针对DC/DC降压型变换器中N型功率管驱动能力不足的问题,提出了一种集成反馈环路的自举升压驱动电路。采用负反馈调节,实现了驱动电压的精准控制,同时通过片内集成的高压PMOS管代替传统架构的二极管,保证了足够的电流驱动能力。此外,对环路传输函数进行分析,负反馈环路的稳定性得以验证。采用该电路的一款电流模DC/DC降压型变换器已在0.35 μm BCD工艺线投片验证。测试结果显示,在全负载范围内,芯片工作稳定,自举驱动电路功能正常,自举驱动电压约为5 V。 相似文献

TI生产的LM3481将开关电源的输入电压范围降低到了一个新台阶,最低工作电压仅2.9V.分析和研究采用PWM方法调制的高性能稳压控制芯片LM3481,以其为核心设计制作了一款体积小、功耗低、频率高、输入范围宽的DC/DC升降压型变换器,电路采用SEPIC拓扑结构.实测表明:LM3481 DC/DC变换器特别适合于物联网中的小型太阳能供电系统对3.3V电压的需求,能够很好地将不稳定的太阳能板输出电压转换为稳定电压供负载节点长久使用.LM3481给出了一个比单靠电池供电更优化的电源解决方案. 相似文献

针对开关电源中的整流电路和其本身的非线性负载特性产生大量谐波污染公共电网问题,提出了一种高功率因素校正电路。采用英飞凌(Infineon)公司的CCM控制模式功率因素校正芯片ICE2PCS01控制驱动MOSFET开关管,并与升压电感、输出电容等组成Boost拓扑结构,输入电流与基准电流比较后的误差电流经过放大,再与PWM波比较,得到开关管驱动信号,快速而精确地使输入电流平均值与输入整流电压同相位,接近正弦波。结果表明,该电路方案能大大减小输入电流的谐波分量,在AC176V-264V的宽电压输入范围内得到稳定的DC380V输出,功率因素高达0.98。 相似文献

This paper presents a zero-voltage switching DC/DC converter for DC micro-grid system applications. The proposed circuit includes three half-bridge circuit cells connected in primary-series and secondary-parallel in order to lessen the voltage rating of power switches and current rating of rectifier diodes. Thus, low voltage stress of power MOSFETs can be adopted for high-voltage input applications with high switching frequency operation. In order to achieve low switching losses and high circuit efficiency, asymmetric pulse-width modulation is used to turn on power switches at zero voltage. Flying capacitors are used between each circuit cell to automatically balance input split voltages. Therefore, the voltage stress of each power switch is limited at Vin/3. Finally, a prototype is constructed and experiments are provided to demonstrate the circuit performance. 相似文献

A dual transistor base drive circuit that unifies all important functions (on-state base current power supply for two power transistors, off-state negative U be =-5 V base-emitter voltage, overcurrent and short-circuit protection scheme based on saturation voltage, and on- and off-state monitoring circuits) is described. The unit provides two base drive outputs using a single switching converter. It can be used to control two individual power transistors in different inverter configurations, e.g. common emitter or bridge configuration. The concept of a dual transistor base drive circuit using the Cuk switching regulator topology enables the low volume construction of a high-efficiency base drive unit for a high-power transistor inverter bridge leg. The television receiver often employs a capacitor-input-type rectifier. In this case, it is regulated as a class D piece of equipment. This paper presents a novel ringing-choke-converter-type switching regulator, which functions as an active filter. The proposed circuit features a simple circuit configuration and cost effectiveness. It achieves a high power factor of about 0.95 and reduces current harmonics (third, fifth, and seventh) in the AC input current to less than 40% of the limit value for class D. The voltage across the input smoothing capacitor does not show large variations and the components in the conventional ringing-choke converter can be used unmodified. Ripple content of the DC output voltage shows a slight increase and is the subject for future research. 相似文献

In this paper, a robust low quiescent current complementary metal-oxide semiconductor (CMOS) power receiver for wireless power transmission is presented. This power receiver consists of three main parts including rectifier, switch capacitor DC–DC converter and low-dropout regulator (LDO) without output capacitor. The switch capacitor DC–DC converter has variable conversion ratios and synchronous controller that lets the DC–DC converter to switch among five different conversion ratios to prevent output voltage drop and LDO regulator efficiency reduction. For all ranges of output current (0–10 mA), the voltage regulator is compensated and is stable. Voltage regulator stabilisation does not need the off-chip capacitor. In addition, a novel adaptive biasing frequency compensation method for low dropout voltage regulator is proposed in this paper. This method provides essential minimum current for compensation and reduces the quiescent current more effectively. The power receiver was designed in a 180-nm industrial CMOS technology, and the voltage range of the input is from 0.8 to 2 V, while the voltage range of the output is from 1.2 to 1.75 V, with a maximum load current of 10 mA, the unregulated efficiency of 79.2%, and the regulated efficiency of 64.4%. 相似文献

A fault diagnosis algorithm, which is necessary for constructing a reliable power conversion system, should detect fault occurrences as soon as possible to protect the entire system from fatal damages resulting from system malfunction. In this paper, a fault diagnosis algorithm is proposed to detect open- and short-circuit faults that occur in a boost converter switch. The inductor voltage is abnormally kept at a positive DC value during a short-circuit fault in the switch or at a negative DC value during an open-circuit fault condition until the inductor current becomes zero. By employing these abnormal properties during faulty conditions, the inductor voltage is compared with the switching function to detect each fault type by generating fault alarms when a fault occurs. As a result, from the fault alarm, a decision is made in response to the fault occurrence and the fault type in less than two switching time periods using the proposed algorithm constructed in analogue circuits. In addition, the proposed algorithm has good resistivity to discontinuous current-mode operation. As a result, this algorithm features the advantages of low cost and simplicity because of its simple analogue circuit configuration. 相似文献
