37Mn气瓶钢连铸圆管坯的开发

天钢通过采用"铁水→转炉→LF→VD→圆坯连铸"流程,开发出37Mn气瓶钢连铸圆管坯,并较好地控制了P元素、S元素、气体元素和夹杂物。生产实践表明,37Mn气瓶钢连铸圆管坯成分稳定,有害元素含量低,铸坯质量良好,性能指标稳定,完全能够满足使用要求。     

连铸坯轧制300km/h高速重轨的试验研究

应用电炉冶炼→LF精炼→VD脱气→圆坯连铸工艺，连续三次成功地浇注出U71Mn和PD3重轨钢连铸坯，铸坯表面无清理率达到100％，铸坯中心疏松≤1．0级，中心缩孔≤0．5级，中心碳偏析≤1．07，等轴晶率≥40％。由连铸圆坯轧成的重轨，内部质量和力学性能基本达到300km／h高速轨的技术条件要求。     

连铸工艺生产重轨钢的工业试验

应用电炉冶炼→LF精炼→VD真空脱气→圆坯连铸工艺进行了重轨钢生产现场试验.通过应用无铝脱氧工艺和真空脱气装置、控制浇铸过程中钢液过热度和拉速改善了铸坯内部质量,生产的重轨钢中w(T.O)≤20×10-6,A类夹杂在1.5级以下,B类在1.5级以下,C类在1.0级以下,D类在1.0级以下,铸坯一般疏松在1.0级以下,中心疏松在1.5级以下,点状偏析在1.0级以下,等轴晶率在40 %以上;优选结晶器电磁搅拌工艺参数和重轨钢连铸保护渣配方,确保了铸坯表面质量,铸坯表面无裂纹、气孔、结疤、折迭、凹坑和夹渣等缺陷,铸坯表面无清理率在90 %以上.     

油管用钢洁净度的研究

为了解管坯的洁净度水平,对衡钢炼钢分厂EAF→LF→HCC工艺生产的36Mn2V、37Mn5油管用水平连铸坯,通过采取示踪剂示踪、系统取样、综合分析等方法,对LF处理前后及中间包钢水和连铸坯中w（T．O）、显微夹杂及大型夹杂物的数量及变化情况进行了研究,并对夹杂物的产生原因进行了分析。研究结果表明,目前工艺条件下36Mn2V、37Mn5连铸坯的洁净度水平一般。     

100t UHP EAF-LF-VD-CC流程生产石油管用27CrMoNbTi热轧管坯钢工艺实践

特钢事业部新区采用铁水+废钢→100t电炉→双工位LF→双工位VD→圆坯连铸(650mm断面)→步进式加热炉→850轧机生产石油管用27CrMoNbTi热轧管坯,通过优化冶炼工艺、调整精炼渣系、保护浇注等措施,使27CrMoNbTi钢的各项指标均满足用户协议要求。     

唐钢薄板坯连铸高碳钢65Mn的质量控制

针对唐钢薄板坯连铸连轧线生产高碳钢65Mn出现的带钢表面翘皮和铸坯内部偏析问题,分析了缺陷产生的原因机理。带钢表面翘皮为铸坯边部在矫直过程中形成角裂轧制而成,铸坯内部质量问题主要影响因素为连铸二冷强度、软压下终点位置和钢中硫质量分数。通过调整LF脱硫工艺、优化连铸保护渣、提高二冷水强度、调整软压下终点等措施,有效控制了高碳钢65Mn带钢表面翘皮缺陷和铸坯内部偏析。     

大容积无缝气瓶用4130X钢Φ600mm连铸圆坯研发

直上钢水渣洗工艺的应用实践

针对不经过LF处理的45号钢在连铸坯中出现的夹杂缺陷，采用渣洗工艺，在出钢时随钢流加入渣洗料，从而起到净化钢液的作用。采用渣洗工艺后，基本上解决了45号钢连铸坯的夹杂缺陷。     

锻轧钢棒用连铸圆坯品种开发

主要研究100 t电炉→LF炉精炼+VD真空脱气处理→连铸→入坑缓冷→精整工艺流程生产锻轧钢棒用连铸圆坯的各项工艺控制点。通过工艺优化,开发生产的S355NL/S355J2G3低合金钢、CrMo钢、C45R/S45CrS优碳钢系列锻轧钢棒用连铸圆坯,圆坯内外部质量优良,锻轧而成的钢棒洁净度高、热处理性能稳定,探伤合格率达到99.6%以上,产品质量满足国际市场要求。     

50Mn2V锯片基体用钢连铸坯断裂原因分析

某厂在采用连铸生产锯片基体用50Mn2V钢的过程中,出现连铸坯冷却过程延迟断裂现象,通过显微组织观察、SEM断口扫描及气体成分检测,对造成铸坯延迟断裂的原因进行了分析。结果表明:50Mn2V连铸坯中存在较多H气体及缺陷,在缓冷过程中,发生"2H→H2"转变,产生很大的气体压力,是造成铸坯发生延迟断裂的主要原因。
