纺织品组织结构对织物的外观和应用性能具有普遍的适用性,织物的最终用途在很大程度上取决于所用的材料及其物理特性。因此,织物的结构参数直接决定了织物的性能。研究了不同组织结构对织物力学性能(包括拉伸性能、撕裂性能和耐磨性能)的影响,主要探讨了平纹、斜纹和方平组织对织物力学性能的影响。  相似文献

为增强机织面料的立体造型效果,提出了具有较强立体肌理特征的褶裥结构设计与织造方法。针对整体褶裥一次成形织造中存在经纱张力大幅波动的技术难题,通过分析机织整体褶裥的成形原理和过程,分析了整体褶裥成形的关键技术,设计了一种具有自适应功能的送经系统。送经机构设计及产品织造结果表明:褶裥部分织造时,地轴经纱停止送经,但受花经打纬时钢筘往复移动的影响,其张力在45 cN 上下波动,而花轴经纱张力在20 cN上下波动,可满足褶裥织造对经纱张力要求,且能实现整体褶裥的高效稳定织造;同时,整体褶裥的每褶长度可在0 ~23 mm之间变化,具有较明显的立体效果。  相似文献

在Peirce模型的基础上,采用圆弧和切直线描述纱线的屈曲形态,采用圆形描述纱线截面形状,基于坐标变换原理,建立了平纹机织物空间三维形态的数学模型。在此基础上,采用MATLAB语言编程,对平纹机织物进行参数化建模,实现平纹机织物在不同经纬纱线直径、不同经纬纱线密度、不同结构相下的三维仿真,并通过颜色插值、添加光源等改进模拟效果。  相似文献

分析现有的织物CAD软件在模拟素色织物时存在的不足,给出了纱线的数学模型,根据织物表面浮长线反光的原理,建立了织物浮长线上各点反光亮度计算的数学模型,该数学模型考虑了纱线屈曲、捻向、截面形状等因素对浮长线上各点反光亮度的影响。给出了根据上述数学模型计算并生成织物模拟效果图的方法,依据该方法在计算机上生成了素色织物模拟效果图。经过对上述数学模型的进一步优化,可使织物模拟效果图具有良好的真实感效果。  相似文献

Thermal resistance of fabrics is an important property influencing an ability of fabrics to protect the human body against cold. In this paper the model of the thermal resistance of woven fabrics is elaborated. Next, an experimental verification was carried out on the basis of the results for 26 cotton woven fabrics of plain weave as well as for 18 cotton fabrics of weaves different to plain. The experiment confirmed that there is a statistically significant and strong correlation between the real values of the fabric thermal resistance measured by means of Alambeta and the predicted value calculated by means of the elaborated model.  相似文献

Crease recovery behaviour is an important property of fabrics for apparel applications. A theoretical model is developed in which the fabric is represented by an elastic element and a frictional element. The frictional restraint is assumed to be proportional to the square root of the curvature of the fabric during deformation. An energy method is applied to the study of crease recovery behaviour of the fabric. Equations of crease recovery work and crease recovery force as a function of curvature are derived. Two basic parameters are needed to characterise the fabric in the crease recovery model: the bending rigidity and bending hysteresis of the fabric; both are readily measured in a pure bending test. Good agreement is observed between experimental data and theoretical predictions for wool/polyester blended and worsted fabrics.  相似文献

Frictional characteristics of woven fabrics can determine smoothness and softness values of textiles. In this paper, we have studied the influence of factors such as temperature, relative humidity, fabric structure, type of fiber material, and direction of motion on roughness properties of fabric surface using response surface method (RSM). For this purpose, woven fabrics with plain, rib2/2, twill2/2, twill1/3, twill3/1, twill1/7, and twill7/1 were produced with polyester warp yarn and two different weft yarns (cotton and polyester). Then, a statistical model (RSM) was used for the experimental plan (with these variables) to determine the runs of experiment (or selected points). Next, the frictional forces measurement was carried out on the fabrics in those directions. The experimental results showed that fabric-to-fabric friction (static frictional resistance, kinetic frictional resistance, and smoothness of woven fabrics) is highly sensitive to factors like relative humidity, fabric structure, type of fiber material, and direction of motion while temperature factor (in the range 0–50°C) has no sensitive effect on frictional parameters.  相似文献

