研究了一维正弦函数型光子晶体的透射特性和缺陷层对透射特性的影响,同时分析了光在正弦函数型光子晶体中的光学传输特性,即电场在正弦函数型光子晶体中的分布。对正弦函数型光子晶体,在缺陷层处的场强既可局域增强,也可局域减弱。这与缺陷层介质的折射率大小有关。当缺陷层对场强的作用是增强或减弱时,缺陷层位置越靠前,它对其后场强的增强或减弱作用越大。这些结论对光子晶体的设计与应用具有一定指导意义。  相似文献

利用传输矩阵法,计算了含双缺陷的一维准周期光子晶体的透射谱,并分析了缺陷模的特征。结果表明:当两缺陷层的折射率为1时,该光子晶体的透射谱有一包含可见光所有波长的带隙。而当两缺陷层的折射率为1.1时,原带隙中产生了一缺陷模,且此缺陷模的位置和透射峰值都随两缺陷层折射率不同而变化。折射率越大,缺陷模位置对应的波长越长,缺陷模的峰值也越大。利用缺陷模的这一特性,可以设计一种微型的烟雾传感器。  相似文献

通过引入缺陷和色散介质方法,调控光子的运动状态,研究一种压缩[A(BC)]m结构负折射率光子晶体的TE波和TM波的传输特性和色散特性,研究发现两种模的禁带特性随入射角和色散介质折射率的变化而变化,并且其带隙比普通光子晶体的大,而透射带要窄,这为高品质低损耗的谐振腔、微波天线、透射光栅、光波导等新器件的研制提供理论依据.  相似文献

本文提出了负折射率缺陷层的一维各向异性光子晶体结构,利用传输矩阵的方法给出了TE波和TM波的透射率,结果表明在TE波中出现两个及多个缺陷模,TM波存在单缺陷模,两种偏振状态不同的透射波的缺陷模能分开,得出了光通过负折射率缺陷层的一维各向异性光子晶体后TE波和TM波随入射角的变化特性、随缺陷层厚度的的变化特性。这些特性用于光子晶体多通滤波、光子晶体偏振和激光谐振腔等器件的设计具有重要意义。  相似文献

应用传输矩阵法对含色散负折射率缺陷一维sinc函数型光子晶体的光学传输特性进行了研究。结果表明:含色散负折射率缺陷的sinc函数型光子晶体比含同样缺陷的余弦函数型光子晶体具有更宽阔的光子禁带;该光子晶体的禁带宽度随着介质层折射率nB(0)、nA(0)或半周期厚度的增大迅速收缩变窄,缺陷模消失;当光波入射角增大时,禁带宽度变宽,缺陷模与禁带一起红移;计算还发现该禁带结构对色散负折射率缺陷层的位置变动十分敏感;但是,缺陷层厚度的变化不会改变禁带的位置和宽度,此时缺陷模会随着缺陷层厚度的增大向着禁带中心移动。这些结论对一维函数型光子晶体的设计具有重要参考意义。  相似文献

通过传输矩阵法理论,研究两端对称缺陷C对一维光子晶体ACmB(AB)n(BA)nBCmA透射谱的影响,发现:当无缺陷C时,透射谱符合镜像对称结构光子晶体的透射谱特征。当引入缺陷C后,随着缺陷折射率nC的增大,禁带中的透射峰逐渐变宽的同时向高频方向移动。缺陷周期数m及其光学厚度DC对透射谱的影响,在数值上具有明显的奇偶特性,m为奇数或DC为奇数倍时,禁带中心均出现一个较宽的通带,且通带宽度随着m或DC的增大逐渐变窄,而且通带上方的振荡加快,但通带中心所处频率位置不变;m为偶数或DC为偶数倍时,禁带中心均出现一条细窄缺陷模,且缺陷模的宽度随着m或DC的增大缓慢变窄,但其位置不变;两端对称缺陷对对称结构光子晶体透射谱的调制规律,为光子晶体设计窄带、宽带光学滤波器或光开关等提供指导。  相似文献

为实现一维光子晶体更优越的滤波特性,引入渐变折射率缺陷层,可以抑制某些特定频率的电磁波,产生光子禁带。利用时域有限差分(FDTD)法,严格求解麦克斯韦方程组。研究了缺陷层的折射率变化为抛物线型时对应的透射率谱线,并分析了周期介质层的折射率比、厚度比及周期数,对滤波性能的影响。研究表明,增加折射率比,含梯度折射率缺陷层的一维光子晶体可以实现更大的滤波带宽;改变厚度比,可以影响透射峰位置;改变周期数,则可以影响透射率。这一研究结果对提高光子晶体滤波器性能具有一定参考价值。  相似文献

