从油箱喷塑固化工艺条件出发,以环氧树脂(EP)和小分子聚酰胺为主要原料,制备了两种不同配方的汽车油箱用点焊密封胶。测试了点焊胶在90#汽油和0#柴油中的耐油性和粘接强度,并对三种不同连接接头(胶接、点焊、胶焊)的粘接强度进行了对比和分析。结果表明:点焊胶的固化工艺与汽车镀锌板类油箱表面漆层的固化工艺相同,故不必增加点焊胶的固化设备和工序;两种点焊胶具有较好的粘接性能,其T型剥离强度分别为89.0kN/m和92.0kN/m,拉伸剪切强度分别为13.3MPa和12.9MPa;两种点焊胶在90#汽油和0#柴油中浸泡360d后,试样的粘接强度降幅不明显,说明其具有一定程度的耐油性;将两种点焊胶用于汽车油箱的密封中,既具有良好的粘接密封性能,又解决了镀锌板类油箱渗漏油等问题。 相似文献

Polysilsesquioxanes (PS) powder was synthesized from methyltrimethoxysilane and vinyltrimethoxysilane by hydrolytic condensation method in aqueous phase. The prepared PS powder was characterized using Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, particle size, and polydispersity of the powders was determined using dynamic light scattering technique. Polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) nanocomposites and the sealant were synthesized using different weight percentage (1–4 wt %) of PS powder and hydrophobic fumed silica. Tensile strength and thermal stability of the nanocomposites showed perceptible enhancement on increasing the filler ratio when compared to pristine PDMS composites. The surface morphology and the extent of filler dispersion were visualized from the scanning electron microscopy images. Dielectric strength of the composites also showed significant improvement on increasing the filler loading. Poly(methyl/vinyl)silsesquioxane (PMVS) (4 wt %) reinforced composites showed a considerable enrichment in properties when compared to other formulations. Adhesive strength of silicone sealant on both the alumina and mild steel substrate was studied by conducting lap shear test. PMVS-loaded nanocomposites exhibited more adhesive strength on both the substrates and hence it can be used as a sealant in electronic assemblies. © 2018 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. J. Appl. Polym. 通过实验表明,粒径为40—80nm的碳酸钙因具有很好的触变性而被用于PVC汽车底盘防石击涂料,生成具有良好触变性和屈服值的纳米碳酸钙的工艺为:在氢氧化钙温度为15—25℃、质量分数为5%-10%时,通入二氧化碳,当碳化到pH=7时,停止通入二氧化碳,通过加入表面处理剂,经脂肪酸或脂肪酸盐改性后,处理剂用量为纳米碳酸钙的2.0%~4.0%。生成的纳米碳酸钙作为高档填料和流变助剂,应用于涂料、油墨及密封胶、粘合剂等,具有良好的触变性和屈服值。 相似文献

In this research, formaldehyde-free dual-curable adhesive formulations containing polyvinyl butyral (PVB) were prepared with the reaction of 2,4-toluene diisocyanate (TDI) and 2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate (HEMA) and then applied on cord fabrics upon adhere onto the rubber surfaces. The effects of PVB ratio on peel strength value between the cord and rubber were studied. The structure of the oligomer was characterized by FTIR and 1H NMR spectroscopy. Thermal properties of coated and UV-cured fabrics were investigated by TGA and DSC. Surface wettability properties of the fabrics after coating were observed with contact angle measurement. The peel strength between cord/rubber surfaces was determined by T-peel test after thermal curing stage under heat and pressure. Results showed that peel strength value increases with increasing PVB amount in the formulation. The highest peel strength of 94.7 N/cm was observed when 5% PVB was included in the formulation. This study leads to a new type of promising adhesives with superior peel strength for cord/rubber applications as it is being a totally formaldehyde-free process. 相似文献
