ERP是国际一流企业普遍实施的一种企业信息建设模式,它不仅是一种信息系统,而且还包含着先进的企业管理思想.理念和手段。在我国电力企业走向国际化、实施“以信息化带动电力工业和电力企业的跨越式发展”战略、推进技术创新引领电力企业“管理创新”的进程中,ERP建设已成为企业信息化的主要任务。着重分析ERP给电力企业带来的价值,并从实践方面分析ERP系统在浙江电力企业实施的意义和成果,展示了ERP在电力企业的应用前景。  相似文献

The authors have been developing extruded polymer insulated superconducting power cables. Dielectric loss in electrical insulation cannot be ignored in superconducting cables since conductor loss in the cables is minimal. Studies so far show that ethylene-propylene rubber (EPR) is suitable as an electrical insulating material in the extruded polymer insulated superconducting cable design because it demonstrates excellent mechanical and relatively good electrical qualities at a cryogenic temperature. Widely used EPR includes some kinds of additives; however, their effect on tan δ of EPR at cryogenic temperature remains unknown. The effect of additives such as crosslinking agent and fillers on tan δ of EPR was examined at temperatures of between 4.2 K and 300 K. Thickness dependence of tan δ was also measured using EPR films of different thickness and an extruded EPR insulated cable sample. The results show that additives increase tan δ of relatively thin films of EPR even in the cryogenic temperature region; however, they do not have an intolerable dielectric loss in comparison with conductor loss and heat inflow of the superconducting cable. The remedy to tan δ increase due to the polymer contraction relative to shielding wires has been established.  相似文献

骨架特征在图像处理和计算机图形学等领域有着广泛的应用,而常规的骨架提取算法易受到噪声和物体自身变化的影响,使得提取的骨架难以进行后续的应用.本文提出联合离散曲线演化和弯曲度比率这两种视觉显著性特征约束下的骨架生长算法.在骨架生长过程中通过对判为结点的骨架点的邻域骨架点进行进一步的弯曲度比率约束,有效抑制了离散曲线演化约束骨架提取算法对于弯曲度较大的部位所产生的无法避免的冗余枝.通过调节保留的离散曲线演化点数以及弯曲度比率阈值,可获得多尺度的骨架.实验证明,在较大非刚体形变和轮廓噪声等干扰下,本文提出的算法仍能有效的抑制冗余骨架枝的产生,获得的骨架能够较好的表示图形中视觉重要部分.  相似文献

This paper presents the latest results of continuous investigations of cable insulations degradation of crosslinked polyethylene (XPLE) and ethylene-propylene with rubber based formulation (EPR) when subjected to electric stress and heating in the presence of water or water vapour. The paper deals with water absorption and diffusion in two kinds of crosslinked polyethylene insulation-dry-cured and steam-cured, and steam-cured EPR insulation. The aim of this investigation is to present the results of the influence of changing of water or water vapour pressure in the conductors of XLPE and EPR cables in different service conditions on the electric characteristics of XLPE and EPR insulations-breakdown voltage (AC BDV), dissipation factor (tan δ) and rata of partial discharge (RPD). In this paper, RPD is defined as, the maximum electrical field when the beginning partial discharge in the cable insulation and partial discharge were measured in accordance with the IEC standard. This paper also shows the relation between AC BDV and water content, and AC BDV and tan δ in XLPE and EPR insulations. In this testing the tap water was put in the cable conductors and the ends were properly closed by terminal boxes. The results indicate that the combined effects of water or water vapour, pressure, moisture, electric field and temperature will greatly accelerate deterioration of XLPE and EPR insulations  相似文献

The authors have proved that ethylene-propylene rubber (EPR) is suitable for the solid electrical insulating material of superconducting and cryoresistive cables due to its excellent mechanical and good electrical properties. It is imperative to study the treeing resistivity of EPR in view of long-term reliability as a cable insulator. The objectives of this paper are to establish an ac treeing test method of opaque EPR samples with fillers and to examine the treeing resistivity of EPR at both liquid-nitrogen and room temperatures and the effect of fillers on treeing resistivity. It was found that EPR has enough resistance to ac treeing at liquid-nitrogen temperature and that fillers improve ac treeing resistivity slightly. High reliability of EPR insulation is expected during long-term operation at cryogenic temperature.  相似文献

The detection of free radicalsin vivo is very important for the study of many physiologic and pathologic conditions. Free radicals have been implicated in a number of diseases such as ischemia, inflammation, kidney damage, and cancer. Proton-electron double-resonance imaging (PEDRI) allows the indirect detection of free radicals via the Overhauser effect. Nitroxide free radicals used forin vivo PEDRI studies present spectra with two or three lines, but most PEDRI experiments performed to date have used only single-line electron paramagnetic resonance (EPR) irradiation. There is theoretical evidence that simultaneous irradiation of multiple EPR transitions could increase the maximum achievable PEDRI enhancement. From the experimental point of view, this requires the combined use of a suitable multiple-frequency EPR source and a multiple-tuned EPR resonator. A novel radiofrequency (RF) triple-tuned loop-gap resonator for use in PEDRI has recently been developed, and dynamic nuclear polarization (DNP) data were reported. In the present study we describe a new PEDRI apparatus, equipped with a triple-tuned resonator, that is suitable for simultaneous double-or triple-EPR irradiation of nitroxide free radicals. In particular, the details of the EPR hardware used to generate the two or three EPR frequencies are given, and PEDRI images obtained with simultaneous multiple EPR irradiation are shown. Moreover, DNP experimental results showing the increase of the enhancement as a function of the EPR power for single and simultaneous double EPR irradiation are presented. The main goal of this apparatus is to improve the sensitivity and/or to reduce EPR irradiation power in a PEDRI experiment. This paper shows that the mechanical and thermal properties of EPR cable dielectrics are very stable with temperature. Commercially available EPR and TRXLPE cable dielectrics typically have about the same thermal conductivity, although the thermal conductivity of TRXLPE above the melting point of the crystallites drops below that of the EPR dielectrics. The mechanical properties of EPR cable dielectrics are much more stable with temperature than those of the TRXLPE, as EPR polymer is essentially amorphous so that EPR cable dielectrics do not suffer from the very large thermal expansion of TRXLPE as its crystallites melt.  相似文献
