate(AP) or HMX by AANTO could reduce the combustion temperature greatly and improve the specific impulse to some extent. 相似文献

Effects of several liquid burning rate catalysts on rheological properties of composite rocket propellants on the basis of hydroxy-terminated polybutadiene as a binder and ammonium perchlorate as an oxidizer have been examined. Theoretical explanation of the observed effects of liquid catalysts on certain rheological properties of the mentioned propellants are given. Hydrogen gas evolution method has been applied to determine the percentage of aluminium (Al) in hydroxy-terminated polybutadiene (HTPB) based composite solid propellants premix/pastes. The determination is not effected by the presence of Zn, Fe, Cu or small amounts of silicon but magnesium has been found to interfere in the analysis. 对3种具有发展潜力的硝酸酯类含能黏合剂聚(3-甲基硝酸酯-3-甲基环氧丁烷)(Poly-NIMMO)、聚缩水甘油硝酸酯(PolyGLYN)和硝化端羟基聚丁二烯(NHTPB)的绿色合成工艺和性质进行了简要评述,分析了这些黏合剂的发展前景。并采用以五氧化二氮为硝化剂的绿色合成路线制备得到NHTPB黏合剂,考察了不同官能团对其热稳定性和玻璃化转变温度的影响规律。 相似文献

Thermo-oxidative degradation of hydroxy-terminated polybutadiene (HTPB) and poly(butadiene-acrylonitrile-acrylic acid) terpolymer (PBAN) binders was studied in the presence of varying amounts of ammonium perchlorate (AP). It was found that the effect of AP on the nature and composition of the pyrolyzates was similar to the effect of increase in pyrolysis temperature. Activation energy for thermal degradation was found to be about 52 kJ/mol for both the polymers. The results are discussed in terms of a linear pyrolysis model. 相似文献
