首先运用能量守恒原理将非理想型Buck变换器进行理想化转换;然后,就转换后的电路根据开关网络平均模型法建立平均变量模型,从而得到Buck变换器的大信号平均等效电路、直流等效电路和交流小信号等效电路,进而进行稳态和动态小信号特性分析;接着在此基础上,设计补偿网络,实现闭环控制;最后借助MATLAB软件进行仿真,与补偿前的仿真图形进行比较分析得出结论。  相似文献

文中介绍了一种电流型单周期控制方法——电荷控制法。通过对开关电流的控制,使其在一个周期内达到期望值。利用平均开关模型推导出ZVS移相全桥小信号电路模型。通过该信号模型可以很好地对电路参数进行预测,能够缩短PSPICE软件的仿真时间。仿真结果证明有不错的期望效果。  相似文献

传统对电力变压器绕组中暂态电压分布的仿真计算有多种,但均需编程计算而得,为此提出了一种适用于PSpice仿真的电力变压器绕组中暂态电压分布的电路模型,并对该变压器雷电过电压时的暂态电压分布及正常运行电压分布进行了仿真,结果表明该模型可表达绕组暂态时的表现,且大大简化了计算过程。  相似文献

设计了一种基于DSP的电能质量监测系统,并给出了信号调理、锁相倍频等主要模块电路。依据小波变换模极大值的理论,通过对该检测装置采集的暂态信号进行多分辨率分解,准确实现了暂态信号的检测。最后对采集的信号进行Matlab小波变换,仿真结果表明,小波变换可实现对电能质量暂态信号突变点的准确检测,同时验证了小波检测的正确性和可靠性。  相似文献

为了推导建立电流型DC-DC变换器系统传递函数,采用电路平均法的处理方式对电流型正激DC-DC变换器进行平均和线性化处理,得到小信号等效电路模型,给出系统框图。应用网络分析仪Agilent4395A实测电路传递函数给出Bode图,从而去验证建模仿真的正确性。改变电路参数进一步验证建模仿真的通用性。实验结果验证了利用电路平均法得到的电流型DC-DC变换器模型的正确性和通用性。  相似文献

基于故障信号频率的识别模型由于受到周围磁场等的影响,精度较低,为提高智能电表电路暂态故障信号实时识别的准确性,从故障信号处理的方向出发,基于时域粗检测方法,研究了一种智能电表电路暂态故障实时识别方法.对智能电表电路故障信号采样,使故障信号按照指定的路线传输,就要增加通道的接收能力,利用小波分析方法,对复杂的电信号进行样本预处理,经过时域检测后的信号被统一进行重新分布,以较为简单的方式进行标记;基于小波熵测度的故障信号融合模型,采用信息熵方法融合分离相似故障信号,确定所有智能电表故障电路信号暂态特征;构建基于小波熵测度的故障信号融合模型,在信号谱上完成信号的筛选与分解,实现智能电表电路暂态故障信号实时识别.实验结果表明,针对智能电表电路接地短路、两相接地短路、相间短路、三相接地短路四种不同类型的暂态故障,通过该方法识别出的故障电压曲线值与实际的值相差小于0.3 V,具有较高的识别准确性,具备一定的实际应用意义.  相似文献

提出采用三端PWM开关模型法建立PS-FB-ZVS-PWM变换器的平均电路小信号模型。分析并推导出PS-FBZVS-PWM变换器的传递函数,设计了电流内环功率外环的双环控制算法,并分析了基于双环控制的开环传递函数幅频和相频特性,最后通过PSIM仿真软件搭建了变换器的仿真模型。实验结果验证了基于双环控制的PS-FB-ZVS-PWM变换器可以很好地实现对输出功率的控制。  相似文献

介绍了以Boost变换器为主拓扑结构,平均电流控制模式下PFC电路的工作原理,并在准静态分析法的基础上,建立了系统的简化小信号模型。在此基础上,以闭环系统的带宽fc和相位裕量Φ为设计指标,给出了实用的闭环反馈控制器的设计方法。仿真与实验结果表明,所建立的小信号模型及控制器设计方法不仅对模拟PFC电路中补偿器RC网络中参数的设计有实用意义,而且在考虑系统延时的情况下,也适合于数字PFC电路中控制器的设计。  相似文献

现代电力电子技术其理论性和实践性较强,电路和波形图多且复杂。在电磁暂态分析软件PSCAD中建立Buck-chopper电路的仿真模型,在此基础上对直流斩波电路进行了较详细的仿真分析。仿真波形与常规分析方法得到的结果一致,证实了PSCAD软件能够在电力电子技术仿真和研究中具有较好的应用价值。  相似文献

A general and unified large signal averaged circuit model for current programmed DC-to-DC converters is proposed. In the averaged circuit model, the active switch is modeled by a current source, with its value equal to the averaged current flowing through it, and the diode is modeled hy the voltage source, with its value equal to the averaged voltage across it. The averaged circuit model has the same topology as the switching converter. The large signal averaged circuit model for current programmed buck, boost, buck-boost and Cuk converters are proposed, from which the large signal characteristics can be obtained. The steady-state and small signal transfer functions of the current programmed DC-to-DC converters can all be derived from their large signal averaged circuit models. The large signal characteristics of the current programmed buck converter are studied by both the phase plane trajectory and the time domain analysis. Experimental prototypes for a current programmed buck converter, with and without an input filter, are breadboarded to verify the analysis  相似文献

