Recently it was pointed out that a well-known benchmark data set, the sonar target data, indeed is linearly separable. This fact comes somewhat surprising, since earlier studies involving delta rule trained perceptrons did not achieve the separation of the training data. These results immediately raise the question of why a perceptron with a continuous activation function may fail to recognize linear separability and how to remedy this failure. The study of these issues directly leads to a performance comparison of a wide variety of different perceptron training procedures on real world data. 相似文献

正确识别与分类鲸类发出的叫声脉冲信号与主动声呐或通信信号,对提高海洋被动声学监测以及水下声呐探测或水下声学通信系统的稳定性和可靠性具有十分重要的作用。本文选取鲸声中具有代表性的Click信号和3类具有代表性的传统声呐信号作为研究对象,提出了一种基于时频特征的抹香鲸Click与传统声呐信号的分类方法。首先,利用滤波、小波去噪和端点检测方法实现鲸声去噪及信号自动摘取;然后,基于4类信号的短时傅里叶变换时频图,对信号时频轮廓进行多项式拟合,并提取多项式的系数作为信号时频特征;最后,分别使用反向传播(Back propagation,BP)神经网络和支持向量机对4类信号进行分类与识别。分类结果验证了所提算法和方法的有效性。 相似文献

The N-dimensional parity problem is frequently a difficult classification task for Neural Networks. We found an expression for the minimum number of errors f as function of N for this problem, performed by a perceptron. We verified this quantity experimentally for N=1,...,15 using an optimal train perceptron. With a constructive approach we solved the full N-dimensional parity problem using a minimal feedforward neural network with a single hidden layer of h=N units. 相似文献

Inversion answers the question of which input patterns to a trained multilayer neural network approximate a given output target. This method is a tool for visualization of the information processing capability of a network stored in its weights. This knowledge about the network enables one to make informed decisions on the improvement of the training task and the choice of training sets.
An inversion algorithm for multilayer perceptrons is derived from the backpropagation scheme. We apply inversion to networks for digit recognition. We observe that the multilayer perceptrons perform well with respect to generalization, i.e. correct classification of untrained digits. They are however bad on rejection of counterexamples, i.e. random patterns. Inversion gives an explanation for this drawback. We suggest an improved training scheme, and we show that a tradeoff exists between generalization and rejection of counterexamples. 相似文献

由于双基地声呐是收发分置的,所以其在水下目标探测和定位方面有着特殊的性质。目前,关于双基地声呐的研究已经引起了人们的广泛关注。该文给出了基于波达时间定位(TOL)和波达方位定位(BOL)的两种双基地声呐定位算法,分别研究了基线长度、时间测量误差、角度测量误差对算法定位精度的影响,最后对这两种算法的定位精度进行了比较和仿真,给出了不同条件下的误差分布曲线。仿真结果表明:双基地TOL算法的定位精度高于BOL定位算法,是一种高精度的双基地声呐定位算法。该算法也可推广应用于多基地声呐的水下定位。 相似文献

为达到干涉合成孔径声纳系统对信号源的特殊要求,提出了一种基于SOPC技术的FPGA实现方法,该信号源一方面提供给发射机模拟信号,还给回波信号采集系统提供时钟和同步信号以保证信号系统时间一致性,同时还给接收机的时变增益信号实现对回波信号衰减的补偿;另一方面还实时采集并传输声纳系统在水下的运动姿态、深度、压力等信息;经过湖试和海试,该信号源系统完成了模拟信号和数字信号各项指标的测试,满足设计要求。 相似文献

吊放声纳系统仿真是直升机反潜作战模拟的关键。分析了吊放声纳发现判决方程、各种搜潜方法的共性特征,在此基础上将探测、发现目标的问题逐步转换成易于求解的数学模型。以单机和单潜作战对抗过程为典型实例,研究了仿真系统功能需求及总体结构。讨论了基于水声资料库、Direct Sound技术、实时3D效果控制,实现音频信号的合成和回放的方法。针对一个合理的数据结构对于有效的数据处理的重要性,将空间矩阵法引入吊声数据处理仿真。运行和使用表明,仿真系统为直升机反潜综合战术模拟训练提供了实用的平台。 相似文献

水下探测技术已成为几年来各国普遍重视发展的技术之一。为解决通过试验进行水下声呐成像探测研究的方法中存在的经济成本高、技术方法准确性不好把握等问题。该文采用数学建模和计算机软件仿真的方法,在进行水下成像声呐探测仿真系统的总体软件设计的基础上,对各子模块的算法的研究现状进行分析,重点分析了声呐图像生成、图像滤波、目标识别以及控制系统等单元,并给出了部分算法的数学模型和仿真结果。从而实现了水下成像声呐探测系统的模拟,为水下声呐成像探测技术的研究提供了一个经济实用、高准确度的研究平台。 相似文献

为解决直升机吊放声纳仿真系统的模型重用与仿真系统间的互操作问题,提出了基于高层体系结构(HLA)的直升机吊放声纳系统仿真平台设计方案.通过对直升机吊放声纳单机应召式反潜过程进行分析,以高层体系结构作为技术框架,结合仿真平台的特点和功能需求,对仿真平台进行了模块划分,给出了仿真平台的联邦构架、联邦信息流图以及联邦对象模型/仿真对象模型(FOM/SOM).仿真的结果表明,直升机吊放声纳联邦成员可以根据联邦其它成员的信息对目标进行探测与跟踪,达到实时交互仿真的效果.该系统的实现有利于反潜作战的研究. 相似文献

The problem of the rejection of patterns not belonging to identified training classes is investigated with respect to Multilayer Perceptron Networks (MLP). The reason for the inherent unreliability of the standard MLP in this respect is explained, and some mechanisms for the enhancement of its rejection performance are considered. Two network configurations are presented as candidates for a more reliable structure, and are compared to the so-called negative training approach. The first configuration is an MLP which uses a Gaussian as its activation function, and the second is an MLP with direct connections from the input to the output layer of the network. The networks are examined and evaluated both through the technique of network inversion, and through practical experiments in a pattern classification application. Finally, the model of Radial Basis Function (RBF) networks is also considered in this respect, and its performance is compared to that obtained with the other networks described. 相似文献
