To reveal the impact of mining on bacterial ecology around mining area, bacterial community and geochemical characteristics about Dabaoshan Mine (Guangdong Province, China) were studied. By amplified ribosomal DNA restriction analysis and phylogenetic analysis, it is found that mining pollution greatly impacts the bacterial ecology and makes the habitat type of polluted environments close to acid mine drainage (AMD) ecology. The polluted environment is acidified so greatly that neutrophil and alkaliphilic microbes are massively dead and decomposed. It provided organic matters that can make Acidiphilium sp. rapidly grow and become the most bacterial species in this niche. Furthermore, Acidithiobacillus ferrooxidans and Leptospirillum sp. are also present in this niche. The amount of Leptospirillum sp. is far more than that of Acidithiobacillus ferrooxidans, which indicates that the concentration of toxic ions is very high. The conclusions of biogeochemical analysis and microbiological monitor are identical. Moreover, because the growth of Acidithiobacillus ferrooxidans and Leptospirillum sp. depends on ferrous iron or inorganic redox sulfur compounds which can be supplied by continual AMD, their presence indicates that AMD still flows into the site. And the area is closer to the outfalls of AMD, their biomasses would be more. So the distinction of their biomasses among different areas can help us to find the effluent route of AMD. Rapidly solidified Al87Ni7Cu3Nd3 amorphous alloy was prepared by using melt spinning. Its calorimetric behavior was characterized by using differential scanning calorimeter in a continuous or isothermal heating mode. phase transformation was investigated, with a special interest in primary crystallization, by using an in-situ examination of X-ray diffractometry (XRD) and high resolution transmission electron microscopy (HRTEM). The results show that, the whole devitrification of rapidly solidified Al87NiyCu3Nd3 amorphous alloy involves two main processes of primary crystallization and secondary crystallization that consist mainly of two reactions. For primary crystallization, the apparent activation energies, EIso and EKis and growth activation energies Eg are about 153, 166 and 288 kJ/mol, respectively. The interdiffusion of Al atoms is a rate-controlled step of formation of the a(Al) particles, but slow diffusion of Ni and Nd atoms plays a significant role in retarding growth of the α (Al) particles. For secondary crystallization, EIso, EKis and Eg of the first reaction are about 291,208 and 290 kJ/mol, and those of the second reaction are about 367, 269 and 372 kJ/mol. The two reactions of secondary crystallization are controlled mainly in an interface-controlled three-dimensional mode, depending mainly on slow diffusion of Ni and Nd atoms.  相似文献

Thiobacillus ferrooxidans might be the most important bacteria used in biometallurgy. The foundation way of its growth process is oxidizing ferrous in order to obtain energy needed for metabolism, but the variation of ferrous concentration and mixed potential of the culture media would have crucial effect on the bacteria growth. Based on the characteristics of Thiobacillus ferroxidans growth and redox potential of ferric and ferrous, an electrochemical cell was designed conventionally to study growth rule and the relationship between redox potential and bacteria growth was built up, and some growth kinetics of Thiobacillus ferrooxidans were elucidated. It demonstrates that the variation of open potential of electrochemical cell ΔE shows the growth tendency of Thiobacillus ferrooxidans, at the initial growth stage, the value of δE increases slowly, when at logistic growth stage, it increases drastically, and the growth rate of bacteria is linear with the oxidation rate of ferrous. The bacteria growth kinetics model is proposed using Monod and Michealis-Menten equation, and the kinetics parameters are got. The consistence of the measured and the calculated results proves that it is proper to use the proposed kinetics model and the electrochemical cell method to describe the growth rule of Thiobacillus ferrooxidans. To improve the adsorption properties of chemically modified chitosan, the chelating resin of salicylal chitosan Schiff bases was prepared by the template cross-linking method using Cu(Ⅱ) as template ion and ethylene glycol bisglycidyl ether as cross-linking agent in microwave, and was characterized by IR. The adsorption capacity and selectivity coefficient of the chemically modified chitosan for Cu(Ⅱ), Fe(Ⅲ) and Zn(Ⅱ) were investigated, respectively. The results show that the adsorption capacity of the resin 2.73 mmol/g for Cu(Ⅱ) is bigger than that for other two metal ions, 0.22 mmol/g for Fe(Ⅲ), and 0.42 mmol/g for Zn(Ⅱ), and the selectivity coefficients are as follows: KCu(Ⅱ)/Fe(Ⅲ)=12.4, KCu(Ⅱ)/Zn(Ⅱ)=6.5.  相似文献

