针对以往对制造联盟的研究多局限于概念和具体实现技术层次的不足,对制造联盟的设计、建立、运行、解散等步骤进行了研究,并分别利用建模工具IDEF0和GRAI Grid方法建立了制造联盟全生命周期的业务活动框架和决策流程,该业务活动框架和决策流程对制造联盟的设计与运作提供了指导方法,也为制造联盟的其他视图,如功能和信息视图的具体设计提供了帮助。工程实例验证了其可行性。 相似文献

为适应机械设计与制造的教育数字化转型发展要求,利用了互联网技术、反求设计、五轴数控加工、虚实结合技术以及现代机械设计方法等技术手段,设计了“三位一体”数字化实验平台,开发了数字化设计模块、数字化制造模块以及数字化检测模块,研究了复杂零件数字化制造过程的先进技术方法以及可行性和有效性,基于“三位一体”实验平台,使复杂叶轮优化设计后的等熵效率提升了0.7%,流量提高了3.92%,并改善了加工质量和制造效率,提高了五轴数控机床的使用精度。“三位一体”数字化制造实验平台的设计和研发为企事业单位和高等院校的教育数字化转型提供了理论基础和建设方案,有助于机械设计与制造行业创新复合型人才的培养。 相似文献

A well-defined and flexible design chain reference model forms the basis for promoting collaborative design chain. The Special
Interest Group under the Design Chain Council proposed the design chain operations reference (DCOR) in an attempt to assist
enterprises building a design chain modeling frameworks. To date, DCOR version 1.0 only provides preliminary definitions,
such as those for major design procedures, and lacks an example of best practices in the industry. Additionally, few studies
have attempted this research issue. This study integrates the concepts of design chain, collaborative product design, and
collaborative product commerce in a proposed collaborative design chain operations reference model (CDCORM) based on DCOR
as a reference for developing a collaborative design chain system in the product lifecycle. The CDCORM consists of four hierarchical
levels: collaborative design chain business model; collaborative design chain cooperative model; collaborative design-chain
process model; and, a collaborative design chain operational model. Based on project management, the CDCORM has five core
procedures-product plan, concept design, detail design, design review, and design amend. This study also assesses the effectiveness
of the CDCORM by applying it to the motorcycle industry. In summary, this study extends the DCOR model and proposes a complete
collaborative design chain reference model and implements a system in the motorcycle industry as a case study. This case study

Concurrent or collaborative engineering (CE) has inspired research in the area of design decomposition, which facilitates
the concurrency of product lifecycle functions from the earlier stage of the product development process and reduces the complexity
of a design problem. The decomposition-based design, on the other hand, necessitates various integration efforts for recombining
the decomposed design problems. This is the second of a two-part paper proposing a multi-agent system (MAS) framework for
integrated product design in a computer network-oriented CE environment. Part II discusses the applications of the proposed
MAS framework to concurrent engineering design. The proposed framework realises the systematic and timely design integrations
between multi-functional/cross-functional team members in a dynamic design environment, by enabling model integration, solution
integration and tool integration. The proposed design agents make the problem-specific engineering models or heterogeneous
design tools interoperable and network-accessible, and also provide the interaction spaces for communicating, integrating
or coordinating the individual design solutions. Throughout the paper, the proposed system is illustrated with a successful

Diecasting is one of the forming methods for manufacturing a large number of products with short lead time and a good surface
by high injection pressure of cast alloy. Die design is composed of selection of cast alloy, design of product, runner and
gate design, etc. In reality, however, die design for diecasting has been performed by a trial and error method, which causes
economic and time loss. This paper describes the development of the computer-aided design of product and die design. The CAD
system has been written in AutoLISP on the AutoCAD with a personal computer.
In this study, the die design system for the die casting process has been developed and a flowchart is presented for the automation
of die design, especially of the runner–gate system. As the generation process and die design system using 3D geometry handling
are integrated with the technology of process planning, die design can be automated. In addition, specific rules and equations
for the runner–gate system have been presented to avoid too much trial and error with expensive equipment. It is thus possible
for engineers to make automatic and efficient die design for diecasting which will result in a reduction of the required cost
and time. An example of a cap-shaped product, i.e. a motor pulley, is given using the proposed flowchart. 相似文献
