发动机是汽车领域技术最密集的关键部件,通常都由多道工序顺序加工完成,是一个流水线工艺过程.因此,每道工序的控制都必须具备高可靠性和一定的灵敏度,才能保证生产的连续和稳定.论文针对发动机加工工序停台导致的流水线损失,提出了一种生产线智能调度算法,能自动将某道工序每次停台的原因及对其他工序造成的影响进行记录,并将待堵料的停台时间分解消化至各工序,以达到提高LTE(整线生产效率),增加单位时间产能的目的.  相似文献

针对环形流水线上数据采集和工序状态问题,由于环形流水线布线难、繁复,构建了基于ZigBee无线传感器网络与射频识别(RFID)技术的环形流水线数据采集与监控系统。详细介绍系统软件和硬件设计。使用片上系统芯片CC2530F256实现z培Bee无线模块设计,RFID信息识别确定工序状态。通过ZigBee传感器网络实现信息传输。实验结果表明:该系统能够满足环形流水线数据采集和监控要求。  相似文献

论述了一个蔬菜包装机供碗自动控制器的设计方案.该自动控制器通过6个对射式光电开关组成的光幕采集流水线上供碗的疏密信息,AT89C52单片机根据光幕传入的电平信号来控制固态继电器实现对流水线上供碗的自动控制.采用X5045存储该自动控制器最新的时间数据,以方便断电关机重启后流水线供碗时间的控制.X5045拥有看门狗定时器,可以有效地预防程序进入死循环,从而使该自动控制器正常运行.该自动控制器实现了供碗的自动化控制,大大提高了工厂的生产效率.  相似文献

为提高互感器自动检测流水线优化设计水平及其性能指标,提出了以系统节拍短、线体交叉少、传输路径短、设备综合投资成本低为目标的流水线优化设计方法。采用多目标优化算法,均衡协调工序、节拍、型式等复杂参数变量与约束条件,优化流水线整体设计,从而提升互感器检测效率,流水线体长度减少近100 m,设备数量减少1/4,设备场地有效面积减少80 m~2,并实现设计模块化、标准化,增加流水线优化设计通用性。互感器流水线优化设计为工业产品检测流水线提供了一种规范化通用性典型设计。其整体运行结果及专家组成的评审组评审表明,互感器流水线的优化设计可行,设备运行可靠,达到了预期目标。在目前所建互感器流水线中,该设计设备简洁、生产效率高、综合成本低、产品通用性强。  相似文献

提出了改进的job shop模型,定义了工作中心以及关键节点的概念。将流水线与批量调度策略引入到新的模型中,并在此基础上提出了一个关于扩展job shop模型的启发式批量流水线调度算法。在关键节点进行选择时,通过回溯计算其余产品的开始时间,使用贪心算法选择优先级最高的产品进行排序。该优先级法则由三个优先级变量组合而成,分别囊括了价值高低、时间紧要程度以及剩余加工时间这三个影响因素。进行加工时,设定最小加工批量,在一个工序内实现多套设备的并行加工,同时在两个相邻工序之间实现流水线加工,从而缩短加工时间,提高了生产效率。通过仿真表明该策略能取得较好的结果。  相似文献

针对制丝生产线工序流程复杂,需要监控的工艺指标多,为提高监控的全面性和准确度,减少生产中由于质量缺陷带来的损失,采用Web技术对每一道工序的工艺指标进行在线监控和超限提醒。通过Web网页实时访问制丝生产数据采集系统,获得各项工序段的生产数据,监控网页将获得的数据生成相应的趋势图,同时监控工艺指标是否满足设定值,并通过语音对监控人员进行提醒。结果表明,监控人员可以在一个Web网页上浏览所有工序的实时生产状况,当制丝生产出现异常,听到语音提示后能迅速确定异常工序段,及时避免质量缺陷带来的损失。该系统应用于长城雪茄烟厂的制丝生产线中,有效减少了生产中的断料次数,提高了烟丝生产的质量。  相似文献

We present an extension of the resource-constrained multi-product scheduling problem for an automated guided vehicle (AGV) served flow shop, where multiple material handling transport modes provide movement of work pieces between machining centers in the multimodal transportation network (MTN). The multimodal processes behind the multi-product production flow executed in an MTN can be seen as processes realized by using various local periodically functioning processes. The considered network of repetitively acting local transportation modes encompassing MTN’s structure provides a framework for multimodal processes scheduling treated in terms of optimization of the AGVs fleet scheduling problem subject to fuzzy operation time constraints. In the considered case, both production takt and operation execution time are described by imprecise data. The aim of the paper is to present a constraint propagation (CP) driven approach to multi-robot task allocation providing a prompt service to a set of routine queries stated in both direct and reverse way. Illustrative examples taking into account an uncertain specification of robots and workers operation time are provided.  相似文献

