在自行设计的浮选柱模拟系统中,对一种新型浮选柱微泡-逆流接触式浮选柱气泡发生器的发泡特性进行系统研究;以发泡器产生的气泡为研究对象,通过高速摄像记录仪获取气泡图像,采用图像处理软件对气泡直径及速度进行提取、统计,考察气泡发生器在不同充气条件下气泡密度及气泡尺寸分布特征,探索生成气泡的尺寸和速度之间的对应关系。研究结果表明,随充气量增大,气泡平均直径增大,气泡尺寸分布由变宽,微气泡数量减少;在充气量Q=4 L/min时,气泡尺寸分布比较均匀且产生充足的微气泡;气泡上升速度主要取决于充气量和气泡尺寸,通过试验数据分析,提出了该浮选柱气泡发生器生成气泡上升速度与尺寸之间的指数关系式。 相似文献

在浮选体系中,气泡的运动特性直接影响着矿物浮选的选别效果,因此,研究气泡的运动特性,对于优化浮选工艺与改善浮选效果有着重要意义。本文首先简述了浮选中常见的气泡生成方式,主要有机械搅拌发泡、气泡发生器发泡、电解发泡及超声波发泡四种方式;气泡参数中介绍了气泡形态特征参数、运动特征参数和分布特征参数的含义和计算公式;然后重点阐述了浮选中起泡剂、捕收剂、抑制剂、浮选机叶轮参数、浮选柱气泡发生器及充气量对气泡参数的影响;归纳了纳米气泡在微细粒矿物浮选中的应用;最后指出,完善气泡测量方法、侧重于气泡在实际浮选环境中的运动特性研究以及研发新型纳米气泡生成设备将是未来的发展方向。 相似文献

从KYZ-B型浮选柱的工作原理出发,依据浮选柱浮选动力学的状态,详细分析了KYZ-B型浮选柱系统中主要组成部分——柱体、推泡器、给矿系统、气泡发生系统、液位控制系统、泡沫喷淋水系统等设计原理。依据以上理论设计了KYZ-B1065浮选柱,工业试验取得了较好指标。设计的KYZ-B0912和KYZ-B1212浮选柱在某选厂成功进行工业应用。 相似文献

Column flotation cells have been installed in numerous base metal operations around the world. The majority of these cells utilize conventional air-only spargers to introduce air into the bottom of the column. The recent development of instruments to measure the bubble characteristics in these columns has provided a renewed understanding of column behaviour. These new tools provided insight into why the columns at Red Dog Mine had never performed up to expectations. After efforts to optimise the spargers failed to substantially change the bubble size and air efficiency, alternate sparger systems were investigated. The Metso Minerals CISA Microcel sparger system appeared promising and was selected for a full-scale plant trial. The Microcel sparger system was originally developed for the coal industry at the Virginia Centre for Coal and Minerals Processing.In October 2003, a Microcel was retrofitted into one of two 3.66 m diameter flotation columns in the zinc retreat circuit at Red Dog Mine. The operation of the two different sparger systems in parallel allowed a detailed comparison.This paper discusses the performance of the Microcel based on the data collected during several detailed surveys. Bubble size measurements carried out in the pulp zone using the McGill University bubble viewer showed a significant difference in bubble size. The mean Sauter diameter of the bubbles decreased from 3.4 mm for the jetting-type sparger to 1.9 mm for the Microcel sparger. The overall recovery and the recovery by size fraction for both valuable and gangue minerals were compared. Paired t-tests demonstrated that the Microcel column produced a higher concentrate grade (0.6% zinc absolute) and a higher unit recovery (2.8% zinc absolute) than the existing Canadian Process Technologies Inc (CPT) SlamJet column. These improvements provided a payback period of 1.5 months for the $109,000 investment. 相似文献

The limiting factor for metal-organic precipitate flotation in a column is the level of aggregate stability under the turbulence created by the rising bubbles. The hydrodynamic conditions in a 75 mm diameter pilot column were optimised by using different bubble spargers (Microcel, Flotaire, Imox) and by varying the gas flow rate into the bubble sparger, feed flow rate in the column, type and concentration of frother and recirculating pump flow rate. With the bubble spargers used, the average bubble diameter ranges from 0.30 and 1.10 mm, with up to 25% gas hold-up. The parameters influencing average bubble diameter are the superficial gas velocity and the recirculating pump flow rate. For optimal concentrations (10 to 20 mg/1), the type of frother has a negligible role.Strong interaction occurs between superficial gas and feed velocities and recirculating pump flow rate for bubble size control. The optimum operating conditions must accordingly be maintained to prevent carryover of small bubbles into the recirculating pump or the purified solution. 通过浮选硫化铜矿的研究,检验高气泡表面积通量浮选柱的浮选性能,优化主要结构参数和操作参数。研究表明,高气泡表面积通量浮选柱采用多段相互独立的发泡器,可以在表观充气速率较高的情况下,不增大气泡直径,而增加气泡数量,从而有效地增大气泡表面积通量,并且减少了气泡在浮升过程中兼并的可能性,避免了疏水颗粒的脱落和因气泡携带能力不足导致的回收率损失,对分选效率的提高有着十分显著的效果。高气泡表面积通量浮选柱浮选硫化铜矿,在精矿品位下降不大的情况下,回收率可提高10个百分点以上。 相似文献