The adsorption capability of D318 resin for Cr(VI) was investigated by chemistry analysis. Experimental results show that D318 resin has the best adsorption ability for Cr(VI) at pH=3.16 in HAc-NaAc medium. The statically saturated adsorption capacity of the resin is 265.4 mg/g. The thermodynamic adsorption parameters, enthalpy change ΔH and free energy change ΔG 298 of the adsorption reaction are 4.81 and −5.16 kJ/mol, respectively. The apparent activation energy E a is 22.4 kJ/mol. The adsorption behavior obeys the Freundlich isotherm. The molar coordination ratio of the functional group of resin to Cr(VI) is 3:2. A novel technology for lead removal with nonliving Rhizopus oligosporus immobilized in calcium alginate was studied. The results show that the main influencing factors include pH value and interfering cations. pH value has different effects on biosorption of various heavy metals and lead adsorption can be proceeded by controlling pH value in a range of 2-5; interfering cations especially Cu( Ⅱ ) can make the adsorption amount of Pb( Ⅱ ) decrease by immobilized Rhizopus oligosporus. Desorption efficiency of different eluants and kinetics were investigated. Citrate the reaction equilibrium reaches 3 h. Immobilized biomass keeps high lead biosorption capacity after five cycles of regeneration.  相似文献

The adsorption properties of a novel macroporous weak acid resin (D152) for Pb2+ were investigated with chemical methods. The optimal adsorption condition of D152 resin for Pb2+ is at pH 6.00 in HAc-NaAc medium. The statically saturated adsorption capacity is 527 mg/g at 298 K. Pb2+ adsorbed on D152 resin can be eluted with 0.05 mol/L HCl quantitatively. The adsorption rate constants determined under various temperatures are k 288 K=2.22×10−5 st-1, k 298 K=2.51×10−5 s−1, and k 308 K= 2.95×10−5 s−1, respectively. The apparent activation energy, E a is 10.5 kJ/mol, and the adsorption parameters of thermodynamics are ΔH Θ=13.3 kJ/mol, ΔS Θ=119 J/(mol·K), and ΔG Θ 298 K =−22.2 kJ/mol, respectively. 目前煤制乙二醇生产工艺中依然存在分离精制技术难题,即副产物1,2-丁二醇与乙二醇存在共沸现象,且相对挥发度极低,常规精馏分离方法能耗高、收率低、产品质量差。针对此难题,课题组前期提出一种利用可逆反应来强化分离精制的新方法,但该方法中缩醛反应步骤存在缩醛交换过程,对该工艺的设计计算造成较大影响。作者主要针对缩醛反应步骤中的1,2-丁二醇与2-乙基-1,3-二氧戊环的缩醛交换反应动力学进行探究,通过催化剂粒径、研究转速、催化剂用量、反应温度、反应物进料摩尔比例等因素对反应过程的影响,得到了正逆反应的活化能分别为70.48 kJ/mol和80.14 kJ/mol,正逆反应的指前因子分别为3.79×1010 L/(mol·min·g)和1.95×1012 L/(mol·min·g),采用二级拟均相模型可以很好的对实验数据进行拟合。研究结果还表明该反应为可逆放热反应,反应热为-7.83 kJ/mol。通过该反应动力学的研究发现,合理控制反应条件可以有效提高1,2-丁二醇转化率,降低乙二醇转化率,从而实现分离,为该过程的模拟设计提供了可靠的基础数据,有助于工业化推广应用。  相似文献

The influence of different concentrations of copper solvent extractant ZJ 988 on the growth and activity of acidophilic microorganisms was studied and the microbial community structures were compared by 16S rRNA gene clone library analysis. The total bacteria numbers are reduced when 0.5% (volume fraction) extractant is added. The proportions of Acidithiobacillus ferrooxidans and Acidiphilium organovorum are increased, whereas the proportion of Leptospirillum ferriphilum is reduced. When the concentration of extractant is elevated to 1%, growth of all bacteria is inhibited. Clone library results reveal that the dominant bacteria in the culture solution with/without the extractant are At. ferrooxidans, A. organovorum and L. ferriphilum. The sensitivity order of the three bacteria to the extractant from the most to the least is found to be L. ferriphilum>At. ferrooxidans>A. organovorum.  相似文献
