强酸性树脂催化合成丙酸烯丙酯的工艺研究 总被引:7,自引:0,他引:7
利用强酸性阳离子交换树脂催化合成了丙酸烯丙酯,实验表明:树脂催化剂用量为1.0g,反应的酸醇量比为3:2时,反应效果较佳,产品收率达68%。同时,对树脂的重复使用性能进行了测试,结果表明:树脂在重复使用6次后,其催化性能保持不变。另外,也与其他催化剂的催化效果进行了比较,说明了强酸性树脂在合成丙酸烯丙酯中的独特优越性。并合成了乙酸烯丙酯、丁酸烯丙酯和戊酸烯丙酯。 相似文献

The preparation of photosensitive allyl resins is described. The introduction of cinnamoyl groups into allyl resins is attempted for imparting successfully photosensitive functionality. Thus, the photosensitivity of cinnamoylated poly(allyl benzoate) was first examined in detail as a model photoreaction of cinnamoylated allyl resins. Cinnamoylated poly(diallyl phthalate) was then UV-irradiated to yield crosslinked resin, and its photosensitivity was compared with that of other allyl resins. The highest photosensitivity was observed for cinnamoylated poly(diallyl phthalate), although the mobility of the main polymer chain was considered to be lowest; this may be ascribed to the function of phthaloyl groups as photosensitizers. 相似文献

Summary
Novel ionenes with allyl pendant groups have been synthesized by condensation of N,N'- bisallylpiperazine with organic dihalides
such as 1,4-dichlorobutane, 1,6-dibromohexane and 1,4-dichloromethylbenzene. The polymers are readily soluble in water and
have low molecular weights. The structure of the ionenes has been identified by spectroscopic techniques. The concentrated
aqueous solutions of the resulting ionenes can be crosslinked by t-butylhydroperoxide as a radical initiator to give transparent
hydrogels. The ionenes also act as an crosslinking agent in copolymerization with high concentrations of acrylic acid in the
presence of K2S2O8 as a radical initiator in water at 65°C.

Polyarylmethylenes containing allyl unsaturation have been synthesised by the Friedel-Crafts polymerisation of an allyl aromatic monomer and bis(methoxymethyl) benzene. The allyl groups do not take part in the Friedel-Crafts polymerisation. The product can therefore be crosslinked through the allyl unsaturation thermally, or by heating with free radical or cationic initiators. The cationic crosslinking reaction appears to be the most convenient. 相似文献

通过环氧树脂与二烯丙基双酚A合成了一种烯丙基酚氧树脂,用以增韧双马来酰亚胺。在单因素试验的基础上,根据Box-Benhnken的中心组合试验设计原理,选取改性树脂体系组分为影响因子,应用响应面法进行3因素3水平的18组的设计试验,改性树脂性能(弯曲强度,冲击强度,热变形温度)为响应值,对改性树脂组分配比进行优化。结果表明,改性树脂组分配比BMI、DDS、APO、DABPA、DAP为2∶1∶0.2∶0.84∶0.1(物质的量比)时,综合2性能最好,此时改性双马树脂体系的冲击强度可达到21.4 k J/m,弯曲强度为200.5 MPa,热变形温度为195.8℃。 相似文献
