业务平台重构是承接中国电信集团公司CTNet 2025计划,落实网络重构,推进网络智能化的重要举措之一。重点分析了业务平台存在的问题,提出了以微服务化为核心理念,规范平台通用架构和开放标准,重构业务平台软件架构的演进目标。并通过建立完善基础平台、规范和推进业务/应用平台微服务化改造、资源规划和环境部署方案 3 个方面推进具体重构工作。对重构前后的平台进行资源利用率、开发效率、资源自动调度、部署效率等方面的比较分析,给出了实施业务平台重构的初步成效,为业内同类平台的规划、开发、部署提供了参考。 相似文献

Online commerce, increasingly running on digital platforms, is subject to higher uncertainty and risk in transactions (e.g., fraud, opportunism) than offline commerce. To cope with this challenge, online commerce companies often use information systems to promote interactive communication between sellers and buyers. This study examines how such seller-buyer interactivity affects buyers’ purchase intention in an online commerce context of accommodation sharing. In particular, we use text mining techniques to analyze guest reviews and host responses on Airbnb. Our analysis suggests that not only the quantity but also the quality of the response messages matter: potential guests’ purchase intention increases with the relevance and richness of the host’s responses as well as their volume. Further, we find a notable nonlinearity in the quantity effect that the volume of host responses significantly affects guest purchase intention only when it is large enough. Making sufficient responses, the hosts could enjoy complementarity between the quantity and quality effects of their responses; otherwise, the relative richness of their responses becomes more important. 相似文献

Global over-the-top (OTT) platforms such as YouTube and Netflix are gaining great popularity worldwide. Although the entrance of global OTT platforms may undermine the growth of countries’ local-related industries, it is also possible that imitation on the part of domestic content providers stands to create new OTT platforms or other opportunities for the growth of local content industries. This study examines the impact of global OTT platforms on the local video content industry in South Korea. Specifically, it investigates the impact of the launches of YouTube and Netflix on efficiency differences in local video content production and distribution industries through stochastic frontier analysis and meta-frontier analysis. Introduction of the global OTT platform had an impact on the domestic content industry, but there was a difference in growth according to the detailed classification industry, and the effect differed depending on the entered platform. Tobit analysis confirms that the effects of technological development and entry of global OTT platforms are significant on the technical gap ratio. 相似文献

We explore the price dynamics in a competitive market consisting of spectrum agile network service providers and users. Here, multiple self interested spectrum providers operating with different technologies and costs compete for potential customers. Different buyers or consumers may evaluate the same seller differently depending on their applications, operating technologies and locations. Two different buyer populations, the quality-sensitive and the price-sensitive are investigated, and the resulting collective price dynamics are studied using a combination of analysis and simulations. Various scenarios are considered regarding the nature and accuracy of information available to the sellers. A myopically optimal strategy is studied when full information is available, while a stochastic learning based strategy is considered when the information is limited. Cooperating groups may be formed among the sellers which will in-turn influence the group profit for those participants. Free riding phenomenon is observed under certain circumstances 相似文献

Auction has been widely used to spectrum allocation. Most of the previous works supposed that all the spectrum are identical. However, in reality, spectrums are quite different in different locations and frequencies. Recently, some works studied the double auction mechanism for heterogeneous spectrums. But their schemes are based on the assumption of “single-channel request”. To be more realistic, each seller and buyer will bid at least one channel. The previous schemes will not work under multi-channel assumption. In this paper, we propose a truthful multi-channel double auction mechanism for heterogeneous spectrums. Our scheme allows sellers and buyers to sell or buy multi-channels for heterogeneous spectrums. We introduce a novel virtual grouping method to split sellers and buyers. We prove that the proposed scheme satisfies the economic properties: truthfulness, individual rationality and budget balance. The simulation results confirm that our method achieves high auction efficiency and auction revenue. 相似文献

Purpose
The online shopping platform serves as an intermediary between online stores and individual online shoppers. The purposes of this study are to examine the influence of anxious attachment and relational embeddedness on trust and to investigate the impact of trust and co-production on performance in the context of online seller-shopping platform relationships.Design/methodology/approach
The research is an empirical research using data collected from 308 senior marketing managers of online stores selling products/services in two largest online shopping platforms. Structure equation modeling was employed to verify and validate the research model.Findings
The outcomes confirm that online sellers’ anxious attachment plays a key role and is negatively associated with their trust in the online shopping platform. Relational embeddedness positively affects trust of online sellers in the online shopping platform. The effect of trust on co-production and the influence of co-production on performance are statistically significant. However, trust does not appear to positively influence performance.Research limitations/implications
This study surveyed targeted online sellers in Taiwan and the research outcomes may not be generalized to other countries.Practical implications
The research results provide insights for the online shopping platform in understanding online sellers’ attachment anxiety and developing relational bonds with them to generate a favorable partnership.Originality/value
This study represents one of the few that empirically examines the role of anxious attachment in online business-to-business partnerships and the findings provide useful information for the online shopping platform to improve customers’ trust and participation. 相似文献8.

TMAHS: a truthful multi-unit double auction framework for heterogeneous spectrum in secondary market
Auction was widely used to tackle spectrum allocation and sharing in the secondary market under the condition of spectrum scarcity. In real communication system, such as broadband communication, the utilization of spectrum resource is various because of different requirements and complex application scenarios. So, these schemes cannot be directly applied to the above wireless communication system. To solve this problem, a new model where sellers/buyers can sell/buy multi-unit for heterogeneous spectrum was proposed and a truthful multi-unit double auction framework was designed for heterogeneous spectrum trading. A valuation function is first applied to represent the buyer’s true valuation of the sub-band and reflect the buyer’s satisfaction degree and a novel concept termed ‘virtual player’ was introduced. Then the buyer group was constructed based on the conflict graph to reuse the same spectrum among interference-free buyers in both spatial and temporal domains. The winner determination strategy and algorithm of clearing price were designed elaborately. According to the theoretical analysis, the scheme can satisfy three critical economic properties: truthfulness, individual rationality, and budget balance. Finally, simulation results show that the proposed scheme can achieve better user satisfaction, auction efficiency and spectrum reuse rate for the real communication system. The network is a major platform for implementing new cyber-telecom crimes.Therefore,it is important to carry out monitoring and early warning research on new cyber-telecom crime platforms,which will lay the foundation for the establishment of prevention and control systems to protect citizens’property.However,the deep-learning methods applied in the monitoring and early warning of new cyber-telecom crime platforms have some apparent drawbacks.For instance,the methods suffer from data-distribution differences and tremendous manual efforts spent on data labeling.Therefore,a monitoring and early warning method for new cyber-telecom crime platforms based on the BERT migration learning model is proposed.This method first identifies the text data and their tags,and then performs migration training based on a pre-training model.Finally,the method uses the fine-tuned model to predict and classify new cyber-telecom crimes.Experimental analysis on the crime data collected by public security organizations shows that higher classification accuracy can be achieved using the proposed method,compared with the deep-learning method. 相似文献
