我国水资源短缺,工业用水形势非常严峻。化工、石化行业水资源利用率近几年有所提高,但节水减排仍有很大潜力。指出我国石化企业节水减排的实施策略要分三步走:①全面做好基础计量工作,提高操作管理水平;②深入进行水网络的系统工程分析,提高水的回用率;③污水的再生利用。介绍了水夹点技术在工业上的推广应用情况。 相似文献

Water is used intensively by various sectors such as agriculture, industry, and the public. Increasing global water demand and the effects of climate change are leading to overuse of water resources in many regions. One strategy to meet these challenges is to implement an integrated industrial water management, e.g., by water reuse or the use of alternative water resources. In the E.U. following the old 5th Environmental Action Program (EAP) of 1994 and the new 6th EAP for the sustainable development in 2001, we confront the strategic management problem of aquatic resources at the regional and watershed level. What should be the goals for a new strategic management of natural and aquatic resources in a Region of Greece such as Thessaly? The present paper is concerned with the protection, prevention and strategic environmental planning of aquatic resources and water purification in the Thessaly basin as well as the protection of these resources from the pollution and depletion, which might result from various national water resource programs and plans which are already in operation. The aforementioned aim is a product of research on the goals, actions and proposals, which depict the problem of aquatic resource management related to pollution, the link with agricultural activities and the overall problem of water. Primarily, a general profile of the water situation and problems is presented for the Thessaly basin, including water pollution and the problems related to the rational management and protection of aquatic resources. Also, the prevention of natural water-involved disasters is explored which in turn points to the need for a new strategic scheme for environmental management of aquatic resources and purification and to the institution of new water policy actions and measures for the Thessaly basin in central Greece. 相似文献

针对上海市各涉水行业水量统计分类不一致、统计数据不通用、不利于全市水资源统计、核算和管理等问题,开展上海市涉水对象分类研究,形成以《国民经济行业分类》(GB/T 4754-2002)为基础,结合水资源核算统计分类,兼顾科学水价体系建立要求、供水企业售水量统计需求以及涉水管理各个环节的统计需求的《上海市涉水对象分类名称及代码(试行)》,成为上海市开展涉水数据统计的指导性标准,由此建立的水量分类统计机制成为汇总分析水量信息,科学规划和管理水资源的技术支撑。该研究成果已在上海市推广实施,对其他省市加强水资源综合管理,统一水量分类统计标准也有一定的参考价值。 相似文献

青草沙水源地自投入运行以来,水质的质量,一直是人们迫切关心的问题。本文对上海市青草沙水源地地表水在2010年至2011年的水质状况进行了监测评价。选取了溶解氧、高锰酸盐指数、化学需氧量、五日生化需氧量、氨氮、挥发酚、石油类、总磷和总氮这九个地表水常用指标对青草沙水源地的地表水的水质状况进行了评价,研究结果表明,青草沙水源地在2010~2011年中有机综合污染指数和水质综合污染指数平均值分别为-0.2和0.8,能达到地表水Ⅱ类标准,总氮超过相应类别的标准,但其指标不直接影响到水体功能效应,水体功能没有受到明显损害,但在一定程度上受到总氮污染的制约。 相似文献
