采用微波水热法制备了一系列的Ni0.5-xCuxZn0.50Fe2O4(x=0.05,0.10,0.15,0.20)铁氧体粉末,并用该纳米粉在900℃/4 h下,低温烧结形成致密的陶瓷体。研究了Cu对Ni-Cu-Zn铁氧体的成相,致密化过程及Cu含量对样品显微结构和电磁性能的影响。研究表明,当Cu含量的摩尔比在0.05~0.20内,Cu通过占据不同的离子空位影响晶胞参数的大小;Cu可以增加样品的烧结密度,并改善样品的微观结构和电磁性能。当Cu含量为0.20时,样品的晶粒尺寸大而均匀,初始磁导率、电阻率和品质因子(Q)比其他掺量的高。 相似文献

Microwave heating technology is becoming a successful technique used for sintering ceramic materials. However, various aspects of sintering experiments, such as the use of process stimulus and the preparation of sample arrangements, depend mainly on human expertise. The Transmission Line Matrix (TLM) method is first used to solve the combined electromagnetic and thermal equations modeling microwave heating of dielectric materials. It is then used to simulate microwave sintering of a low-loss ceramic material in a multimode microwave cavity. To enhance the microwave sintering process, Silicon Carbid (SiC) was first used as a susceptor and in a picket fence arrangement. As multiple samples may be processed in a microwave oven, the TLM was used to model such a process, and the introduction of SiC as a stimulus was also examined. Results show the importance of the stimulus thickness and configuration on the uniformity and density of the electromagnetic field distribution and, therefore, on the power dissipation within the ceramic load. 相似文献

A rapid annealing technique for fabricating perovskite materials via microwave radiation in air condition is presented. A planar-heterojunction perovskite device via microwave radiation within 6 min exhibits an efficiency of 10.29%, compared to 11.08% for a 90 min heating-annealed device in inert atmosphere, which is higher than that (8.04%) of a heating-annealed device in air condition under high humidity (∼60%). We believe that the microwave annealing technique provides a fast and less energy-intensive process for fabricating ideal perovskite active layers for high performance solar cells. 相似文献

根据高频开关电源变压器对高性能功率铁氧体材料的要求,分析研究了主配方、微量添加物和烧结工艺对铁氧体材料的高起始磁导率(μi)、饱和磁通密度(Bs)、低功率损耗(Pc)等特性的影响,得出:通过采取优选主结构原材料配比、掺入适量的CaO、SiO2、TiO2、Co2O3等添加物,并与烧结工艺相匹配等措施,即可制得PC44、PC50等高性能功率铁氧体材料。 相似文献

An experimental study of microstrip triangle patch antenna designed and fabricated on LiTiZn ferrite substrate is presented. This antenna geometry has been optimized with IE3D and lithographed on 2 mm thick LiTiZn ferrite substrate. LiTiZn polycrystalline substrate has been synthesized using solid state reaction technique and further characterized for microwave application. We have computed various important antenna parameters such as return-loss, bandwidth, directivity, gain, radiation power, etc. for synthesized ferrite as well as on RT-duroid substrate.
