采用真空熔炼炉制备了Ag-In稀土Y合金。利用XRD、扫描电镜、光纤光谱仪等设备对样品进行测试,实验结果表明,未添加稀土样品晶粒粗大,添加稀土钇能明显细化晶粒,枝晶发育细小,与925银相比抗硫化腐蚀能力增强。随着In含量的增加,析出Ag3In脆性相,对合金起到了强化作用,含钇银铟合金对可见光具有较高反射率,色调与纯银相比略显暖色。  相似文献

The Ni3Al specimens were coated with yttrium (Y) by ion plating method. Post heat treatment was performed after Y ion plating to improve adherence of the Y-coating layer to the substrate. Performance of the Y-coated Ni3Al was evaluated by isothermal oxidation and cyclic oxidation tests. A simple deposition of Y on Ni3Al did not change the oxidation kinetics, but the post heat treatment after Y ion plating altered the oxidation kinetics of Ni3Al significantly. The test results suggest that the corrosion resistance of Ni3Al can be improved by a proper method of Y-deposition.  相似文献

As-extruded ZK60 and ZK60-Y magnesium alloy plates were successfully processed via friction stir processing (FSP) at a tool rotation rate of 1600 r/rain and a traverse speed of 200 mm/min. FSP resulted in the formation of equiaxed recrystallized microstructures with the average grain sizes of ,-8.5 and -4.7 μm in the ZK60 and ZK60-Y alloys, respectively. Moreover, FSP broke and dispersed the MgZn2 and W-phase (Mg3Zn3Y2) particles and dissolved MgZn2 phase in the FSP ZK60 alloy. With the addition of rare earth element yttrium (Y) into the ZK60 alloy, the ratio of the high angle grain boundaries (HAGBs) in the FSP alloys increased from 64% to 90%, and a certain amount of twins appeared in the FSP ZK60-Y alloy. The maximum elongation of 1200% and optimum strain rate of 3 X 10-3 s-1 achieved at 450 °C in the FSP ZK60-Y alloy were substantially higher than those of the FSP ZK60 alloy. This is attributed to the fine grains with high ratio of HAGBs and the distribution of a large number of dispersed second phase particles with high thermal stability in the FSP ZK60-Y alloy. Grain boundary sliding was identified as the primary deformation mechanism in the FSP ZK60 and ZK60-Y alloys from the superplastic data analyses and surficial morphology observations.  相似文献

为了研究定向凝固高温合金不同取向氧化前后的常温腐蚀性能,选择镍基高温合金DZ125和钴基高温合金DZ40M在1050℃下进行不同时间的短时氧化,研究合金不同取向的氧化行为;对氧化前后合金在3.5%NaCl溶液中进行电化学实验,研究氧化对定向凝固高温合金不同取向常温腐蚀性能的影响。结果表明:定向凝固高温合金晶界或亚晶界附近容易发生局部腐蚀,纵截面晶界和亚晶界面积分数小,因此耐蚀性优于横截面;与合金横截面相比,纵截面晶界结构不利于扩散,故其氧化速率小于横截面;短时氧化后在合金表面生成分层结构的氧化物,对合金起到保护作用,一定程度上提高耐蚀性。  相似文献

探究了钛元素对FeAl金属间合理化物在1000℃和1100℃大气环境下的循环氧化行为的影响。合金的氧化动力学过程通过增重法测定,氧化产物通过X射线衍射、能谱和扫描电镜等鉴定。实验结果表明,加钛和未加钛Fe-36.5Al合金的氧化动力学曲线均可拟合为抛物线;(△W/S)^2=Kpt+C。加钛FeAl合金在1000℃和1100℃时的Kp值分别为2.4,3.3mg^2cm^-4h^-1。而未加钛Feal  相似文献

