新甜17号是甜菜遗传单粒三倍体杂交种。在2003~2004年新疆维吾尔自治区甜菜品种区域试验中,12点次的平均块根产量为80175kg/hm^2,比对照品种KWS5075增产2.2%;平均含糖率为14.82%,比对照提高1.11度;平均产糖量为11778.0kg/hm^2,比对照增产10.4%。该品种抗褐斑病、根腐病性强,2006年通过新疆农作物品种审定委员会审定命名。  相似文献

在吉林省中、西部地区气候条件下,对单粒型甜菜品种中甜-吉洮单301、吉丹单301、HYB-13及其不同播(栽)期的3个试验点的经济性状试验研究表明:各品种的根产量、含糖率、产糖量等均以在5月5日播种及移栽的表现最佳,达到5%或1%显著水平。品种处理分析结果:吉洮单301(移栽)根产量与产糖量最高,九台、大安、洮南3个点次根产量结果分别分为48227.9kg/hm^2、47264.8kg/hm^2和46493.7kg/hm^2,与其它品种处理呈1%显著水平;对应3个点次,产糖量结果分别为6650.4kg/hm^2、7172.1kg/hm^2和7703.5kg/hm^2,与其它品种处理呈1%显著水平。吉丹单301(直播)含糖率最高,3点次含糖率分别为:16.4%、18.0%和19.3%。  相似文献

中甜——吉甜单粒3号是以本所培育的二倍体单粒雄性不育系7587-22A1为母本,多粒二倍体品系SC-203为父本杂交而成。该品种1999~2001年参加全国甜菜品种区域试验,根产量、含糖率、产糖量分别比CK1(多粒种对照)提高22.3%、低0.17度、提高22.2%;与CK2(单粒种对照)比提高2.8%、1.14度、11.1%。中甜一吉甜单粒3号2002年参加东北区、华北区生产试验,4个点次根产量、含糖率、产糖量与CK1比提高15.5%、低0.05度、提高15.3%,与CK2比提高1.9%、高1.35度、提高11.4%,中甜一吉甜单粒3号属于高产型二倍体单粒雄性不育杂交种。  相似文献

中甜-内糖(ND)37以抗(耐)丛根病二倍体单粒雄性不育系moms66181为母本,以从品系334—1中选育出的高糖抗病四倍体多粒授粉系974001为父本杂交而成。该品种在1999—2001年全国第六届甜菜品种区域试验中平均根产量、含糖率、产糖量分别为56022kg/hm^2、15、89度、8915.2kg/hm^2,分别比对照提高17.7%、1.17度、27.2%。2002年,中甜-内糖(ND)37生产试验平均根产量、含糖率、产糖量为54925kg/hm^2、15.94度、8742.9kg/hm^2,分别比对照提高31.7%、0.6度、36.8%。中甜-内糖(ND)37适应性较强,抗丛根病,适宜在新疆、甘肃、山西、河北、内蒙古地区种植,种殖密度75000—82500株/hm^2。  相似文献

引进的荷兰甜菜品种BASTION(巴士森)在1998-2000年黑龙江省甜菜品种区域试验和生产试验中,平均根产量分别为39588.2kg/hm^2和72491.5kg/hm^2,比对照品种甜研302增产26.9%和42.5%,平均含糖率为17.05%和16.7%,比对照品种甜研302低0.97度和0.46度,平均产糖量为6703.8kg/hm^2和12106.1kg/hm^2,比对照甜研302提高20.6%和35.8%。该品种抗褐斑病、耐根腐病、苗期立枯病发病率低,适应性强,适宜在黑龙江省的黑河、嫩江、佳木斯、牡丹江等地区种植。  相似文献

PLENO(普莱诺)是九三种业公司从荷兰安地公司引进的三倍体多粒杂交种,2002~2004年参加黑龙江省甜菜品种区域试验和生产试验,平均根产量分别为43936.3kg/hm^2和50345.4kg/hm^2,比对照品种甜研303增产27.2%和25.2%,平均含糖率为15.93%和16.90%,比对照品种甜研303低1.08度和1.45度,平均产糖量为7143.0kg/hm^2和8573.8kg/hm^2,比对照甜研303提高18.8%和15.4%。PLENO(普莱诺)抗褐斑病、耐根腐病、苗期立枯病发病率低,适应性强,适宜在黑龙江省的黑河、嫩江、哈尔滨、佳木斯、牡丹江等地区种植。  相似文献

