提出了利用冲突解决矩阵寻找维修性冲突解决的方法,可将维修性作为改善一方解决其他工程参数恶化的问题,或将其他工程参数作为改善一方解决维修性恶化问题.并分析了该方法与传统设计方法之间的映射关系,最后以维修通道设计为案例介绍了该方法的应用.  相似文献

预测性维修是多年来维修领域研究的重点问题,文章从一般预测维修的论点出发,分析比较了修复性维修、预防维修和预测性维修的优缺点,并列举了一些半导体设备预测性维修的措施。半导体设备生产都是流水线作业,生产中任何一台设备发生故障或者失败都会给企业带来停产,造成巨大损失。所以要对重点设备、关键设备进行监控,进行预知性维修,消除隐藏故障,避免发生重大灾难后果。预测性维修是以状态为依据的维修,在机器运行时,对它的主要部位进行定期(或连续)的状态监测和故障诊断,判定装备所处的状态,预测装备状态未来的发展趋势,依据装备的状态发展趋势和可能的故障模式,预先制定预测性维修计划,确定机器启动修理的时间、内容、方式和必需的技术及物资支持。预测性维修集设备状态监测、故障诊断、故障(状态)预测、维修决策支持和维修活动于一体,是一种新兴的维修方式。  相似文献

针对现有电力信息通信数据运维技术存在资源耗比较高、容量低的问题,提出一种电力信息通信数据智能运维技术。分析电力信息通信数据特征,构建电力信息通信数据智能运维模型;通过FCM算法对日志数据进行分类,获得数据智能运维日志分类结果,设计运维资源耗比预测算法;采用最小二乘法拟合直线方程计算数据运维容量,实现了电力信息通信数据的智能运维。仿真实验结果表明,提出电力信息通信数据智能运维技术具备更好的数据运维性能。  相似文献

This study applies periodic preventive maintenance to three repair models: major repaired, minimal repaired, or fixed until perfect preventive maintenance upon failure. Two types of preventive maintenance are performed, namely imperfect preventive maintenance, and perfect preventive maintenance. The probability that preventive maintenance is perfect depends on the number of imperfect maintenance operations performed since the last renewal cycle. Mathematical formulas for the expected cost per unit time are obtained. For each model, the optimum preventive maintenance time T/sup */, which would minimize the cost rate, is discussed. 针对大型相控阵雷达天线阵面维修保障特点,提出了一种视情维修策略。当天线阵面中故障部件总数达到一定数量后,装备停机并开始换件维修。以天线阵面使用可用度为约束条件,以期望维修费用率最低为优化目标,建立了大型相控阵雷达天线阵面视情维修优化模型,并提出了一种求解最佳视情维修阈值和最佳换件维修人数的数值迭代算法。最后,通过具体实例验证了模型与算法的可行性。该模型可为大型相控阵雷达预防性维修决策提供理论依据。  相似文献

Due to the limitation of current condition monitoring technologies, the estimates of asset health states may contain some uncertainties. A maintenance strategy ignoring this uncertainty of asset health state can cause additional costs or downtime. The partially observable Markov decision process (POMDP) is a commonly used approach to derive optimal maintenance strategies when asset health inspections are imperfect. However, existing applications of the POMDP to maintenance decision-making largely adopt the discrete time and state assumptions. The discrete-time assumption requires the health state transitions and maintenance activities only happen at discrete epochs, which cannot model the failure time accurately and is not cost-effective. The discrete health state assumption, on the other hand, may not be elaborate enough to improve the effectiveness of maintenance. To address these limitations, this paper proposes a continuous state partially observable semi-Markov decision process (POSMDP). An algorithm that combines the Monte Carlo-based density projection method and the policy iteration is developed to solve the POSMDP. Different types of maintenance activities (i.e., inspections, replacement, and imperfect maintenance) are considered in this paper. The next maintenance action and the corresponding waiting durations are optimized jointly to minimize the long-run expected cost per unit time and availability. The result of simulation studies shows that the proposed maintenance optimization approach is more cost-effective than maintenance strategies derived by another two approximate methods, when regular inspection intervals are adopted. The simulation study also shows that the maintenance cost can be further reduced by developing maintenance strategies with state-dependent maintenance intervals using the POSMDP. In addition, during the simulation studies the proposed POSMDP shows the ability to adopt a cost-effective strategy structure when multiple types of maintenance activities are involved.  相似文献

This paper presents the mathematical development of, and a simple solution technique for, an optimal sequential maintenance scheduling problem. The model is shown to satisfy the Kuhn-Tucker conditions, the necessary and sufficient conditions for the existence of an optimal solution. Real-world systems consisting of mixtures of constant and increasing failure rate devices are considered in the model. Sequential preventive maintenance schedules are developed for groups of identical items with increasing failure rates. Provision is made for the corrective maintenance of these groups if failures occur in between the preventive maintenance schedules. Also, constant failure rate devices are accorded corrective maintenance when failures occur. Optimality is achieved by minimizing the total annual maintenance cost, subject to constraints on the system availability, number of maintenance personnel and intervals of preventive maintenance. A new condition-based maintenance model for a system, subject to deterioration-failures and to Poisson-failures, is presented. After an inspection, based on the degree of deterioration, a minimal maintenance or a major maintenance is performed, or no action is taken. Deterioration failures are restored by major repair; Poisson failures are restored by minimal repair. Major maintenance or major repair restores the system to “good as new” while minimal maintenance restores the system one stage. Generalized stochastic Petri Nets are used to represent and analyze the model, which represents a condition-based maintenance strategy. Based on maximization of the system throughput, an optimal inspection policy within this strategy and optimal inter-inspection time are obtained. The effects of inspection, maintenance and repair parameters are investigated. For a given inspection parameter, a 3-region diagram identifies the effectiveness of an inspection policy based on minimal maintenance, major maintenance, and major repair parameters  相似文献

A Markov model for a continuously operating service device whose condition deteriorates with time in service is proposed. The model incorporates deterioration and Poisson failures, minimal repair, periodic minimal maintenance, and major maintenance after a given number of minimal maintenances. An exact recursive algorithm computes the steady-state probabilities of the device. A cost function is defined using different cost rates for the different types of outages. Based on minimal unavailability or minimal costs, optimal solutions of the model are derived. Major maintenance is seldom beneficial if optimal maintenance intervals are used. This paper provides a view of the next generation switching (NGS) system maintenance operations model based on potential switching technologies. Several potential benefits of the NGS system maintenance over today's switch maintenance are discussed with emphasis on functions but not on costs. A set of maintenance functions required for the NGS system is provided, using the LSSGR and OTGR as guidelines. The definition associated with each maintenance function is also presented. Finally, issues related to the NGS module structure and definition are identified and discussed because the progress of the overall NGS work is largely dependent on the resolution of these issues. The purpose of this work is twofold: (i) to place switch maintenance functions into the NGS operations model; and (ii) to provide a guideline for further defining switch maintenance functions which are/will be unique to NGS.  相似文献

针对目前汽车在使用过程中获取汽车保养信息困难的问题,使用SPCE061A单片机为控制芯片,采集汽车内部影响汽车保养的关键因素,即时间和里程,实现对汽车保养的准确、及时提示,并告知汽车使用者对汽车进行怎么样的保养。提示的方式采用语音播报和LCD液晶屏显示相结合的方式,使汽车使用者以一种简单的方式获取和查询汽车保养的信息。系统很好地实现了汽车保养信息的提示。  相似文献