涂层结构对Ti-Al-N涂层氧化行为的影响   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
采用多弧离子镀技术及TiA合金靶,在SKH51高速钢基体上沉积了Ti1-xAlxN单层构型涂层和TN/Ti1_xAlxN复合多层构型涂层,分析其高温氧化行为.用扫描电镜、X射线衍射、电子探针等手段表征了涂层氧化后的组织结构和元素分布.试验发现,基体Fe元素扩散到涂层表面意味着SKH51涂层试样剧烈氧化阶段的开始.当涂层的构型相同时,涂层的抗氧化性能随着涂层中铝含量增加而单调增加.但对于TiN/Ti0.33Al0.67N复合多层构型涂层,其抗氧化性则比Ti0.33Al0.67N单层构型涂层差,高于铝含量基本相同的Ti0.67A0.33N单层构型涂层.空气中800℃恒温退火,TiN/Ti0.33 Al0.67N涂层出现严重氧化的时间是43h,Ti0.33Al0.67N、Ti0.67Al0.33N涂层分别为53 h和11h.因此,Ti-Al-N涂层的抗氧化性不仅同涂层中铝含量有关,涂层构型也起着重要用.  相似文献

Ni-based superalloys with different contents of Nb addition were fabricated by vacuum melting and casting. High temperature oxidation behaviors of the designed alloys were investigated by thermogravimetry. Microstructure and phase constituent of the oxidation scales were studied using scanning electron microscope and X-ray diffraction (XRD), respectively. Results showed that irrespective of the composition, all specimens obeyed the parabolic law during different stages. The scales on specimens B and C with 2.0 wt.% and 2.5 wt.% Nb addition, respectively, were mainly comprised of Cr2O3 and NiCr2O4. However, specimen A, with no Nb addition showed only NiO in the outer scale. The oxidation scales all exhibited a layered structure. With 2.0 wt.%Nb addition, the superalloy's high temperature oxidation resistance was enhanced by about 25%.  相似文献

The effect of Ru addition on solidification behavior, microstructure and hardness of Re-free Ni-based equiaxed superalloys with high Cr content has been investigated. With the increase of Ru, the solidus temperature of the alloys and the γ′ solvus temperature decreased, respectively. However, the liquidus temperatures of the alloys had no obvious change. The microstructure of the as-cast alloys was mainly composed of γ, γ′, γ/γ′ eutectic and MC carbides. The γ/γ′ eutectic was completely dissolved after the heat treatment. The morphology of γ′ was more cuboidal in heat-treated alloys with increasing Ru. Furthermore, the volume fraction of γ′ in the as-cast and heat-treated alloys diminished upon the increase of Ru. It was noted that Ru addition changed the segregation behaviors of Cr and Mo in the alloys from positive segregation element to negative segregation element and promotes the segregation degree of W.As the Ru content increased, the magnitude of segregation of the positive segregation elements Ta and Ti increased accordingly. Meanwhile, the magnitude of Al segregation decreased and Ru tended to segregate in the dendrite core. In addition, the hardness of the alloys improved and their porosity reduced with increasing amount of Ru.  相似文献

采用金相显微镜、扫描电镜、X射线衍射仪等实验手段,研究质量分数为0%~0.3%的钇对7055铝合金铸态组织的影响.研究表明:Y含量在小于0.25%范围内时,随含量增加细化效果增加;当Y含量为0.25%时,铸态组织中基体晶粒细化效果显著,晶粒减小到40μm左右,第二相球化并细化;当Y含量超过0.25%时,合金的铸态组织随着其含量的增加又逐渐粗化,Y加入7055铝合金中主要形成Al6Cu6Y与Al3Y,并且弥散分布在晶界上.  相似文献

通过测定六种不同成分的低膨胀高温合金氧化增重曲线,提出合金元素作用系数,利用分析得到的合金元素作用系数对实验合金的氧化增重进行预测计算,其结果与实验结果吻合得很好。利用合金元素作用系数的概念和本研究所提出的方法可对低膨胀高温合金的氧化增重提供预测计算,借此可减少研究低膨胀高温合金氧化特性的试验工作量,为今后低膨胀高温合金的发展打下了基础。  相似文献