多倍体组合吉2000-4是2000年以本所自育的多粒二倍体雄性不育系吉75-28ms为母本,胚珠诱变四倍体纯系96-89-09-3-2为父本,按母、父比例3:1杂交育成。经两年小区试验结果优良,于2003-2005年参加全国甜菜品种区域试验,根据东北的宁安、范家屯,华北的林西、包头及西北的酒泉、黄羊镇、伊犁地区试验结果:平均根产量比对照(吉甜301和甜研309的平均值)提高8.5%,含糖率比对照提高O.4度,产糖量比对照提高10.8%。该组合含糖率及产量均偏高且稳定,产糖量超过对照10%以上,抗褐斑病、耐根腐病,附合国家标准型甜菜新品种标准。  相似文献

甜菜新品种吉甜209以多粒雄性不育系为母本,以二倍体品系为父本,采取5:1配比杂交育成。该品种经1996-1999年省内甜菜品种区域试验,1998-1999年生产试验,表现为适应性广,抗病能力强,块根产量高、产糖量高等优点。区域试验结果:块根产量比吉甜201(对照品种)增产18.45%,含糖低0.36度,产糖量比吉甜201提高15.84%。吉甜209属于丰产型雄性不育二倍体杂交品种,2001年通过吉林省农作物品种审定委员会审定并命。  相似文献

Since grapevine ( Vitis spp .) rootstock material is being traded increasingly as disbudded woody material a lack of distinctive morphological features on such material necessitates an alternative and reliable means of identification. Methods described here were developed for rapid and efficient extraction of DNA from woody samples rich in phenolic compounds and polysaccharides, and for subsequent identification of varieties by RAPD PCR. Using these methods, and with the application of only one selected RAPD primer, we were able to differentiate sixteen rootstock varieties, including the seven varieties most commonly used in Germany. Problems commonly encountered with reproducibility of RAPD patterns were avoided by choosing primers with a dinucleotide sequence and a high G/C content that allowed a rather high annealing temperature of 45°C. Methods described here should also be useful for other horticultural crops, especially those with woody tissues rich in phenolic compounds and polysaccharides.  相似文献

An internet website (http://cpf.jrc.it/smt/) has been produced as a means of dissemination of methods of analysis and supporting spectroscopic information on monomers and additives used for food contact materials (principally packaging). The site which is aimed primarily at assisting food control laboratories in the European Union contains analytical information on monomers, starting substances and additives used in the manufacture of plastics materials. A searchable index is provided giving PM and CAS numbers for each of 255 substances. For each substance a data sheet gives regulatory information, chemical structures, physico-chemical information and background information on the use of the substance in particular plastics, and the food packaging applications. For monomers and starting substances (155 compounds) the infra-red and mass spectra are provided, and for additives (100 compounds); additionally proton NMR are available for about 50% of the entries. Where analytical methods have been developed for determining these substances as residual amounts in plastics or as trace amounts in food simulants these methods are also on the website. All information is provided in portable document file (PDF) format which means that high quality copies can be readily printed, using freely available Adobe Acrobat Reader software. The website will in future be maintained and up-dated by the European Commission's Joint Research Centre (JRC) as new substances are authorized for use by the European Commission (DG-ENTR formerly DGIII). Where analytical laboratories (food control or other) require reference substances these can be obtained free-ofcharge from a reference collection housed at the JRC and maintained in conjunction with this website compendium.  相似文献

