The drive towards shorter design cycles for analog integrated circuits has given impetus to several developments in the area of Field-Programmable Analog Arrays (FPAAs). Various approaches have been taken in implementing structural and parametric programmability of analog circuits. Recent extensions of this work have married FPAAs to their digital counterparts (FPGAs) along with data conversion interfaces, to form Field-Programmable Mixed-Signal Arrays (FPMAs). This survey paper reviews work to date in the area of programmable analog and mixed-signal circuits. The body of work reviewed includes university and industrial research, commercial products and patents. This research proposes the use of a patent analysis methodology that can suggest promising technology in the ICT sector at the micro‐level. This approach identifies core patents from the technology field, groups them as research frontiers (RFs), and develops a visualized network based on the citing relationships to monitor the relationship among RFs. In addition, it calculates a “promising index” based on the growth potential, impact, and marketability of patents to ultimately derive promising RFs. To illustrate the proposed approach, this research presents analysis results for a chosen area, which is the user interface and user experience (UI/UX) technology field. By proposing promising technological fields at the micro‐level, the proposed methodology will serve as a useful decision‐making support tool in selecting R&D projects, technology planning, and determining technology policy direction. 相似文献

为了解光刻机照明系统的技术发展方向和技术研究热点及技术成熟度,并为科研人员提供技术参考,对光刻机照明系统技术专利文献进行了检索,并对专利文献数据进行了统计分析,分别从专利权人分布、国际专利分类号分布、专利申请国分布和年度发展趋势及技术生命周期等几个方面进行统计分析,揭示了国内外光刻机照明系统专利申请的主要专利权人依次为阿斯麦、尼康、佳能和蔡司,专利文件分布的主要技术领域为半导体器件和其部件的制造处理等方面,专利文件的年度申请在2004年出现最高峰,之后开始下降,并结合技术生命周期曲线图,指出光刻机照明系统技术已经历了从萌芽、发展、成熟阶段。同时进行了重要专利文件的挖掘,分析了技术研究热点,追踪核心专利文件的技术发展脉络;并对偏振照明技术作出技术-功效矩阵分析图,分析出技术研究热点,并提出我国科研人员应利用未在我国进行保护的重要专利技术,为我国企业提出了专利申请的相关建议,节省研发时间。 相似文献

This paper provides an integrative literature review of the research on the impact of the public funding of basic research, extending previous work done at the Science Policy Research Unit (SPRU), University of Sussex, East Sussex, UK. "Impact" is measured in terms of publications, patents, new drugs, employment, and new start-up companies. The primary focus of this paper is on empirical studies of the impact of biomedical research. However, a few key theoretical papers and empirical papers with a broader industrial focus are also reviewed to provide a more complete perspective. Conclusions, including an alternative view that basic research need not be public supported, and future research opportunities in this area are also discussed. 相似文献

综述了1996年至今中国与美国激光加工专利技术的发展动态,比较了两国专利数量与质量存在巨大差异的原因。结果表明,激光焊接、切割、打孔、标记、退火、微调等技术仍然是近几年内激光加工技术创新的主流,而且随着激光器件水平的不断提高,应用范围有不断扩大的趋势。加强专利保护意识、面向市场开发应用面广的新技术是我国激光加工产业做大做强的最关键两点。 相似文献

The rules with respect to the patentability of software and business method inventions have loosened over the last decade to allow a broader range of patentability. Many patents issuing today are in the e-commerce area, and there is often a close relationship between what is being patented and generation of wealth. Critics of the surge of e-commerce patents argue these patents may stifle development of e-commerce. The level of concern of critics may be unwarranted since the broader range of patentability that has occurred has been balanced somewhat against a narrower scope of protection occurring during the same time period as a result of more restrictive claim interpretation during enforcement of patents. This more restrictive claim interpretation has created an onus on patent owners to effectively draft and prosecute patents to obtain protection commensurate with the scope of the inventions 相似文献

近年来,随着LTE标准的推进以及商用网络的推广,LTE相关专利数量年年攀升,专利质量却难免参差不齐。整体来讲,在欧洲电信标准化协会(ETSI)披露的LTE专利大部分都属于比较核心的专利,与标准的相关度也更显密切。根据各企业在ETSI披露的专利统计分析,美国企业在LTE领域的专利优势依然存在,韩国的三星和LG也不容忽视,我国的华为和中兴发展较快但还有一定的差距。 相似文献