Since the woven fabric is used on the 3D body, it encounters bending deformation and crease in various directions. Due to the prominence of these deformations in the appearance of the garment, the inspection of bending and crease recovery behaviour of fabric in different directions needs to be considered. In this paper, the evaluation of bending rigidity and crease recovery of fabrics is carried out in various directions. Analysis of the results revealed that fabric-bending rigidity could be expressed as a sinusoidal function of sample orientation towards warp direction. For all the studied fabrics, from warp axis to bias direction, bending rigidity follows a descending trend, however; crease recovery angle has an ascending tendency. Reverse variations were achieved for both properties from bias direction to weft axis due to the variant warp and weft yarn contributions in each direction. Hence, the lowest bending rigidity was obtained in the bias direction (45°), while the highest crease recovery angle was recorded for the mentioned direction. Moreover, an exponential function is utilized to express the non-linear relation between bending rigidity and the crease recovery in different directions of the fabric. The statistical analysis of the results clarified that the effect of fabric direction and structural parameters on the bending and crease recovery behaviour is significant in the confidence range of 95%.  相似文献

通过对机织物的结构特征及组织设计的特点进行分析,并结合数码设计技术的应用,提出一种机织物组织设计的新原理和方法。以全息组织替代传统单一组织的设计模式,设计的全息组织可以建立相应的组织库,组织库中的组织可以替代应用来改变织物效果,但不会改变机织物交织平衡的结构特征。以机织物的经纬交织平衡分析为基础,设计的织物结构能满足机织物大批量生产的技术要求,可以方便地应用于数码机织物的产品创新,特别是分层组合设计模式下数码提花织物的创新设计。  相似文献

Effect of abrasion on surface roughness properties of textured polyester woven fabrics has been investigated. The effects of weft density, weft yarn filament number, fiber fineness, and weave pattern on surface roughness after abrasion were studied. Surface roughness values of control fabric (not abraded) and abraded fabrics after four different abrasion cycles were discussed according to different constructional parameters. Surface roughness values of fabrics changed according to abrasion cycles and the changes were related to yarn float lengths, yarn densities, yarn fiber fineness, and initial fabric surface roughness. A general overview of the results showed that abrasion eliminated the effect of texture especially at the fabric samples with initially high surface roughness. The surface roughness of fabrics with initially high surface roughness decreased at a greater extent than the ones with low surface roughness after abrasion. Fabrics with high surface roughness were affected more by abrasion and the effect of abrasion on rough surfaces depended on different manners regarding the compactness of woven structures.  相似文献

Effects of abrasion on surface roughness properties together with appearance of woven wool fabrics have been investigated. The effects of weft yarn count, weft yarn density, and weave pattern on fabric surface roughness after abrasion were researched. Surface roughness values of control fabric (not abraded) and abraded fabrics after four different abrasion cycles were discussed according to different fabric constructional parameters. It was observed that the greatest decreases in surface roughness values after abrasion were observed in loose fabric structures which had the highest initial fabric surface roughness values (coarse yarn, low yarn density, and low yarn intersection). The results showed that change of roughness properties of wool fabric surfaces after abrasion depends on the initial surface roughness values and on the amount of contact area of fabrics based on the fabric constructional parameters.  相似文献

基于纺织材料的弹性回复性能及织物的内摩擦作用,研究织物在较小折皱力作用下的折皱弯曲与回复性能,通过简单的模型及公式表征织物回复过程中的重要性质,分析毛及毛涤织物在折皱回复过程中回复力与折皱弯曲形变的关系。利用KES-FB3压缩仪设计折皱弯曲测试试验,用所得数据计算模型参数,能较好地反映出织物折皱回复规律,理论计算值与实测值吻合程度较好。  相似文献

Abstract

Traditional single-side scanning or single-vision image acquisition methods have the limitation of incomplete information caused by the existence of blind spots. To collect the complete texture information of fabric images, a new multi-vision image acquisition and the related fusion method is developed to solve this problem. However, linear addition of image sequences acquired from multiple directions cannot achieve a good result of image fusion, it is necessary to conduct the image fusion based on the image registration between images at pixel level. Therefore, a new multi-directional digital image acquisition system for woven fabrics is established in this article; one set of image fusion algorithm based on image registration is proposed for the image enhancement of fabric. Fabric texture images are digitized by means of multi-directional vision imaging instead of unidirectional imaging, the structural information of fabric texture could be enhanced using image registration and fusion technology and the indexing and localization of texture corresponding points could be controlled using matching points or control points. Our experimental results show that the proposed method could be used to merge the effective information from the multi-directional vision images completely, it has the potential application for the rendering of woven fabrics using image driven virtual reality enhancement.  相似文献
