In this paper, antidisturbance control and estimation problem are discussed for a class of discrete‐time stochastic systems with nonlinearity and multiple disturbances, which include the disturbance with partially known information and a sequence of random vectors. A disturbance observer is constructed to estimate the disturbance with partially known information. A composite hierarchical antidisturbance control scheme is proposed by combining disturbance observer and H control. It is proved that the 2 different disturbances can be rejected and attenuated, and the corresponding desired performances can be guaranteed for discrete‐time stochastic systems with known and unknown nonlinear dynamics, respectively. Simulation examples are given to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed scheme.  相似文献

A novel anti‐windup design of active disturbance rejection control (ADRC) is proposed for industrial sampled systems with input delay and saturation. By using a generalized predictor to estimate the delay‐free system output, a modified extended state observer is designed to simultaneously estimate the system state and disturbance, which could become an anti‐windup compensator when the input saturation occurs. Accordingly, a feedback controller is analytically designed for disturbance rejection. By proposing the desired closed‐loop transfer function for the set‐point tracking, a prefilter is designed to tune the tracking performance while guaranteeing no steady‐state output tracking error. A sufficient condition for the closed‐loop system stability is established with proof for practical application subject to the input delay variation. Illustrative examples from the literature are used to demonstrate the effectiveness and merit of the proposed control design.  相似文献

In this paper, we are concerned with the predictor-based control of multi-input multi-output (MIMO) linear systems with input delay and disturbances. By taking the future values of disturbances into consideration, a new improved predictive scheme is proposed. Compared with the existing predictive schemes, our proposed predictive scheme can achieve a finite-time exact state prediction for some smooth disturbances including the constant disturbances, and a better disturbance attenuation can also be achieved for a large class of other time-varying disturbances. The attenuation of mismatched disturbances for second-order linear systems with input delay is also investigated by using our proposed predictor-based controller.  相似文献

A novel type of control scheme combined the distance‐observer‐based control (DOBC) with H control is proposed for a class of nonlinear time‐delay systems subject to disturbances. The disturbances are supposed to include two parts. One in the input channel is generated by an exogenous system with uncertainty, which can represent the harmonic signals with modeling perturbations. The other is supposed to have the bounded H2 norm. The disturbance observers based on regional pole placement and D‐stability theory are presented, which can be designed separately from the controller design. By integrating disturbance‐observer‐based control with H control laws, the disturbances can be rejected and attenuated, simultaneously, the desired dynamic performances can be guaranteed for nonlinear time‐delay systems with unknown nonlinear dynamics. In this paper, a robust stabilization problem for a class of linear time‐varying delay systems with disturbances is studied using sliding mode techniques. Both matched and mismatched disturbances, involving time‐varying delay, are considered. The disturbances are nonlinear and have nonlinear bounds which are employed for the control design. A sliding surface is designed and the stability of the corresponding sliding motion is analysed based on the Razumikhin Theorem. Then a static output feedback sliding mode control with time delay is synthesized to drive the system to the sliding surface in finite time. Conservatism is reduced by using features of sliding mode control and systems structure. Simulation results show the effectiveness of the proposed approach. A novel discrete‐time repetitive controller design for time‐delay systems subject to a periodic reference and exogenous periodic disturbances is presented. The main idea behind the proposed approach is to take advantage of the plant delay in the controller design, and not to compensate for the effect of this delay. To facilitate this concept, we introduce an appropriate time‐delay and a compensator in a positive feedback connection with the plant, such that a generator for periodic signals is constructed. Then a proportional controller is used to stabilize the closed‐loop system. The tracking control capability is thus guaranteed according to the internal model principle (IMP). In addition, to attenuate external periodic disturbances, a disturbance observer (DO) is developed to simultaneously achieve reference tracking and disturbance rejection. The possible fractional delay due to the digital discretization is handled by using a fractional delay filter approximation. The proposed controller has a simple structure, in which only a proportional parameter and a low‐pass filter are required to be chosen. The closed‐loop stability conditions and a robustness analysis under model uncertainties are studied. Numerical simulations and practical experiments on a servo motor system are conducted to verify the feasibility and simplicity of the proposed controller. We consider general discrete‐time nonlinear systems (of arbitrary nonlinear growth) with time‐varying input delays and design an explicit predictor feedback controller to compensate the input delay. Such results have been achieved in continuous time, but only under the restriction that the delay rate is bounded by unity, which ensures that the input signal flow does not get reversed, namely, that old inputs are not felt multiple times by the plant (because on such subsequent occasions, the control input acts as a disturbance). For discrete‐time systems, an analogous restriction would be that the input delay is non‐increasing. In this work, we do not impose such a restriction. We provide a design and a global stability analysis that allow the input delay to be arbitrary (containing intervals of increase, decrease, or stagnation) over an arbitrarily long finite period of time. Unlike in the continuous‐time case, the predictor feedback law in the discrete‐time case is explicit. We specialize the result to linear time‐invariant systems and provide an explicit estimate of the exponential decay rate. Carefully constructed examples are provided to illustrate the design and analytical challenges. Copyright © 2015 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

