在对产品设计进程组成元素及其信息关联关系描述的基础上,针对设计中的连续和离散问题,提出基于敏度分析和知识推理的产品协同设计决策方法,给出几种敏度分析和知识推理方法及基于敏度分析和知识推理的产品协同决策进程。提出和实现了基于Agent的软件系统结构,以数控机床进给伺服系统的快速性耦合设计任务和同轴减速器零部件设计任务为例对协同决策进程及软件系统进行了说明。证明上述方法和系统可以快速地实现设计参数、上下游耦合设计任务之间的冲突检测和消解,减少设计迭代,提高机电类产品设计、协商的效率。 相似文献

There are three major components in an integral linkage design package: synthesis, analysis and design/drafting. Through the utilization of existing design software and integration tools, such a system is being developed at the University of Minnesota. This paper presents the prototype system along with a detailed example. The system, not yet all encompassing, ties the three major components together into one useful design tool utilizing LINCAGES for synthesis, DRAM for analysis, and ICEM DESIGN/DRAFTING for the design/drafting component. The example illustrates the use of the package in the design of a six-bar stamper mechanism. The design process is followed through from initial problem definition to the final analysis of the mechanism. 相似文献

This paper describes the development of an intelligent system based on concurrent engineering for generating design alternatives at the conceptual design stage. The proposed system encompasses a design analysis module, a design evaluation module, a knowledge acquisition and storing module, a user interface and databases. It is also integrated with a spreadsheet application for storing data and numerical analysis and works in combination with a material selection software Cambridge engineering selector (CES) to facilitate the material selection process. The tangible advantage of implementing this system is that it enables the designer to explore and experiment with alternative ideas in the early design stage, and it results in design solutions that are functionally sound- and cost-effective. It also has the capability for design alternatives evaluation, material selection and modelling the product detailed design on the computer-aided design system. Therefore, an efficient product development process is generated. Three case studies are demonstrated and discussed to validate the proposed system. 相似文献

Chain drive system is widely used in the conditions of high-speed, overload, variable speed and load. Many studies are focused on the meshing theory and wear characteristics of chain drive system, but system design, analysis, and noise characteristics of the chain drive system are weak. System design and noise characteristic are studied for a new type Gemini chain of dual-clutch automatic transmission. Based on the meshing theory of silent chain, the design parameters of the Gemini chain system are calculated and the mathematical models and dynamic analysis models of the Gemini chain system are established. Dynamic characteristics of the Gemini chain system is simulated and the contact force of plate and pin, plate and sprockets, the chain tension forces, the transmission error and the stress of plates and pins are analyzed. According to the simulation results of the Gemini chain system, the noise experiment about system is carried out. The noise values are tested at different speed and load and spectral characteristics are analyzed. The results of simulation and experimental show that the contact forces of plate and pin, plate and sprockets are smaller than the allowable stress values, the chain tension force is less than ultimate tension and transmission error is limited in 1.2%. The noise values can meet the requirements of industrial design, and it is proved that the design and analysis method of the Gemini chain system is scientific and feasible. The design and test system is built from analysis to test of Gemini chain system. This research presented will provide a corresponding theoretical guidance for the design and dynamic characteristics and noise characteristics of chain drive system. 相似文献

优化设计对于提高复杂工程系统的设计质量具有重要意义,它贯穿于系统设计的整个过程之中。针对复杂工程系统的优化设计过程,提出了三维正交分析模型以减少系统分析的复杂性;定义了优化设计问题的变量类型以及解决设计问题的迭代方式;分析了复杂工程系统优化设计的基本阶段。以上3部分是复杂工程系统优化设计集成框架的支撑技术,为其提供了必要的理论基础。最后提出了复杂工程系统优化设计集成框架模型,以此作为提高设计自动化的平台,并对其实现机制和验证实例做了相应的阐述。 相似文献
