冷成型对低碳微合金钢拉伸行为及性能的影响

研究了冷成型对铁素体+珠光体组织类型低碳微合金热轧钢板拉伸行为及性能的影响。用弯曲和压平变形模拟高频直缝焊管制管及取样钢板所经历的冷成型过程。对冷成型前后材料拉伸行为和性能进行对比试验,结果表明,冷变形不同程度改变材料拉伸行为及性能,且这种变化是由冷变形方式和程度所决定;包申格效应试验分析结果表明,材料背应力随塑性应变增加而增大,且到达某一数值后当塑性应变继续增加,背应力增加幅度明显减小;有限元分析结果表明,冷成型导致的钢板性能变化是由包申格效应和加工硬化共同作用的结果,并给出了其形成机制。

等距螺旋锥齿轮的精确建模与金属粉末注射成型工艺试制

等距螺旋锥齿轮作为一种新型锥齿轮,其螺旋齿面具有法向等距的特点,适用于金属粉末注射成型工艺批量化生产。根据坐标变换理论推导出球面渐开线和等距圆锥螺旋线的参数方程,再基于齿面形成原理建立齿面数学模型;在MATLAB中对齿面数学模型编程计算出齿面离散点坐标,并通过UG逆向工程完成等距螺旋锥齿轮的精确建模;利用ANSYS仿真分析等距螺旋锥齿轮的啮合接触,得出齿轮的传动性能;最后通过金属粉末注射成型工艺完成等距螺旋锥齿轮的试制。研究结果表明,齿面数学模型结合离散点逆向建模可确保模型的精度,金属粉末注射成型工艺可用于等距螺旋锥齿轮的批量化生产。

UOE成型三维有限元仿真研究

研究UOE成型三维有限元模拟方法。基于弹塑性有限元方法,通过建立UOE焊管成型的三维有限元模型,全方位模拟具有大变形和复杂接触的弹塑性成型过程,分析板料在弯边、U成型、O成型、预焊及扩径等各个成型阶段的变形构型、等效塑性应力和应变分布的变化,并与实际工艺质量进行比较,验证了模型的准确性。并且通过有限元仿真的手段研究了板料尺寸在UOE成型过程中的变化规律。研究结果可为UOE工艺设计以及UOE焊管可制造性评估提供借鉴。
