Copolyesters containing pendent vinylidine groups were prepared in a one-step synthesis by reacting either chloro- or bromoacetic acid with 2-(bromomethyl)acrylic acid and triethylamine in diethyl ether. Polymers were characterized by IR, 1H- and 13C-NMR, DSC, and TGA. Copolymer formation supports a mechanism involving a triethylammonium carboxylate salt acting as an active nucleophilic species in a manner analogous to that seen in phase transfer catalysis involving carboxylate anions. Comparison of 13C-NMR spectra intensities indicates that 2-(bromomethyl)acrylic acid is much more reactive than the haloacetic acids leading to higher copolymer incorporation than in the monomer feed. Unsaturation in the copolymers provides a site for crosslinking during radical polymerization with an added vinyl monomer, similar to the way unsaturated polyesters function in commercial fiberglass formulations. This was confirmed by polymerization of both styrene and methyl methacrylate in the presence of an unsaturated copolymer giving insoluble semi-interpenetrating networks. Uses of silica in the immobilisation of enzymes and functionalized reagents for resolution of racemic mixtures and synthesis of peptides, oligonucleotide and other compounds are discussed. Silica is superior over organic polymers in its high chemical stability, and being virtually nonswellable. Polyaniline-polypyrrole composite coatings were formed on carbon fibers by potentiostatic electrochemical polymerization. Electropolymerization was done by varying the applied potential and molar feed ratio of monomers. The dual nature of the composite coatings was deduced from the current-time (I-t) curves traced during polymerization. A new polymerization in the melt of salicylic acid has been developed for the one-step synthesis of polyimides from various diamines and dianhydrides. The polymerization is carried out in high solid content up to 40-50 wt/v% at 200 °C and affords the completely cyclized polyimides with high molecular weights in 1-2 h. The preliminary studies on some of the polymerization variables (e.g., concentration and time) suggest that the imidization is very fast and the chain growth is likely to proceed via the addition of the growing imide segments. 相似文献

Biofunctionalized silicon quantum dots were prepared through a one step strategy avoiding the use of chemical precursors. UV-Vis spectroscopy, Raman spectroscopy and HAADF-STEM prove oligonucleotide conjugation to the surface of silicon nanoparticle with an average size of 4 nm. The nanoparticle size results from the size-quenching effect during in situ conjugation. Photoemissive properties, conjugation efficiency and stability of these pure colloids were studied and demonstrate the bio-application potential, e.g. for nucleic acid vector delivery with semiconducting, biocompatible nanoparticles. 相似文献

采用适宜的活化剂,可实现氨基磺酸与镍的直接、快速反应,通过一步法合成氨基磺酸镍,避免了多步法对产品的污染。研究了预活化时间、活化剂、反应温度、pH、反应时间对反应的影响。结果表明,活化预处理4 h,使用自行研制的氧化性活化剂,在30~50 ℃、pH为3.0~4.0、反应时间为72 h的条件下,能够完成合成反应,并有效控制氨基磺酸水解的发生。产品满足GB/T 23847-2009《电镀用氨基磺酸镍》优等品指标要求,硫酸根和游离氨仅为优等品指标的1/6。该产品已顺利实现产业化。 相似文献

The syntheses of several functionalised aryl cyanate esters bearing reactive allyl groups are presented. The monomers were purified (to c. 98%) using preparative HPLC and a range of techniques, including heteronuclear nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectroscopy, was employed in their characterisation. A model functionalised aryl cyanate ester was doped with a variety of additives and the resulting thermal behaviour examined using dynamic differential scanning calorimetry (DSC).
