Referenzarchitektur für Zugangsserver in öffentlichen Funknetz-Hotspots

This paper introduces an access server developed at the Institute of Broadband Communications at Vienna University of Technology, which can be used for an IEEE 802.11 conformant public wireless network infrastructure. Customers are able to gain Internet access at so called hotspots. It is expected that the idea of roaming, which is already known from cellular mobile telephone networks, will play an important role in the near future. This puts new demands on network access servers like standardized and secure authentication and accounting of mobile customers.     

Strenge Lösung für einen piezothermoelastichen Streifen aus drei Schichten

Starting from the general three-dimensional relations of a piezothermoelastic body, the equations for the kinematical displacements, mechanical stresses and the electric displacement in a plate with the material behavior of a crystal of class mm2 are derived. Potential functions are introduced to represent the coupled elastic and electric fields in the plate. Simple uncoupled equations for the components of a generalized Galerkinvector and a generalized thermoelastic displacement potential function are derived. As an example, a strip with three layers is analyzed, and the boundary and interface conditions are given, which are needed for solving the equations in this case. The kinematical displacements and the distribution of the electric potential are represented graphically for various cases. The results may serve as benchmark solutions for numerical computations.

I/f噪声源及MOS器件中的1/f噪声

1／f噪声,由于其反映了器件的质量、可靠性等参数,其研究越来越为人们所重视。本文首先较为系统地介绍了1／f噪声源两种较为成熟的理论：载流子数涨落和迁移率涨落模型,最后将研究MOS晶体管中1／f噪声的现象。在n管中,较为成功地用△N模型;而在PMOS晶体管中,△μ模型可较为成功地解释其1／f噪声特性。
