催化光度法测定钢铁中微量铜   总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4  
本文研究了在氨水介质中,铜(Ⅱ)催化过氧化氢氧化苯酚红褪色的新指示反应。据此建立了催化褪色光度法测定痕量铜的新方法。本方法检出浓度为8.0×10 ̄(-10)gCu ̄(2+)/ml,测定范围为0.3~1.1μgCu ̄(2+)/25ml。用于钢铁样品中微量铜的测定获得了满意的结果。  相似文献

在酸性溶液中,铜(Cu2+)与双硫腙和CTMAB反应,显色液由绿色变黄色,该显色反应灵敏度和选择性较高。本文研究β修正光度法测定环境水和金属材料中痕量铜。在铜量0~15.0μg/25ml范围内,修正吸光度符合比尔定律,灵敏度和准确度均比单波长法高。测定表明,相对标准偏差RSD≤4%,回收率88.9%~107%。铜最低显色浓度0.01μg/ml。  相似文献

本文用方波极谱法研究了碲(Ⅳ)在硫酸-中性红体系中的络合吸附波。在该体系中加入适量的Au(Ⅲ),碲的灵敏度得到进一步提高,从而提出了测定微量碲的络合吸附波新体系,并对该络合吸附波的机理作了探讨。该体系具有灵敏度高,选择性也较好的特点。试验了30多种阴阳离子的干扰影响。在掩蔽剂EDTA和酒石酸钠等存在下可进一步提高选择性。实验证明:碲在三种组成的体系中都有良好的线性关系。在硫酸-中性红-Au(Ⅲ)体系中碲的浓度在0.005~0.8μg/ml范围内与峰高成线性关系。检测限是0.002μg/ml。回收率为97~101%.将本法应用于铜钛合金中微量碲的测定,不经分离,可得到满意的结果。  相似文献

在硫酸和热水浴中,Os( Ⅳ) 催化高碘酸钾氧化偶氮胂Ⅲ褪色,建立了测定锇的新催化光度法。锇质量浓度在0 ~0-10μg/25ml 范围内符合比尔定律,检出限为9-7 ×10 - 5μg/ml。对0-050μg/25ml Os( Ⅳ) 测定的相对标准偏差为1-28 % (n = 11) 。催化反应的表观活化能为102-2kJ/mol。催化反应对Os( Ⅳ) 和偶氮胂Ⅲ分别为一级反应。试验了40 多种共存离子的影响,允许500 倍量Ag+ ,400 倍量Au( Ⅲ) 和Pt( Ⅳ) ,25 倍量Pd( Ⅱ) 、Ir( Ⅳ) 及Cu2 + 存在。该方法已用于岩矿和冶金产品中锇的测定,相对标准偏差为0-68 % ~3-92 % ,标准加入回收率为99-8 % ~103-0 % 。  相似文献

本文通过交联聚丙烯醛与水合肼反应制得的聚丙烯醛树脂(Ⅰ),进一步与水杨醛反应,制得丙烯醛-水杨醛双腙树脂。该树脂对金铁吸附容量为1.5mmol/g(294mgAu^3+/g),对钯的吸附容量为0.88mmol/g(93mgPd^2+/g)。吸附在树脂上的Au^3+,Pd^2+可用硫脲-HCl溶液洗脱,回收率分别为99.9%(Au^3+)和99.06%(Pd2+)。  相似文献

本文提出了以新合成的试剂N-烯丙基-N'-(氨基对苯磺酸钠)硫脲(ASATu)为显色剂,光度法测定微量铜的新方法。在pH4.0的弱酸性溶液中,铜(Ⅱ)与ASATu形成配合物的最大吸收波长为3乙4nm,表观摩尔吸光系数ε_(334)=3.42×10 ̄4。铜量在10~70μg/25ml范围内呈线性关系,相关系数r=0.9999。铜(Ⅱ)和ASATu配合物的组成比为1∶3。常见离子除Fe ̄(3+)、Ag ̄+、S ̄(2-)外,均无干扰。该法简单、灵敏度高,选择性好。对合成样品、食品及生物试样的分析和回收实验,均获  相似文献