This paper studies the problems of stabilization of discrete‐time linear systems with a single input delay. By developing the methodology of pseudo‐predictor feedback, which uses the (artificial) closed‐loop system dynamics to predict the future state, memoryless state feedback control laws are constructed to solve the problem. Necessary and sufficient conditions are obtained to guarantee the stability of the closed‐loop system in terms of the stability of a class‐difference equations. It is also shown that the proposed controller achieves semi‐global stabilization of the system if its actuator is subject to either magnitude saturation or energy constraints under the condition that the open‐loop system is only polynomially unstable. Numerical examples have been worked out to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed approaches. Copyright © 2015 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

This article investigates the finite‐time output tracking problem for a class of nonlinear systems with multiple mismatched disturbances. To efficiently estimate the disturbances and their derivatives, a continuous finite‐time disturbance observer (CFTDO) design method is developed. Based on the modified adding a power integrator method and CFTDO technique, a composite tracking controller is constructed such that the system output can track the desired reference signal in finite time. Simulation results demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed control approach.  相似文献

This paper describes a delay‐range‐dependent local state feedback controller synthesis approach providing estimation of the region of stability for nonlinear time‐delay systems under input saturation. By employing a Lyapunov–Krasovskii functional, properties of nonlinear functions, local sector condition and Jensen's inequality, a sufficient condition is derived for stabilization of nonlinear systems with interval delays varying within a range. Novel solutions to the delay‐range‐dependent and delay‐dependent stabilization problems for linear and nonlinear time‐delay systems, respectively, subject to input saturation are derived as specific scenarios of the proposed control strategy. Also, a delay‐rate‐independent condition for control of nonlinear systems in the presence of input saturation with unknown delay‐derivative bound information is established. And further, a robust state feedback controller synthesis scheme ensuring L2 gain reduction from disturbance to output is devised to address the problem of the stabilization of input‐constrained nonlinear time‐delay systems with varying interval lags. The proposed design conditions can be solved using linear matrix inequality tools in connection with conventional cone complementary linearization algorithms. Simulation results for an unstable nonlinear time‐delay network and a large‐scale chemical reactor under input saturation and varying interval time‐delays are analyzed to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed methodology. In this paper, the problem of finite‐time H control is addressed for a class of discrete‐time switched nonlinear systems with time delay. The concept of H finite‐time boundedness is first introduced for discrete‐time switched delay systems. Next, a set of switching signals are designed by using the average dwell time approach, under which some delay‐dependent sufficient conditions are derived to guarantee the H finite‐time boundedness of the closed‐loop system. Then, a finite‐time H state feedback controller is also designed by solving such conditions. Furthermore, the problem of uniform finite‐time H stabilization is also resolved. All the conditions are cast into linear matrix inequalities, which can be easily checked by using recently developed algorithms for solving linear matrix inequalities. A numerical example and a water‐quality control system are provided to demonstrate the effectiveness of the main results. Copyright © 2013 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

In this article, robust tracking and disturbance rejection problem for Takagi–Sugeno fuzzy systems with time delay and external disturbances are discussed. Specifically, proportional-integral controller with an enhanced equivalent-input-disturbance technique is constructed to force the output trajectories to track the bounded reference input signal even in the presence of external disturbances. Further, the resulting fuzzy control system can be represented as an augmented system with state delay and uncertainties and the output tracking problem is transformed into stabilization problem of the augmented system. In the stabilization analysis, the considered fuzzy system does not share the same membership functions with the proposed control. Moreover, the delay-dependent stabilization criteria for the addressed fuzzy system are presented in the form of linear matrix inequalities by the virtue of augmented Lyapunov–Krasovskii functional. To be specific, the symmetric matrices involved in the Lyapunov–Krasovskii functional need not be positive definite. Ultimately, three numerical examples are offered to support the validity of the established theoretical results.  相似文献