This article deals with the contradiction which became prominent with new market requirements for more flexibility and qualified products, on the one hand, and increased automatisation and informatisation of production and work processes, on the other. The new situation forces companies, especially small batch production, machine factories with their still qualified work and organisation, to build up more flexibility to stabilize and reinforce their market power. But their very technical answer shows that this management-strategy can, and in many cases will, lead to the opposite: growing inflexibility. Regarding this problem from a political-theoretical perspective and less from an economic-emperical one, the extending technical autonomy of the production process makes feasible extensive technical control by management over the working process and over the workers, too. But unlimited use of technical control by the computer-systems will not lead to more flexibility, on the contrary it hinders it and in addition to this it will be confronted with a barrier of productive innovation coming from the shop floor. Considering this, the author ventures the thesis that: as long as human work is needed in production processes, self regulation and control can be taken out of the qualification of the workers and be moved out of the organisation only at the risk of inflexibility and at the price of loss of social productivity and innovation. In order to prevent this, more care must be taken by using and designing technology for the interfaces between man-machine-system: differentiate the differences among them and do not mix or even convert them. A productive system also controlled by the workers who work in and with the system, and not only by management, shows that the question of more flexibility, productivity and innovation is tightly woven with the internal power structure in the organisation.  相似文献

Online measurement of the melt index is typically unavailable in industrial polypropylene production processes, soft sensing models are therefore required for estimation and prediction of this important quality variable. Polymerization is a highly nonlinear process, which usually produces products with multiple quality grades. In the present paper, an effective soft sensor, named combined local Gaussian process regression (CLGPR), is developed for prediction of the melt index. While the introduced Gaussian process regression model can well address the high nonlinearity of the process data in each operation mode, the local modeling structure can be effectively extended to processes with multiple operation modes. Feasibility and efficiency of the proposed soft sensor are demonstrated through the application to an industrial polypropylene production process.  相似文献

针对当下数据大规模增长对计算能力需求的急剧增长,传统独立运行的机器在大规模网络社区中执行社区检测操作时无法提供所需的数据处理能力的问题,提出一种网络加权Voronoi图的并行分散迭代社区聚类法(NWVD-PDICCM)。利用基于网络加权Voronoi图的分散迭代社区聚类方法(NWVD-DICCM)提取大型网络的有效社区结构。结合并行聚类方法,将DICCM方法的操作从串行过程转换为并行计算。利用执行并行社区聚类时的图分区,通过最小化从属工作者之间的通信来加速该过程。仿真实验结果表明,NWVD-PDICCM可以与一系列计算机架构平台共同运行,并且实现基于Spark平台的并行操作,相比其他几种较新的方法,在大规模网络数据处理能力方面得到显著提升。  相似文献

针对水果称重包装生产过程的需要,设计了水果称重包装生产线PLC控制系统。控制系统由PLC、触摸屏、U形秤、水果传送装置和传感器组成。此控制系统有能够实现手自动切换、分向给料、按给定数值称量、流程化包装、界面化操作和随启随用的特点。系统投入实际运行,有效地减少了工人的工作量和出错率,降低了用工成本,提高了称重包装效率,实现了流线化包装。  相似文献

On-line manufacturing systems for continuous production are traditionally checked by constant time-based inspection and statistical process control processes. In the monitoring operation of large scale process plants, it is important to detect and locate process variables as they can significantly modify the operation and quality of the products involved. The present paper explores an alternative for monitoring these systems that uses the open loop control paradigm. The proposed method is defined and presented as an application for one particular industrial process—rubber die extrusion. The advantages of this method for this particular application, including its implementation throughout a multi-agent system, compatible with the HoloMAS paradigm for managing, modeling and supporting complex systems, are also discussed.  相似文献

现代工业生产规范现场人员的操作是提高生产安全性的一个重要方面。对员工进行模拟培训是一种行之有效的方法。为了配合现场运行的控制系统并对员工进行模拟培训,在CS3000开发平台上,进行了聚酯生产过程模拟培训系统的设计。文中以酯化过程为例,根据实验数据和反应机理建立数学模型,讨论了浆料釜液位控制、酯化釜1温度控制、EG/TPA摩尔比控制和酯化釜质量指标检测模块的CS3000实现问题。该系统有效地实现了对员工的离线模拟培训。规范了员工的操作,减少了人为事故的发生,提高了聚酯生产的安全性。  相似文献

The relationship between performance and experience is non-linear, thus planning models that seek to manage workforce development through task assignment are difficult to solve. This gets even more complicated when taking into account multi-skilled workers that are capable of performing a variety of tasks. In this paper we develop a competences-based analytical model of the performance of multi-skilled workers undertaking repetitive tasks, taking into account learning and forgetting. A learning curve can be used to estimate improvement when repeating the same operation. Inverse phenomenon is forgetting, which can occur due to interruption in the production process. The Performance Evaluation Algorithm (PEA) was developed for two cases: fixed shift duration and fixed production output. The aim was to build a tool that better describes the capabilities of workers to perform repetitive tasks by binding together hierarchical competences modeled as a weighted digraph together with a learning and forgetting curve model (LFCM) to express individual learning rates.  相似文献
