采用N902对硫酸钴浸出液中铜的萃取进行了研究,考察了萃取相比(O∶A)、萃原液中铜含量、萃取时间对铜萃取率的影响,以及反萃相比(O∶A)、反萃时间、酸度、反萃液铜浓度对铜反萃率的影响,确定了适宜的铜萃取生产条件,当铜离子浓度为6~7g/L时,用15%的N902萃取硫酸介质中的铜,1级铜萃取率可达95%;用新配制的200 g/L的硫酸对负载铜有机相进行循环反萃,1级铜反萃率可达95%。  相似文献

以N902为萃取剂,从废弃印刷线路板氨性浸出液中萃取回收铜,研究萃取剂浓度、相比(O/A)、萃原液初始pH和时间对铜萃取率的影响。结果表明,室温下N902萃取铜最优条件为:萃取剂浓度15%、O/A=1∶2、料液初始pH=10、萃取时间2.5min。在此条件下Cu2+萃取率98.62%,用2mol/L硫酸溶液对负载有机相进行一级反萃4min,Cu2+反萃率达89.91%,其溶液可满足电积提铜的要求。  相似文献

对N902萃取剂萃取酸性介质中铜的选择性进行了研究。实验结果表明:在3种酸性介质中,H2SO4介质效果最好。控制水相pH=3,硫酸根离子浓度0.5 mo.lL-1,相比O/A=1∶1。此时βCu/Fe的分离系数最大,而Mg和Ni几乎不萃。再以HCl或H2SO4为反萃剂(根据生产不同铜产品需要),浓度大约在4 mol.L-1左右,铜的反萃率大于93%,而铁几乎不被反萃下来。实现了铜与其他杂质金属的有效分离。  相似文献

用Lix984作萃取剂,从含铜铁梓的酸性浸出液中选择性萃取铜,结果表明,萃取剂浓度为3%,混合时间为2min,Vo:Va=1:1,pH=2.2时,萃取效果最好,铜萃取率大于96%,铁、锌共萃率低于5%,有机相中无萃取污物产生。反萃试验结果表明,用硫酸溶液反萃取,铜和铁的反萃率随着反萃取剂浓度、反萃相比,反率时间的增大而升高。  相似文献

研究了用ZJ988萃取剂从艾萨炉烟尘硫酸浸出液中萃取铜,考察了萃取过程中萃原液酸度、有机相浓度、相比、萃取级数对铜萃取率的影响,以及反萃取过程中硫酸浓度、反萃取相比对铜反萃取率的影响。结果表明:萃原液酸度对铜萃取率影响显著;常温下,在有机相中ZJ988体积分数40%、pH=2.5、Vo/Va=3/1、混合时间5min、5级萃取条件下,铜萃取率达97.35%;用200g/L硫酸溶液作反萃取剂,在Vo/Va=4/1、混合时间3min、4级反萃取条件下,铜反萃取率为95.88%;萃余液为含锌溶液,锌收率为98.26%,可用于回收锌。  相似文献

采用C923萃取铜电解液中的砷和铋,考察萃取剂浓度、酸度、萃取时间和相比等因素对砷萃取率的影响,并探讨原液中氯离子浓度对C923萃取铋的影响。结果表明,在优化工艺条件下,砷的单级萃取率为68.41%,三级错流萃取率为97.00%。氯离子浓度为0.86 g/L时,铋的单级萃取率为95.15%。负载相用水二级错流反萃砷,总反萃率为88.20%,再用酒石酸-氢氧化钠混合液反萃铋,反萃率为81.49%。  相似文献

研究了以离子液体Cyphos IL101为萃取剂从氯化体系中萃取分离铜、镍,考察了溶液酸度、氯离子浓度、萃取剂体积分数、水相pH对铜、镍萃取分离的影响。结果表明:Cyphos IL101能从氯化体系中高效萃取铜,而镍几乎不被萃取;在盐酸浓度3mol/L条件下,萃取分离系数β(Cu/Ni)达49 050.38;铜萃取率随氯离子浓度升高而提高,但不受水相pH影响。分别用硝酸、硫酸和纯水对负载铜有机相进行反萃取,结果表明:硝酸和硫酸对铜的反萃取率均高于90%,而水较难实现反萃取。采用斜率法对萃取机制进行分析,结果表明:Cyphos IL101通过氯阴离子交换与铜以物质的量比1∶1进行萃取,萃取产物为R3R’PCuCl_3。水相和有机相的UV-Vis光谱、Raman光谱及XPS能谱分析结果表明,氯化体系中,[CuCl_4]~(2-)为有效萃合物结构。由于优良的离子交换萃取性能,Cyphos IL101有望成为一种新型高效分离铜镍的优良萃取剂。  相似文献

采用Lix984萃取剂 ,对含铜铁锌酸性浸出液进行选择性萃取铜研究。结果表明 ,萃取剂浓度为 3%时 ,铜的萃取率可达到 99% ,且锌和铁共萃率低 ;萃取混合时间 >2min时 ,铜的萃取率达 96 % ,而铁和锌的萃取率 <5 % ;当相比 (O/A)为 1∶1时 ,铜的萃取效果最佳 ;随萃取值的增大 ,铜的萃取率升高 ,但为了避免萃取污物的大量产生 ,应控制萃取pH <2 .5。反萃试验结果表明 ,铜和铁的反萃率随着反萃剂浓度、反萃相比、反萃时间的增大而升高。  相似文献

以某高磷钒矿直接活化硫酸浸出并经预净化的溶液作为研究对象,用N263进行萃取反萃后经过直接沉钒,制得V2O5产品.实验主要研究了水相平衡pH、萃取剂浓度、添加剂浓度、相比、逆流萃取及反萃级数对硫磷混酸体系中钒萃取率的影响.实验确定了N263最佳萃取工艺条件:有机相浓度取15%N263-5%仲辛醇-磺化煤油,O/A=1:3,常温振荡10 min,常温静置10 min,萃取平衡pH=2,经5级逆流萃取,钒的萃取率可达99.51%;最佳反萃工艺条件:反萃剂浓度取1 mol·L-1 NH4 OH4 mol·L-1 NaCl,O/A=3:1,常温振荡10 min,常温静置10 min,反萃平衡pH=8.5,经4级逆流反萃,钒的反萃率可达99.58%;经直接沉钒所得V2O5产品质量达到99.54%,符合GB3283-87V2O598质量要求.  相似文献
