梅县电厂阴床投产后由于阴床的再生液用量、再生液流量和再生液浓度等参数不够优化,造成阴床周期制水量偏低.采用正交试验方法对1#阴床进行试验,得出阴床再生的最优参数:再生液用量为500 L,再生液流量为5 t/h,再生液质量分数为2.0%.此时,阴床平均周期制水量达到2 128 t.同时得出再生液流量对无顶压逆流再生阴床的再生效果影响最大的结论. 相似文献

A method to reconstruct spectral reflectance from RGB images is presented without priori knowledge of camera's spectral responsivity. To obtain the spectral reflectance of a pixel or region in images, this method assumes that reflectance is a weighted average of reflectances of samples in a selected training group, in which all samples have smaller color difference with that pixel or region. Four proposed weighting modes with different selected numbers of training samples were investigated. Among them, the inverse square weighting mode obtains the best performance, and it is not very sensitive to the selected training samples number. Experimental results show that all weighting modes outperform the traditional method in terms of root mean squared error and Goodness‐of‐Fit Coefficient between the actual and the reconstructed reflectances as well as color differences under the other light condition. © 2016 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 采用正交实验法考察了pH值、温度和加热时间三因素在不同水平下对沸石晶体形成和种类的影响.并借助SEM和XRD观察了沸石晶体形貌和判定晶体类型。通过观察试验结果,发现是否形成沸石晶体与所得产物质量存在一定关系.即得不到沸石晶体时所得产物质量最大。因此可借助产物质量考察各因素对沸石晶体形成和种类的影响,结果表明.pH值对产物质量影响最大.即对是否形成沸石品体影响最大,优化条件试验结果验证了这一结论。对于各因素对晶体类型的影响,初步结沦是pH值对晶体类型影响也最大,且随pH值升高.沸石晶体中Si:Al值下降。 相似文献

A new spectral reflectance estimation method based on CIE XYZ values under multi‐illuminants was proposed to obtain multi‐spectral images accurately by using digital still cameras. CIE XYZ values under multi‐illuminants were initially predicted from raw RGB responses by using a polynomial model with local training samples. Then, spectral reflectance was constructed from the predicted CIE XYZ values via the pseudo‐inverse method. Experimental results indicated that the new spectral reflectance estimation method significantly outperformed the traditional colorimetric characterization method without requiring extra training samples or greatly increasing computational complexities. © 2016 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 通过4水平4因素正交试验设计方案制备了废轮胎胶粉改性沥青,并对最优组合胶粉改性沥青进行了薄膜烘箱老化试验。通过对沥青基础指标的测试及傅里叶变换红外光谱、四组分及热重的分析,从宏观角度评价了不同沥青的性能变化,微观角度分析了胶粉改性沥青的化学组分及变化规律。研究结果表明,胶粉改性沥青的最优配比组合为胶粉掺量17%(质量分数,下同)、搅拌温度180 ℃、改性剂质量配比1/6和增塑剂掺量4%。用胶粉改性后沥青的红外光谱特征吸收峰的形状及位置未变,但强度发生变化;使化学组分的含量产生了变化,饱和分和芳香分减少、胶质和沥青质增加。胶粉的掺入降低了沥青的热降解速率,提高了初始降解温度及最终残留物含量,改善了沥青的热稳定性。 相似文献
