在实验室对包钢焦炭高温冶金性能进行了测定,测定结果,焦炭反 性(CRI)平均为25%-28%,反应后强度(CSR)平均在60%以上,根据包钢原料条件,加入KCO3,进行了抗碱试验,结果果如下:CRI增加了10%以上,CSR下降了15%,说明碱金属对焦炭溶损催化作用明显。 相似文献

Coke microtexture and microstructure is a function of feed coal composition and carbonisation process. If the process remains constant, the composition plays a vital role in developing the microtexture and microstructure which also reflects the coke quality. Knowledge of the influence of coal composition and characteristics on coke quality is a must for formulating a coal blend for coke making. To better understand how the coal transforms into coke requires the ability to correlate the microtextural and microstructural features to coal properties. Petrography is an important tool for comparing the feed coal and corresponding coke. In the present study, cokes manufactured from single coals and two-component blends under similar coking conditions were studied under the microscope to provide valuable information to coke makers. Not only the rank and quantification of macerals but also the association of macerals and minerals play an important role. Also the size and type of inertinite affect the coke quality. Micro-cracking, crack lengths and fissures identify the zone of weakness, whereas microtexture of cell walls suggests the strength-controlling parameters of coke. In order to reveal the relationship between the macroscopic properties and microstructure of dead stock coke, the differences between dead stock coke samples and feed coke samples were compared by industrial analysis, pore structure analysis, BET detection, XRD detection and SEM observation, etc. Dead stock coke samples and feed coke samples were both sampling from the stop experiment of a schreyerite BF in one factory in Xichang. Experimental results show that comparing with feed coke samples, the dead stock coke has significant differences in microcrystalline structure, stomatal structure, mineral distribution. The content of ash in dead stock coke increases, the number of super- atmospheric pores (pore size greater than 1000??m2) increases, the number of micropores (pore size of 0-50nm) and mesopores (pore size of 50-300nm) increase, and the crystallite size increases by about 4 times. In addition, the outer pores of the dead stock coke also adsorb a large amount of slag iron minerals, and the minerals are mainly magnesite, perovskite and iron carbon compounds. Then after the coke drops to the dead column area and stays for a long time, its porosity increases and the degree of graphitization increases. 相似文献

为了解焦炭中各显微光学组织在溶损反应中的反应行为,对不同条件下溶损反应前后焦炭的反射率及显微光学组织组成进行了分析。试验表明,焦炭的反射率指标及光学组织组成与焦炭的反应性CRI、反应后强度CSR之间存在比较好的相关性。焦炭的平均最大反射率[Rmax]和光学各向异性指数Φ越高,各向同性光学组织越少,其CRI越低,CSR越高。经过1 100 ℃溶损反应后,焦炭的[Rmax]提高,各向同性光学组织含量减少,各向异性光学组织含量增加,说明各向同性的反应性高于各向异性。溶损反应温度提高到1 300 ℃以后,焦炭中各向同性的溶损反应量分别为1 100 ℃时的1.07~3.00倍,而各向异性的溶损反应量分别为1 100 ℃的1.22~8.58倍,且热性能越好的焦炭各向异性反应量增加得越多。 相似文献

选取了鞍钢化工总厂常用的4种炼焦煤和神木长焰煤为实验煤种,采用2kg室式实验焦炉分别对单种煤和配合煤在三种堆密度下炼焦,所得焦炭按GB1997-89测定其反应性(CRI)和反应后强度(CSR).旨在寻求不同堆密度炼焦对焦炭热性能和长焰煤对捣固炼焦焦炭热性能的影响规律.结果表明:单种煤、配合煤炼焦的焦炭CRI都随着炼焦煤堆密度的增加而降低,CSR则提高;添加长焰煤炼焦对焦炭的CRI、CSR的总趋势是长焰煤配比越高则焦炭CRI越高,而CSR越低;但通过提高堆密度的方式炼焦,可以减小低阶煤对焦炭CRI和CSR的劣化. 相似文献

摘要:为从微观颗粒尺度解析高炉风口回旋区动态演变及内部热化学行为,采用计算流体动力学 离散单元法(CFD-DEM)耦合方法对回旋区焦炭燃烧过程进行了数值模拟研究。首先验证了CFD-DEM模型的可用性与准确性;然后探究了回旋区形成及演变过程、焦炭颗粒燃烧行为及粒径分布和气相的温度及组分分布;最后考察了不同鼓风速率对回旋区大小、风口轴向气体温度与组分分布的影响。模拟结果表明,回旋区的宽度和高度随着鼓风速率的增大而增加;鼓风速率的上升使气体高温区和化学反应区分布发生改变,即最高温度点和焦炭反应区均向焦炭床中心移动。 相似文献

A theoretical coke rate calculation model was established based on the traditional engineering method with the consideration of the combustion of pulverized coal, oxygen enrichment, blast humidity and other factors. A coefficient, measuring the amount of heat load with the change of furnace carbon, is proposed to establish the calculation method of heat loss. The theoretical coke rate and appropriate direct reduction rate of some large- scale blast furnace are calculated based on this model. Then the effects of different factors, including blast temperature, blast humidity, top temperature, iron ore grade, ash content and sulfur content of coke, carbonate flux consumption, silicon content of hot metal, direct reduction rate and slag rate, on coke rate were analyzed. The results show that the theoretical coke rate is 277. 15kg/t and appropriate direct reduction rate is 0. 34. The iron ore grade, ash content of coke, silicon content of hot metal and direct reduction rate have significant influences on coke rate. In addition, the calculation values in this model are lower than those of traditional model, which means the degrees of the factors affecting coke rate decrease nowadays. 相似文献
