Cobalt oxide (Co3O4) thin films were prepared by a facile spray pyrolysis technique using perfume atomizer from aqueous solution of hydrated cobalt chloride salt (CoCl2·6H2O) as source of cobalt. The films were deposited onto the amorphous glass substrates kept at different temperatures (300-500 °C). The influences of molar concentration of the starting solution and substrate temperature on the structural, morphological and optical properties of (Co3O4) thin films were studied. It was found from X-ray diffraction (XRD) analysis that the films prepared with molar concentration greater than 0.025 M/L were polycrystalline spinel type cubic structure. The preferred orientation of the crystallites of these films changes gradually from (6 2 2) to (1 1 1) when the substrate temperature increases. By Raman spectroscopy, five Raman active modes characteristic of Co3O4 spinel type cubic structure were found and identified at 194, 484, 522, 620 and 691 cm−1. The scanning electron microscopy (SEM) images showed micro porous structure with very fine grains less than 50 nm in diameter. These films exhibited also a transmittance value of about 70% in the visible and infra red range.  相似文献

The mechanical decomposing and mechanochemical reductions of silver oxide for preparation of nanocrystalline silver powders by high planetary ball mill was investigated. XRD and HRSEM techniques were used to characterize the structural evolution and morphological changes of products. The results show that the nanostructured silver with an average crystallite size of 14 nm and internal strain of 0.75% is synthesized by mechanical decomposing of Ag2O after 95 h milling. While, the product of mechanochemical reduction of silver oxide using graphite after 22 h milling is nanostructured silver with an average crystallite size of 28 nm and internal strain of 0.44%.  相似文献

Nano-sized SrAl2O4:Eu^2+,Dy^3+ phosphors with good monodispersity and narrow size distribution were synthesized by the coupling of water-in-oil (W/O) microemulsion with coprecipitation method. The phase composition, morphology, crystallinity, excitation spectra, emission spectra, and afterglow decay of SrAl2O4:Eu^2+,Dy^3+ nanophosphors were measured. It was found that the amount of surfactant that was used had an important effect on the shape and average size of the phosphor particles. SrAl204 phase of the phosphors showed an increase with the increase in calcination temperature. When the calcination temperature reached 1150℃, the fine crystal of SrAl2O4 was formed and the long afterglow luminescence could be obviously observed. In comparison with the samples prepared by the high-temperature solid-state method, the calcination temperature showed an obvious decrease and a dear blue shift occurred in the excitation and emission spectra of the sample. The afterglow time could be more than 8 h.  相似文献

In this study, Al-Mg-Al trilaminated thin plates were fabricated by one-pass hot rolling to improve the processing capacity and bonding strength of magnesium alloy plates. The effects of processing parameters were investigated. The results show that the optimal bonding strength is up to 20 MPa with a reduction ratio of 40 % and rolling temperature of 400 ℃, superior than that in other one-pass rolling studies with regard to thin laminated plates. In addition, a favorable property is achieved with the annealing temperature of 250-300 ℃ or annealing time of 1.5 h. When the annealing temperature exceeds300 ℃ or annealing time exceeds 1.5 h, respectively, the bonding strength of Al/Mg/Al plate decreases. The scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and energy-dispersive spectroscopy(EDS) analyses suggest that the appearance of thin diffusion layers between A1 and Mg interfaces is helpful to improve the bonding strength, while the presence of thick diffusion layer would reduce the bonding strength greatly.  相似文献