In this paper, we consider the stability analysis and control synthesis of finite‐time boundedness problems for linear parameter‐varying (LPV) systems subject to parameter‐varying time delays and external disturbances. First, the concepts of uniform finite‐time stability and uniform finite‐time boundedness are introduced to LPV systems. Then, sufficient conditions, which guarantee LPV systems with parameter‐varying time delays finite‐time bounded, are presented by using parameter‐dependent Lyapunov–Krasovskii functionals and free‐weight matrix technologies. Moreover, on the basis of the results on the uniform finite‐time boundedness, the parameter‐dependent state feedback controllers are designed to finite‐time stabilize LPV systems. Both analysis and synthesis conditions are delay‐dependent, and they are formulated in terms of linear matrix inequalities by using efficient interior‐point algorithms. Finally, results obtained in simulation demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed approach. Copyright © 2017 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

This paper is concerned with the problem of guaranteed cost control for Takagi–Sugeno (T–S) fuzzy systems with time‐varying input delay. The input delay is of interval type, and no restriction is imposed on the derivative of the time delay. Based on free‐weighting matrix method, new delay‐dependent sufficient conditions for the existence of a fuzzy guaranteed cost controller are provided by means of linear matrix inequalities. Some examples are used to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed method. Copyright © 2007 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

An anti‐windup‐based approach is newly attempted to deal with time‐delay control systems with input saturation. Following the anti‐windup paradigm, we assume that controllers have been designed beforehand for time‐delay control systems based on existing design techniques which will show desirable performance. Then, an additional compensator is designed to provide graceful performance degradation under control input saturation. By taking the difference of controller states in the absence and presence of input saturation as a performance index, a dynamic compensator which minimizes it is derived. The resulting anti‐windup compensator is expressed in plant and controller parameters. The proposed method not only provides graceful performance degradation, but also guarantees the stability of the overall systems. Illustrative examples are provided to show the effectiveness of the proposed method. Copyright © 2000 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

This article is concerned with the global stabilization problem of a family of feedforward nonlinear time‐delay systems whose linearized system consists of multiple distinct oscillators. To fully utilize the delayed information and maintain the state decoupling property in the controller design, the considered nonlinear feedforward system is first transformed into a new system which contains time delays in both its input and states based on a novel model transformation containing time delays, and then the stabilizing saturated controller for the transformed system is designed based on the recursive design method. Meanwhile, explicit stability conditions are also provided. When the linearized system is a cascade of multiple oscillators and multiple integrators, a modified saturated feedback control utilizing not only the current state but also the delayed state is also established for the corresponding global stabilization problem. Two examples, including a practical one, are given to show the effectiveness and superiority of the proposed approaches.  相似文献

This paper concerns the controller design for continuous‐time linear systems with time‐varying delay and process disturbance. A novel adaptive sliding mode control law is mainly proposed to attract the sliding mode to first‐order sliding surface within a finite time; afterwards, the uniformly ultimately bounded stability of the closed‐loop system on the sliding surface is simultaneously guaranteed. In addition, the chattering phenomena can be conveniently excluded if the disturbance is a low‐intensity process. Once the high‐intensity disturbance is involved, the state variation can be significantly reduced as well. Furthermore, by the technique of a novel exponential free‐matrix technique, the convergence rate of the closed‐loop system can be conveniently preregulated. Numerical example is provided to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.  相似文献

The optimal control problem for a class of singularly perturbed time‐delay composite systems affected by external disturbances is investigated. The system is decomposed into a fast linear subsystem and a slow time‐delay subsystem with disturbances. For the slow subsystem, the feedforward compensation technique is proposed to reject the disturbances, and the successive approximation approach (SAA) is applied to decompose it into decoupled subsystems and solve the two‐point boundary value (TPBV) problem. By combining with the optimal control law of the fast subsystem, the feedforward and feedback composite control (FFCC) law of the original composite system is obtained. The FFCC law consists of analytic state feedback and feedforward terms and a compensation term which is the limit of the adjoint vector sequence. The compensation term can be obtained from an iteration formula of adjoint vectors. Simulation results are employed to test the validity of the proposed design algorithm.