The characterization of the aromatic profile of several apricot cultivars with molecular tracers in order to obtain objective data concerning the aromatic quality of this fruit was undertaken using headspace–solid phase microextraction (HS–SPME). Six apricot cultivars were selected according to their organoleptic characteristics: Iranien, Orangered, Goldrich, Hargrand, Rouge du Roussillon and A4025. The aromatic intensity of these varieties measured by HS–SPME–Olfactometry were defined and classified according to the presence and the intensity of grassy, fruity and apricot like notes. In the six varieties, 23 common volatile compounds were identified by HS–SPME–GC–MS. Finally, 10 compounds, ethyl acetate, hexyl acetate, limonene, β-cyclocitral, γ-decalactone, 6-methyl-5-hepten-2-one, linalool, β-ionone, menthone and (E)-hexen-2-al were recognized by HS–SPME–GC–O as responsible of the aromatic notes involved in apricot aroma and considered as molecular tracers of apricot aromatic quality which could be utilized to discriminate apricot varieties.  相似文献

The advent of the functional barrier concept in food packaging has brought with it a requirement for fast tests of permeation through potential barrier materials. In such tests it would be convenient for both foodstuffs and materials below the functional barrier (sub-barrier materials) to be represented by standard simulants. By means of inverse gas chromatography, liquid paraffin spiked with appropriate permeants was considered as a potential simulant of sub-barrier materials based on polypropylene (PP) or similar polyolefins. Experiments were performed to characterize the kinetics of the permeation of low molecular weight model permeants (octene, toluene and isopropanol) from liquid paraffin, through a surrogate potential functional barrier (25 μm-thick oriented PP) into the food simulants olive oil and 3% (w/v) acetic acid. These permeation results were interpreted in terms of three permeation kinetic models regarding the solubility of a particular model permeant in the post-barrier medium (i.e. the food simulant). The results obtained justify the development and evaluation of liquid sub-barrier simulants that would allow flexible yet rigorous testing of new laminated multilayer packaging materials.  相似文献

BADGE.2HCl and BFDGE.2HCl were determined in 28 samples of ready-to-drink canned coffee and 18 samples of canned vegetables (10 corn, 5 tomatoes and 3 others), all from the Japanese market. HPLC was used as the principal analytical method and GCMS for confirmation of relevant LC fractions. BADGE.2HCl was found to be present in one canned coffee and five samples of corn, BFDGE.2HCl in four samples of canned tomatoes and in one canned corn. No sample was found which exceeded the 1mg/kg limit of the EU for the BADGE chlorohydrins. However the highest concentration was found for the sum of BFDGE.2HCl and BFDGE.HCl.H2O at a level of 1.5mg/kg. A Beilstein test confirmed that all cans containing foods contaminated with BADGE.2HCl or BFDGE.2HCl had at lest one part coated with a PVC organosol.  相似文献

A strong science base is required to underpin the planning and decision-making process involved in determining future European community legislation on materials and articles in contact with food. Significant progress has been made in the past 5 years in European funded work in this area, with many developments contributing to a much better understanding of the migration process, and better and simpler approaches to food control. In this paper this progress is reviewed against previously identified work-areas (identified in 1994) and conclusions are reached about future requirements for R&D to support legislation on food contact materials and articles over the next 5 or so years.  相似文献

This paper describes the second part of a project undertaken to develop certified mussel reference materials for paralytic shellfish poisoning toxins. In the first part two interlaboratory studies were undertaken to investigate the performance of the analytical methodology for several PSP toxins, in particular saxitoxin and decarbamoyl-saxitoxin in lyophilized mussels, and to set criteria for the acceptance of results to be applied during the certification exercise. Fifteen laboratories participated in this certification study and were asked to measure saxitoxin and decarbamoyl-saxitoxin in rehydrated lyophilized mussel material and in a saxitoxin-enriched mussel material. The participants were allowed to use a method of their choice but with an extraction procedure to be strictly followed. The study included extra experiments to verify the detection limits for both saxitoxin and decarbamoyl-saxitoxin. Most participants (13 of 15) were able to meet all the criteria set for the certification study. Results for saxitoxin.2HCl yielded a certified mass fraction of <0.07 mg/kg in the rehydrated lyophilized mussels. Results obtained for decarbamoyl-saxitoxin.2HCl yielded a certified mass fraction of 1.59+/-0.20 mg/kg. The results for saxitoxin.2HCl in enriched blank mussel yielded a certified mass fraction of 0.48 +/- 0.06 mg/kg. These certified reference materials for paralytic shellfish poisoning toxins in lyophilized mussel material are the first available for laboratories to test their method for accuracy and performance.  相似文献