采用光学传输矩阵给出了含负折射率材料一维掺杂光子晶体的特征矩阵,研究了缺陷模的相关特性,经数值模拟计算得出:改变负折射率的大小、杂质的吸收系数和厚度,缺陷模的中心频率位置不变,缺陷模透射率随负折射率的减小而降低,透射谱的频率宽度也逐渐减小,同时缺陷模的半高宽度随消光系数和杂质厚度增大而增宽。光子晶体的这些特性将为光的传输控制、全反射镜和滤波器的设计等提供理论依据。  相似文献

通过一维掺杂光子晶体缺陷模的三个不同角度的立体图以及它们对应的俯视切面图,全面地研究了缺陷模随杂质光学厚度、杂质折射率以及光子晶体折射率的变化关系,得出了一维掺杂光子晶体缺陷模的全貌特征,并得到以下重要结论:缺陷模透射峰随杂质光学厚度变化呈周期性的出现,在同一周期上缺陷模的波长随杂质光学厚度呈线性变化;缺陷模透射峰的半高宽度随杂质折射率的增加而减小,但陷模透射峰的高度不受杂质折射率变化的影响;光子晶体的折射率对缺陷模透射峰的峰高和半高宽度都有显著的影响.  相似文献

设计了一种各向异性的一维掺杂光子晶体,利用特征矩阵法研究了该各向异性一维掺杂光子晶体的偏振滤波特性,并与各向同性的一维掺杂光子晶体的两个偏振态缺陷模进行了比较.结果表明,当光以不同角度入射时,透射波中横电波(TE)和横磁波(TM)的缺陷模都会出现明显的分离.利用这个特性设计出一种新型优质光子晶体偏振滤波器.  相似文献

We formulate and study an intelligent and secure house electricity system on the basis of the Internet of Things. The security of sensitive data collected and transmitted by sensor nodes installed in home appliances and household electrical devices is critical, since the transmitted data can be easily manipulated by different types of attacks. The confidentiality and integrity of household electrical devices information must be assured to insure appropriate and timely response. Providing a secure aggregation mechanism is thus very essential to protect the integrity and the privacy of data aggregation. In this paper, we propose a secure data aggregation scheme that exploits compressed sensing (CS) to reduce the communication overhead of collected electrical power measurement. Then, the data will be encrypted by each sensor node after the compressing phase, and a cryptography hash algorithm is used to ensure data integrity. Finally, we apply an aggregation function for data priorities and then send the data for diagnosis. Then, we will present simulation results for the evaluation of the proposed electric energy management system.  相似文献

For the nonlinearity distortion problem of Mach-Zehnder modulator(MZM)applied in the on-board microwave photonics system,the situation for two input radio frequency(RF)signals with different frequencies and phases is discussed,and an exact analytical solution is derived with the method of expanding Bessel series and Graf addition theory.According to the analytical expression,the nonlinearity characteristics of the modulator can be precisely predicted,and the system performance can be optimized.The correctness of the analytical solution is approved by simulation results.Analytical results indicate that the nonlinearity distortion is suppressed as the decrease of modulation index,the increase of direct current bias phase shift and phase difference between two input RF signals.When the phase difference equals zero orπand the direct current bias phase shift isπ/2,there are only odd-order distortion terms.When the phase difference equals zero orπand the direct current bias phase shift isπ,there are only even-order distortion terms.  相似文献

A diplexer is a familiar device which readily combines two separate radio-frequency signals to permit simultaneous transmission through a single transmission line or separates a composite signal into its constituent parts to permit each part to be transmitted or proceed individually. This correspondence describes a unique method of deriving diplexing action in a simple Y-junction circulator, and suggests a method of diplexing in other devices which depend upon the phase shift properties of ferrimagnetic material for their operation.  相似文献

The cylindrical waveguide with azimuthally periodic corrugations described by a sinusoidal function is analyzed. Relevant to magnetron and gyrotron interactions, TE-mode oscillations are treated by deriving a dispersion relation—linking the cut-off frequency and corrugation parameters—upon expansion of the field quantities in terms of space harmonics. From numerical examples, the present paper examines how the geometrical properties (area and perimeter) of the corrugated cross section relates with the cutoff frequencies of 2π and π modes having one radial variation. The waveguiding system studied here with continuously corrugated azimuthal profile looks attractive to relativistic, slow-wave electron devices for it is more resistant to RF breakdown in comparison with traditional magnetron cavities with vane-type side resonators.  相似文献

聚合物分散液晶(PDLC)是液晶微滴分散在聚合物基体中形成的一种具有优异电光性能的材料,PDLC的电光特性对基于PDLC的电光器件的性能具有显著影响。本文对紫外固化光强对PDLC电光特性的影响进行研究。本研究使用紫外照射引发的聚合物诱导相分离方法制备PDLC。在4个不同紫外固化光强(1mW/cm~2、1.8mW/cm~2、3mW/cm~2和9mW/cm~2)条件下制备PDLC样品,并对4个样品的电光特性如电压-透过率、响应时间和迟滞效应进行研究,并对实验结果给出了分析。实验结果表明:随着紫外固化光强的增加,PDLC的阈值电压和饱和电压增加,开态响应时间ton上升,关态响应时间toff下降,同时对于高紫外光强聚合制备的样品迟滞效应也更加明显。本研究表明可以通过改变制备过程中的紫外光强来优化PDLC的电光特性,从而获得性能优异的基于PDLC的电光器件。  相似文献

