本系统以STM32F103RBT6为主控芯片的电路板为基础,设计了一种自动菌落计数器光源系统。现有的光源光照强度固定且仅有白色光的菌落计数器准确率较低,本设计通过上位机控制上下光源的光照强弱和颜色,以适应机器视觉的特殊光源环境需求,使图像中的菌落信息与培养基信息得到合理分离,大大降低图像处理算法分割、识别的难度,使菌落计数器的准确率和计数速度得到有效提高。 相似文献

A distributed counter is a concurrent object which provides a fetch-and-increment operation on a shared value. On the basis of a distributed counter, one can implement various fundamental data structures, such as queues or stacks. We present the counting pyramid, an efficient implementation of a distributed counter in a message passing system, which is based on software combining. The counting pyramid adapts gracefully to changing access patterns, guarantees linearizability, and offers more general fetch-and-Φ operations. We analyze the expected performance of the counting pyramid, using queueing theory and simulation. We show that the latency of the counting pyramid is asymptotically optimal. 相似文献

This paper reviews the problem of counting ridges in a digitized fingerprint and examines an interactive software system that relieves the tedium of visual inspection and standardizes the counting procedure. The software system includes digitizer, preprocessor and counter subsystems. The preprocessor smoothes and thresholds the image. The counter defines an appropriate window around the line between two user-selected points, eliminates artifacts and counts runs of zero pixels. Time-correlated single photon counting (TCSPC) is popular in the resolved techniques due to its prominent performance such as ultra-high time resolution and ultra-high sensitivity. This paper presents advance signal processing techniques on the optical TCSPC signals obtained from the series of experiments on fabricated tissue like phantom. A pulsed laser sources at a wavelength of 830 rim transmits the light through the surface of phantom and finally at receiver side, photon counting device generates the histogram of the receiving signal. The noisy data obtained from the photon counter is processed with the splitting based denoising method. The method divide the signal into different subsets based on the transitions. Each subset is then processed individually and final merging of all subsets gives noise free signal. The main objective of this work is to analyze the signal obtained from photon counter in context of skin blood absorption. We had examined the signal obtained by varying the distance between transmitter and receiver to extract the features. Experimental results with our prototype shows more scattering with the increase in the distance at 3dB level and hence less absorption with increase in the distance. 相似文献

为了实现对机床设备运行状态的实时监测,设计了一种基于单片机的光电编码器位置检测系统;系统采用高性能的AVR单片机对编码器的两相位置信号进行鉴相及四倍频处理,然后通过MCS-52单片机的T2计数器进行硬件计数,同时使用MCS-52单片机的串行端口将位置数据传送至上位PC机中;采用VB6.0软件设计上位机的监控界面,实时动态显示各种编码器的位置数据;试运行结果表明,该设计不仪电路简单,且计数精度高、响应速度快,达到150kHz,适用于各种位置及角度检测场合. 相似文献

Bacterial colony enumeration is an essential tool for many widely used biomedical assays. However, bacterial colony enumerating
is a low throughput, time consuming and labor intensive process since there may exist hundreds or thousands of colonies on
a Petri dish, and the counting process is usually manually performed by well-trained technicians. In this paper, we introduce
a fully automatic yet cost-effective bacterial colony counter which can not only count but also classify colonies. Our proposed
method can recognize chromatic and achromatic images and thus can deal with both color and clear medium. In addition, the
proposed method is software-centered and can accept general digital camera images as its input. The counting process includes
detecting dish/plate regions, identifying colonies, separating aggregated colonies, and reporting colony counts. In order
to differentiate colonies of different species, the proposed counter adopts one-class Support Vector Machine (SVM) with Radial
Basis Function (RBF) as the classifier. Our proposed counter demonstrates a promising performance in terms of both precision
and recall, and is robust and efficient in terms of labor-and time-savings. 相似文献

A high-performance configurable multi-channel counter is presented. The system has been implemented on a small-size and low-cost Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) FPGA/DSP-based board, and features 64 input channels, a maximum counting rate of 45 MHz, and a minimum integration window (time resolution) of 24 μs with a 23 b counting depth. In particular, the time resolution depends on both the selected counting bit-depth and the number of acquisition channels: indeed, with a 8 b counting depth, the time resolution reaches the value of 8 μs if all the 64 input channels are enabled, whereas it lowers to 378 ns if only 2 channels are used. Thanks to its flexible architecture and performance, the system is suitable in highly demanding photon counting applications based on SPAD arrays, as well as in many other scientific experiments. Moreover, the collected counting results are both real-time processed and transmitted over a high-speed IEEE 1394 serial link. The same link is used to remotely set up and control the entire acquisition process, thus giving the system a even higher degree of flexibility. Finally, a theoretical model of general use which immediately provides the overall system performance is described. The model is then validated by the reported experimental results. 相似文献
