酒钢炼铁技术的进步

1996年下半年以来,酒钢炼铁厂在加强基础管理工作的同时,十分重视精料工作,牢固树立顺行是改善各项指标前提的指导思想,不断优化高炉操作,进行高炉强化冶炼,重视护炉工作,努力延长高炉寿命。由于不断推进炼铁技术的进步,炼铁生产水平逐步提高,高炉各项技术经济指标明显改善,高炉利用系数从1996年的1.352提高到了1999年的1.924,入炉焦比从1996年的568kg/t降低到了1999年的552 kg/t,煤比从1996年的40.40kg/t提高到了1999年的50.11 kg/t。     

三钢300m3级高炉高效化生产实践

为了提高钢铁企业市场竞争能力和实现可持续发展,促进高炉炼铁生产由粗放型向集约型转变,近几年来,钢铁企业致力于高炉炼铁高效优化生产技术的研究和推广工作,取得了重大的进展。福建三钢集团公司从1997年开始实施“300m~3级高炉高效系统工程”的开发和研究工程技术项目。经过5年的努力,该工程项目取得了显著成果,炼铁主要生产经济技术指标突飞猛进。高炉利用系数从1996年的1.837t/m~3·d,提高到2001年的3.572t/m~3·d;入炉     

济钢350m3高炉技术进步回顾

济钢炼铁系统自 1998年以来通过优化炉料结构、提高精料水平 ,围绕节能降耗、整体优化、系统挖潜 ,降低炼铁成本 ,提高企业经济效益和市场竞争力做了大量工作 ,促使炼铁技术经济指标显著提高。高炉利用系数达到 3 .0 82 t/m3.d,入炉品位 5 9.88% ,综合焦比 5 0 2 kg/t,风温 10 2 7℃ ,休风率 0 .75 6% ,生铁一级品率 85 .62 %。     

济钢二炼铁高炉有效容积利用系数达3.733

济钢二炼铁现有两座高炉分别为 1号炉 12 0 m3、2号炉16 0 m3,为了强化冶炼和提高高炉的生铁产量 ,进入 2 0 0 3年 ,济钢二炼铁将风机能力扩大 ,2号炉改用 D90 0风机 ,1号炉沿用原 2号炉 D6 0 0风机。为最大限度地发挥了风机的潜力 ,经过调试运行 ,针对出现的不同程度的炉况波动 ,济钢二炼铁相应地采取了调整风口配置、扩大风口直径、调整料制、扩大矿批、优化槽下程序、提高拉料速度等一系列合理、到位的措施 ,炉况现已基本正常 ,高炉的生产水平得以大幅度提高 ,6月高炉有效容积系数达 3.888t/ m3· d,创出历史最好水平。 2 0 0 3年上半年…     

马钢2500m3高炉降低能耗的生产实践

马钢2500m3高炉通过采取加强管理、改善入炉原燃料质量、提高高炉操作水平、回收利用二次能源等措施,使高炉炼铁工序能耗指标(标煤)逐年下降,由1999年的425.5 kg/t降到了2002年上半年的387.2kg/t.

天铁高炉增产降耗实践

天铁结合企业生产实际对高炉采取高风压、高风温、富氧喷煤、提高烧结矿质量、改善炉料结构等措施提高高炉操作水平,通过采用精料方针及采用先进工艺技术,使高炉主要技术经济指标逐年上升.2008年上半年高炉利用系数达到了3.025 t/m3.d,炼铁工序能耗完成430 kgce/t,增产降焦效果显著.     

莱钢炼铁技术进步措施

采用烧结矿加焦丁混装技术 ,提高了焦炭利用率 ,4× 12 0 m3高炉焦比降至 5 5 4kg/t;改造喷煤系统 ,采用浓相输送技术 ,75 0 m 3高炉煤比已达 15 0～ 160 kg/t;改造冷却系统采用软水闭路循环技术、采用遥控喷涂造衬技术以及智能专家系统和炉顶摄像技术的应用 ,延长了高炉的寿命。莱钢炼铁厂的技术改造和技术进步 ,使炼铁水平达到一个新的高度     

宁钢2号高炉智能制造技术及应用效果

钢铁行业智能制造转型升级已成为行业发展趋势,为了提高智能化水平,宁钢2号高炉采用了大量智能制造技术。通过采用智能装备与无人化技术帮助减员增效、安全生产,通过智能感知与智能决策助力高炉稳定顺行,通过建立集中管控平台提高炼铁生产管理水平,取得了良好的应用效果,为炼铁向数字化、智能化方向发展奠定了基础。2022年1—9月,2号高炉利用系数由2.04 t/(m³·d)提高到2.51t/(m³·d),燃料比由532.8 kg/t降低到502kg/t。