Ceria-based electrolytes have been widely researched in intermediate-temperature solid oxide fuel cell (SOFC), which might be operated at 500-600?C. Sintering behavior with lithium oxide as sintering additive and electrical conductivity of gadolinia doped ceria (Gd0.1Ce0.9O2δ, GDC10) electrolyte was studied in this paper by X-ray di?raction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS). As the results, the fully dense GDC10 electrolytes are obtained at a low temperature of 800?C with 2.5 mol% Li2O as sintering additive (called 5LiGDC800). During sintering process, lithium oxides adsorbed by around GDC10 surface help to sinter at 800?C and are kept at the grain boundary of GDC10 in the end. The fine grains of 100-400 nm and high electrical conductivity of 0.014 S/cm at 6000C in 5LiGDC800 were achieved, which contributed to the lower sintering temperature and enhanced grain boundary conductivity, respectively. Lithium, staying at grain boundary, reduces the depletion of oxygen vacancies in the space charge layers and increases the oxygen vacancy concentration in the grain boundary, which leads to improve the total electrical conductivity of 5LiGDC800.  相似文献

氧化物弥散强化商业高温合金因氧化物颗粒在基体中的弥散强化作用而具有较好的高温力学性能,如今被广泛应用于航空航天、能源、汽车等领域的高温部件。研究发现,氧化物颗粒的掺杂不仅可以使合金基体具有优异的高温强度,还可以显著提高基体的抗氧化性能。概述了氧化物颗粒种类、尺寸和含量对高温合金抗氧化性能的影响,从合金初期氧化行为、氧化膜生长速度、生长机制、粘附性能等角度重点关注不同性质氧化物(如活性元素氧化物和非活性元素氧化物)弥散质点在氧化过程中作用机理的异同,最后对未来的研究方向做出了展望。  相似文献

为了研究Pt改性NiCoCrAlY合金在高温含水气氛中的高温抗氧化行为,进一步理解高温含水气氛对Pt改性涂层表面形貌以及产物的影响,采用电镀方式在NiCoCrAlY合金表层制备了一层1.5μm厚的Pt层,然后对涂层进行热处理。对Pt改性NiCoCrAlY涂层在1 050℃的空气和含水气氛下的高温氧化行为进行对比研究。采用扫描电镜(SEM)观察表面形貌,采用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、能谱(EDS)分析了涂层的相结构及成分。结果表明:在含水气氛下,Pt改性合金表面生成针状Al_2O_3,基体不同相β-NiAl与γ'-Ni_3Al在含水气氛中表现出不同的Al_2O_3生长速率,从而导致氧化层中生长应力的堆积,导致氧化层的剥落。  相似文献

The oxidation of specimens with thermal barrier coating (TBC) consisted of nickel-base superalloy, low-pressure plasma sprayed Ni-28Cr-6AI-0.4Y (wt pct) bond coating and electron beam physical vapor deposited 7.5 wt pct yttria stabilized zirconia (YSZ) top coating was studied at 1050℃ respectively in flows of 02, and mixture of O2 and 5%H2O under atmospheric pressure. The thermal barrier coating has relatively low oxidation rate at 1050℃ in pure O2. Oxidation rate of thermal barrier coating in the atmosphere of O% and 5%H2O is increased The oxidation kinetics obeys almost linear law after long exposure time in the presence of 5% water vapor. Oxide formed along the interface between bond coat and top coat after oxidation at 1050℃ in pure O2 consisted of Al2O3, whereas interfacial scales formed after oxidation at 1050℃ in a mixture of O2 and 5%H2O were mainly composed of Ni(AI,Cr)2O4,NiO and AI2O3. It is suggested that the effect of water vapor on the oxidation of the NiCrAlY coating may be attributed  相似文献
