An electronic controller for adaptive suspension

Developing an adaptive suspension system for a luxury car weighing over 2000 kg presents an exacting challenge in embedded control. This article describes the development of an adaptive suspension controller by Lamerholm Fleming Ltd for Rolls-Royce Motor Cars Ltd. during the period from 1995 to 1997. The controller replaced an earlier design, which had originally entered production in 1989. The new system uses hydraulic dampers (shock absorbers) which can be switched between three different settings by means of two solenoid controlled valves. Each damper setting provides a different complex force/velocity response for bounce and rebound. These mechanical characteristics are determined by the precise magnitudes of springs and orifices within the damper. The function of the electronic controller is to select the optimum damper setting for any particular driving conditions and to choose the best time to switch from one setting to another. The aim of the whole suspension system is to provide the best possible compromise between ride, comfort and handling

在介绍全球主要现役防空系统的基础上,结合网络通信、人工智能技术在军事装备中的逐步推广以及商用货架产品用于军事装备的特点,预测了未来防空系统的发展趋势,分析了基于联合组网和自动控制的智能化防空系统给目前广泛采用的基于信号层的压制和欺骗式雷达对抗所带来的挑战,针对未来防空系统的特点给出了综合化对抗体系发展的三个层面并建立了对应的应用模式。最后得出网络对抗、智能反辐射以及传统传感器电子对抗综合化是未来防空系统对抗体系主要发展方向的结论。     

Broad-band electronic linearizer for externally modulated analogfiber-optic links

Linearization of analog fiber-optic links using a novel CMOS linearization circuit is reported. A 17-dB suppression of the third-order intermodulation product (IMP3) has been achieved at the modulation index of 49.6 % and over a broad-band frequency range from dc to 1.3 GHz. In an experimental link with a noise floor of -124 dBm/Hz, the spurious free dynamic range (SFDR) is improved by 14 dB from 85 dB/Hz^2/3 to 99 dB/Hz^2/3

无人机载合成孔径雷达(SAR)具有机动灵活、战场生存能力较强的特点,它依靠SAR先进的雷达成像技术与无人机全天候、全天时侦察能力,是未来战争中监视与侦察的重要手段。由于SAR任务受无人机航线规划与飞行姿态的影响,各任务之间又存在差异性,调度易受制约而造成效率低下。任务电子系统的目的就在于为无人机载SAR的任务调度提供科学的决策依据。介绍了无人机载SAR任务电子系统的架构及任务调度方法,建立了任务调度的线性规划约束条件,通过飞行试验验证了系统的合理性与有效性。     

空调净化回风口过滤器在洁净工程中的作用

结合当前空调及洁净工程中空气品质及系统维护管理存在的问题，分析了空调回风口过滤器的过滤效率对空气品质及设备运行的影响，并提出了相应的解决办法。     

一种用于双通道跳频技术的时间调制阵列系统

基于波束形成理论和时间调制阵列天线理论,围绕着规避噪声、干扰或者多用户情况下非重复的通道,提出了一种适用于跳频技术的时间调制阵列系统,通过控制天线阵列单元的工作状态对信号进行调制.在将第一边带的波束对准于目标方向的同时,在射频端对载频进行迁移,从而达到跳频通信的目的.仿真结果表明:该时间调制阵列系统在较低运算开销下实现了预期波束指向和实时载频迁移.此外,通过利用天线单元控制时序中的未使用间隙,系统被扩展为独立工作的双通道天线系统,并提供了时序冲突时的解决策略和实验证明.     

