尖晶石对凝胶结合氧化铝空心球浇注料性能的影响 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
以5~3mm、3~2mm、2~1mm、1~0.2mm粒度氧化铝空心球为原料,引入二氧化硅微粉制成凝胶结合氧化铝空心球浇注料,研究了预合成镁铝尖晶石对凝胶结合氧化铝空心球浇注料性能的影响。用各种耐火制品检测设备和仪器对引入不同量尖晶石的试样性能进行了检测。结合氧化镁-氧化铝-二氧化硅相图进行理论分析,结果发现:尖晶石的引入促进了浇注料中刚玉相的烧结,提高了凝胶结合氧化铝空心球浇注料的常温耐压强度和显气孔率,降低了浇注料的体积密度。尖晶石对凝胶结合氧化铝空心球浇注料基质具有强化作用,有利于提高浇注料的热震稳定性 相似文献

采用浆料浸渍法在氧化铝空心球表面包覆高岭土和滑石粉(质量比为2∶3),利用高岭土和滑石粉引入的MgO-SiO2-Al2O3作为助烧剂,采用干压成型工艺制备氧化铝空心球多孔陶瓷,研究了高岭土和滑石粉包覆量对氧化铝空心球多孔陶瓷性能的影响。结果表明:随高岭土和滑石粉包覆量的增加,氧化铝空心球多孔陶瓷的相对密度、收缩率、抗弯强度和断裂韧性先减小后增大;当滑石粉和高岭土包覆量为11.5%(质量分数)时,氧化铝空心球多孔陶瓷的相对密度、线收缩率、抗弯强度和断裂韧性均分别达到最大值0.77、26%、177MPa和3.08MPa·m1/2。包覆后的氧化铝空心球多孔陶瓷的抗弯强度是未包覆的3倍。包覆适量高岭土和滑石粉明显改善了氧化铝空心球的界面结合强度。 相似文献

This study presents new lightweight periclase-magnesium alumina spinel refractories for the working lining of cement rotary kilns in which magnesium alumina spinel hollow spheres are used to replace conventional dense fused magnesia-aluminate spinel aggregates. The effects of adding spinel hollow spheres on the physical properties, mechanical strength, thermal conductivity, and slag resistance of the samples were explored. The results showed that compared with the sample prepared with dense aggregates, the sample prepared with hollow spheres had a 10.3% higher cold compressive strength, 44.1% higher modulus of rupture (MOR), and lower bulk density. Additionally, with increasing hollow spheres content, the thermal conductivity decreased from 3.79 W/(m·K) to 2.53 W/(m·K), and the high-temperature MOR increased from 2.82 to 4.09 MPa. The highest residual strength ratio was 90.73% (15 wt.% hollow spheres), which is 1.17 times that of the sample prepared without hollow spheres. Moreover, microstructure and energy dispersive spectroscopy of crucible specimens after corrosion by cement clinker showed that specimens with 15 wt.% hollow sphere additions had a better slag resistance. Introducing hollow spheres reduced the thermal conductivity of the refractories, providing a new strategy for improving the heat insulation performance of kiln linings. 相似文献

Planetary ball mills are commonly used at laboratory scale due to their simple set‐up with high energy densities, good cleanability and high reliability of results as well as their low acquisition costs. Although planetary ball mills have been used for many years the influence of the parameters on the grinding process is still not sufficient understood, yet. In this work, the influence of the different process parameters is shown for dry grinding of alumina in planetary ball mills. An empirical parameter study is presented that can be used to identify optimal operating parameters and to build up a process model for planetary ball mills. 相似文献

以致密刚玉和尖晶石为主要原料,铝镁尖晶石的含量为19%,在颗粒组成(5~0 mm)不变的情况下,研究了水泥含量分别为3%、8%和13%对高纯铝尖晶石自流浇注料性能的影响.结果显示1)随着水泥含量的增加,浇注料的加水量、干燥后致密度和强度均增加,但烧后致密度和强度都下降;2)水泥含量的变化对自流浇注料热态强度的影响不明显;3)随着水泥含量的增加,自流料烧后线变化增加,但水泥含量达到8%以后变化不明显;4)对于LF精炼炉渣,不管水泥的含量多少,自流料都不被渗透,但随水泥含量增加,自流料的抗熔蚀性变差;5)对于转炉钢包渣,随着水泥含量的增加,自流料的抗渗透性增强,抗熔蚀性变差,而渗透与熔蚀量之和减少;6)对于转炉末期渣,随着水泥含量增加,浇注料的抗渗透性增强,抗熔蚀性变差;7)应用相图分析了铝尖晶石浇注料的侵蚀机理,认为渣中Fe2O3或低熔点相CF的增加是渣渗透的主要原因. 相似文献