潜电路是一种潜伏在系统中的路径或状态,仅在特定的条件下产生,使系统出现非期望的功能.本文以一个降压式谐振开关电容变换器为例,详细分析了潜电路出现时变换器的工作过程,利用电路能量守恒定理推导出变换器的潜电路特性以及潜电路发生条件.得到潜电路出现后,变换器的输出电压不再保持恒定,而是与电路参数、运行条件等密切相关,呈现出非预期特性的结论,并用实验结果加以证实.  相似文献

The design issues of the active-clamp forward converter circuit with peak current mode control in small signal stability and large-signal transients are discussed. A design procedure is provided to solve circuit issues under these conditions. The introduced PWM-switch modeling method is a simple method for modeling pulse-width-modulated (PWM) DC-DC converters operating in the continuous conduction mode. The main advantage of this method is its versatility and simple implementation compared to other methods. The basic idea is the replacement of the switches in the converter by their time-averaged models. These switch models have been developed in such a way that the converter model provides the same results as the state-space-averaging technique but not including nonlinear effects. Simple rules for determination of the switch models are obtained. The resulting model is a time-averaged equivalent circuit model where all branch currents and node voltages correspond to their averaged values of the corresponding original currents and voltages. The model also includes parasitics, second-order effects and nonlinearities, and can be implemented in any circuit-oriented simulation tool. The same model is used for the simulation of the steady-state and the transient behavior  相似文献

This paper presents the analysis of open-loop power-stage dynamics relevant to current-mode control for a boost pulsewidth-modulated (PWM) dc-dc converter operating in continuous-conduction mode (CCM). The transfer functions from input voltage to inductor current, from duty cycle to inductor current, and from output current to inductor current are derived. The delay from the MOSFET gate drive to the duty cycle is modeled using a first-order Pade/spl acute/ approximation. The derivations are performed using an averaged linear small-signal circuit model of the boost converter for CCM. The transfer functions can be used in modeling the complete boost PWM converter when current-mode control is used. The theory was in excellent agreement with the experimental results, enforcing the validity of the transfer functions derived.  相似文献

This paper presents a SPICE macromodel for a generic series-parallel resonant converter circuit. The model is derived from the averaged time-invariant state-space equations obtained from a Fourier transform. The conditions are derived under which all but the fundamental harmonic may be discarded, and the model developed based solely on the fundamental Fourier component. The single macromodel developed has a wide range of validity, and allows DC, AC, and transient analyses to be carried out in a fast, easy, and familiar manner. It also permits the converter to be incorporated alongside its control circuitry into an entire system. The simulation results from the model have been compared to results from a full simulation, and the agreement is found to be excellent, with the macromodel simulation running between 37 and 4700 times faster than the full simulation  相似文献

Boost变换器是组成高阶变换器的基本单元,故对其建模和仿真的研究有着理论和实际意义。状态空间平均法是DC-DC变换器建模的有力工具。在考虑了电感电容高频寄生电阻的条件下,应用状态空间平均法对非理想Boost变换器进行建模。为统一开关变换器不同工作状态下的状态方程,在此引入开关函数。开关函数的引入使得对状态方程平均化的问题转化为对开关函数平均化的问题,简化了建模过程,且平均化的开关函数具有明确的物理意义。最后将数学模型与电路模型的仿真结果以及实测数据加以对比,得出了较为一致的结论,为直流变换器的设计和分析提供参考。  相似文献

This paper presents a sliding-mode control for a single-phase ac/ac quantum resonant converter. The closed-loop system improves regulation, sensitivity to disturbances, and transient response. The design of the closed-loop system is based on the sliding-mode control theory, and it is carried out with the help of an averaged large-signal model of the resonant converter. Simulation and experimental results are reported to validate the theoretical predictions. Essentially, the contribution of this paper is as follows: 1) the averaged large-signal model for the resonant converter; 2) the sliding-mode control scheme; and 3) the design guidelines for the control gains and parameters.   相似文献

在 Ridley 峰值电流模式控制的 Buck 变换器模型的基础上,提出一个包含传导损耗的修正模型.运用平均开关建模法,建立非理想PWM开关的非线性大信号平均模型.包含全部寄生电阻和二极管的正向压降.围绕某一稳态工作点,扰动并线性化平均模型,导出非理想Buck变换器的功率级在连续工作模式下的直流模型和线性小信号模型.在此基础上.修正峰值电流模式控制部分的小信号模型参数.最终建立整个峰值电流模式控制的非理想Buck变换器的线性小信号模型.推导小信号动态的解析结果.给出修正的补偿斜坡信号斜率.在Simetrix/simplis开关电源软件包中进行了仿真分析,结果显示新模型能更准确地预测系统性能.  相似文献