磁悬浮系统的简单自适应控制

利用动力学和电磁学方法建立了磁悬浮系统的模型,利用劳斯判据得到了系统稳定的控制参数的范围。给出了一种简单的自适应控制方法和实验数据,最后详细介绍了控制系统的硬件结构以及算法的具体实现。     

Economical clean dry air system for closed manufacturing system

We demonstrated that the organic carbon contaminants influenced the J-E characteristics of a gate oxide. Molecular-contamination-free clean dry air (CDA) is a choice for the atmosphere control in a closed manufacturing system. The adsorption and desorption characteristics, which are important items for the design and operation of CDA production plants, were confirmed with both a dynamic simulation and a pilot column. Based on the results, we built a CDA plant with a capacity of 4000 m³/h, and confirmed that each contamination concentration was less than 10 ppb. We also proposed the economical CDA system using a power recycle device which has been newly developed. Using this CDA system, it is possible to reduce the power consumption in the CDA plant. Also, it is possible to realize the circulation of the used CDA without generating more contamination or power consumption

电子荧光内窥镜实时图像处理系统

文中根据内窥镜肿瘤手术的发展趋势,设计一套电子荧光内窥镜实时图像处理系统。该系统采用OV5640图像传感器采集病灶图像,光纤导光的LED作为其功率可控的光源。根据光源开关状态区分暗亮场,开关频率与摄像头的帧率一致。通过计算摄像头与拍摄物体距离,迭代其曝光时间及焦距,从而使图像获得合适的亮度及清晰度。FPGA将接收的图像存储在DDR2中。通过缓存控制及合成算法得到病变与正常组织差异性较高的图像,将其以一定的帧数组合,使用VGA线缆输出至显示器。与传统的内窥镜系统相比,其主要侧重于图像采集与光源的同步,自动调节曝光时间,使得手术医生能够方便地提取出不同光照度下图像的差异信息。     

Integrated pin electronic for a VLSI test system

Drivers, comparators, active loads, and per-pin timing circuitry for a VLSI test system are placed in two CMOS integrated circuits. This level of integration allows fast, low-capacitance pin electronics to be manufactured at relatively low cost. Novel design and calibration techniques are used to overcome limitations of CMOS technology     

激光调制法的热敏探测器时间常数测试系统

为了解决目前热敏探测器时间常数测试中存在的测试不方便,测量误差大的问题,设计了一种新型的热敏探测器时间常数测试系统.它用可调制半导体激光器替代黑体辐射源,通过VC调用MATLAB来实现图形的输出和时间常数的计算.实验结果表明该方法的测量精度很高,并且操作起来简单方便,为热敏探测器的时间常数测试和科研提供了有力的工具.     

一种简易不停车收费系统实现

设计了一种简易的不停车收费系统。设计用单片机AT89C52控制无线模块,形成发射机和接收机,实现车辆信息的传递,并通过串口显示在计算机上。采用的nRF24L01无线模块、数字信号编码和二次调制方式之间的加密通信原理,软件设计采用自上而下的模块化设计思想,使系统具有分布式、小型化的特点。测试结果表明,该系统具有抗干扰性强、功耗低、反应速度快、传输效率高和简单的特点。     

电子对抗条件下的无人机系统效能评估

无人作战飞机作为一种多用途、低费效比的航空武器装备,在信息化作战条件下的局部战争中发挥的作用日益显著。针对无人机电子对抗效能评估问题,建立无人机对抗综合效能指标体系,使用云理论和层次分析相结合的方法,对无人机在电子对抗环境下的系统效能进行评估,通过实例证明了该模型的可行性。     

电子装备通用测试体系关键技术研究

为解决电子装备自动测试系统的数量多,功能重复等问题,提出了电子装备通用测试平台,通过分析多种总线结构、测试硬件和驱动体系的核心指标与技术特征,借鉴分层思想设计通用型体系架构,以多种测试仪器为基础,利用多层次的驱动体系屏蔽混合总线差异,将测试程序与测试仪器分离,实现了只需更换测试仪器和配置对应的驱动,便可置换底层仪器,使通用测试平台具备较强的扩展能力,覆盖更多测试需求,有效降低测试系统的数量。     

An integrated micro cooling system for electronic circuits

A fully FR4-compatible integrated cooling system has been developed. Cooling channels have been etched into a thick copper layer to form microchannels. The structure is reinforced by two prepreg layers toward the component and solder side. Several cooling channels can be independently run. The heat dissipation capability of the system is 20 W per channel (and heat source). Typical coolants are water or methoxynonafluorobutane. For an outlet to inlet temperature difference of 25°C and a power dissipation of 30 W, a (water) flow rate of 20 ml/min is required. Pressure losses are below 300 mbar (for water)