With the rapid development of the fifth-generation (5G) wireless system, the explosive growth of transmitted data raises higher requirements for high-performance surface acoustic wave (SAW) devices as filters and duplexers. (100) AlN/(100) ZnO/diamond layered structures are theoretically simulated by finite element method (FEM) to investigate the Rayleigh SAW propagation properties, including phase velocity, electromechanical coupling coefficient K2, and temperature coefficient of frequency (TCF). Three types of layered structures with different interdigital transducers (IDTs) arrangements, which are IDTs/(100) AlN/(100) ZnO/diamond, (100) AlN/IDTs/(100) ZnO/diamond, and (100) AlN/(100) ZnO/IDTs/diamond structures, are considered in the simulations. The results show that the Sezawa mode exhibits larger K2 than the other modes. We found that the (100) AlN/IDTs/(100) ZnO/diamond structure exhibited better SAW properties, including high K2 and appropriate phase velocity.  相似文献

根据边界衍射波具有π位相跃变的性质,利用波阵面图分析了平面波或球面波经光阑的衍射。该方法不仅适用于光阑半径远大于波长时的情况,也适用于光阑半径接近于波长时的情况。从中可得到菲涅耳衍射区的许多特性。作为一个例子,提出和验证了在发散球面波入射情况下可将菲涅耳数等于1的点拉至无穷远的结论。结果证实了边界衍射波中π位相跃变的存在,并表明了其实用性。  相似文献

An alternative code-division multiple-access (CDMA) scheme to spread spectrum (SS), called spread time (ST) is proposed for bandlimited multiple-access channels. ST-CDMA can be considered the time-frequency dual of SS-CDMA. In ST-CDMA pseudorandom (PN) sequences are assigned to each user, and the Fourier transform of the transmitted pulse for a given user is determined by modulating the phase of the desired transmitted spectrum by the user's PN-sequence. The transmitted data for a particular user can be recovered by sampling the output of a filter matched to the user's pulse. Implementations are described in which surface acoustic wave devices are used to perform the matched filtering or Fourier transformation. Averaged signal-to-interference plus noise ratio (SIR) and spectral efficiency are computed for both asynchronous ST and direct-sequence SS-CDMA systems, assuming an arbitrary channel transfer function H(f), which is the same between all pairs of users. The results are the same for SS and ST provided that the magnitude of the Fourier transform of the chip shape in the SS system is the same as the magnitude of the Fourier transform of the ST pulse shape. The main advantage of the ST technique Is the flexibility with which the transmitted spectrum can be selected. 提出一种离散式的复振幅光瞳滤波器,用于构建大数值孔径系统下柱对称偏振矢量光束的特殊聚焦光场。输入角向偏振矢量光束,经圆对称的6个离散环带复振幅滤波器滤波后聚焦。该滤波器半径已归一化,各环带具有不同透射振幅,外围两环带有相同的相位延迟,其余相邻透射环带间π反相。在聚焦区可获得超长(大于8λ)的衍射受限"光管"场。该"光管"场为中空的纯角向偏振矢量光场,管中心沿轴向无光场分布,光管横向直径(约0.31λ)在亚波长量级,"光管"管壁为沿轴向平坦分布的角向偏振矢量场,无轴向旁瓣。该复振幅滤波器可用于构建特殊三维矢量光场以及利用该光场进行粒子捕获和操控。  相似文献

Topological materials boast exotic metallic surface states with linear dispersion and spin‐momentum locking, which makes them potential candidates for dissipationless electronic and spintronic devices. Here, it is theoretically predicted that intrinsic Te antisite defects (TePb) in the narrow‐gap semiconductor PbTe induce a band inversion, turning it into a topological crystalline insulator (TCI). To experimentally verify the exotic properties, TePb antisites are introduced into PbTe crystals via nonstoichiometric growth by molecular beam epitaxy. Semimetallic resistivity and distinct quantum oscillations are observed on the TePb doped PbTe. Most importantly, a π Berry phase is unambiguously revealed by a Landau index analysis, demonstrating the Dirac fermion nature of the topological surface states. The discovered TCI nature in TePb doped PbTe is further explored using magneto‐transport measurements under external pressure, and the theoretical calculations of band structures with applying pressure indicate a pressure‐induced Lifshitz transition. Besides, it is proposed that the contribution of bulk states to transport can be reduced by enlarging the inverted gap with strain.  相似文献
