汽轮机抽汽供低压蒸汽管网的改造

<正>1前言动力厂热电车间原采用35 t/h锅炉生产的3.5 MPa、温度450℃中温中压蒸汽,通过双减器向低压管网供汽,现汽源改为高温高压锅炉生产的压力为9.8 MPa、温度为540℃的蒸汽。采用高温高压蒸汽供汽后,双减器的压降加大,压力、温度、流量精准控制难度加大,难以满足用户的要求。另外,高温高压蒸汽经双减器后把蒸汽压力降至0.6 MPa、温度降到260℃左     

蒸汽锤盘根的改进

蒸汽自由锻锤在生产过程中经常漏汽,因漏汽造成的噪音污染使本来就不好的锻造车间环境更加恶劣。漏汽除因汽缸盖、错汽阀及管道法兰盘等处高压纸垫破损及阀门损坏外,由于汽缸下部活塞杆处盘根密封不良最为常见。盘根要在300℃左右的高温和0.9MPa压力的条件下工作,50年代时都是

凝汽器强化换热技术在汽轮发电机组上的应用

某汽轮发电机组凝汽器未配置任何的清洗设备,随着运行时间推移,换热管道内壁结垢越来越严重,传热效果越来越差,端差越来越高,机组运行经济性差。综合对比几种在线清洗技术后,选择RCCS技术应用于该机组。实施后端差均值由15.50℃下降至6.34℃,凝汽器排汽温度均值由52.82℃下降至43.12℃,凝汽器真空均值由-72.26 kPa上升至-78.99 kPa,汽耗率均值由3.96 kg/kWh下降至3.77 kg/kWh,年创效680.42万元,经济效益显著。     

干熄焦汽轮机凝汽器铜管泄漏的原因及处理

1前言干熄焦是近年来焦化行业推荐的一种环保、节能、高效益的熄焦方式。凝汽器是干熄焦配套电站汽轮机组的附属设备。电站汽轮机为南汽集团设计的N15-3.43-5型,额定功率为15MW,进汽压力3.43MPa,进汽温度435℃。凝汽器为对分制双流程表面回热式换热器,管层走冷却水,壳层走凝结蒸汽。其型号为:N-1200-2,铜管材质HSn70-1,其尺寸Φ20mm×1mm×5474mm,数量3540根。冷却水为包钢给水厂净化后的黄河水,进口温度20～25℃,出口温度30～35℃,流速2.83 m/s。     

烧碱蒸发蒸汽消耗的探讨

通过理论分析，生产30％的烧碱，在现有蒸发工艺下的理论汽耗为2．556t汽／t碱。通过实施一些具体措施后取得了良好效果，汽耗由5．5t汽／t碱降3．2汽／t碱，成本降低103．5元／t碱，但汽耗距国内水平还有一定的差距，仍需进一步改进和完善。     

莱钢3^#105m^2烧结机优化控制系统

高强度热采套管TP110H的350℃高温力学性能研究

针对热采井350℃高温、17 MPa高压力以及多轮次蒸汽吞吐的特殊工况，研究了TP110H在首次注汽和多轮次注采循环时的力学特性，试验表明：TP110H管在注热时，产生热应力达764 MPa，材料产生少量的塑性应变和应力松弛效应；15轮次蒸汽吞吐的管柱应力基本稳定，实验前后常温时的强度和延伸率基本没有变化；实验前后350℃时的高温屈服强度降低约50 MPa，抗拉强度降低约13 MPa，断后延伸率降低约2%。     

模型预测控制火电机组再热蒸汽汽温的研究与应用

为了提高火电机组再热蒸汽汽温控制的稳定性，基于模型预测控制技术，结合锅炉实际运行方式，提出了模型预测+二次风门控制技术，实现了再热蒸汽汽温的优化控制，减温水用量下降了91.2%，再热器出口温度变化标准偏差降低了49.5%，手动干预次数下降了77.7%，再热蒸汽汽温控制的稳定性大大提高。
