针对电磁流量计浆液测量信号的处理难点,运用概率分析方法,构建了电磁流量计水流量信号和浆液流量信号的统计模型,揭示了两类信号的统计分布规律。在此基础上,提出了一种基于统计模型的信号重构滤波算法。为验证算法的有效性,研制了系统并与日本东芝公司的浆液型电磁流量计进行了对比实验。实验结果表明,浆液信号处理算法和系统是可行和有效的。  相似文献

旋转角加速度测量是对旋转系统进行状态检测和故障分析的重要手段,由此提出了一种基于电磁感应原理的新结构角加速度传感器。对三相异步电机、单相异步电机和自制无槽转子的三相异步电机进行了实际的角加速度测试。实验表明,当旋转系统存在瞬间角加速度时,经过电磁耦合立刻以传感器输出绕组感应电势的形式表现出来,可以直观反映出各种旋转机械系统的角加速度变化情况。另外对传感器实际工作状态存在的误差及来源进行了分析,并对传感器的输出特性和传递函数进行了推导,为传感器的推广应用提供了有效的技术支撑。  相似文献

A simple and useful modification to the common method of acquiring the impedance spectrum of modified interdigitated electrodes consists of including an appropriately sized induction coil connected in parallel with the interdigitated electrode (IDE). The resulting impedance behavior of the IDE/coil combination transforms the customary Bode plot of total impedance versus frequency data from a broad, complex curve to a simple resonance peak which can serve as the basis for a sensor output signal. The exact frequency and amplitude of the impedance resonance peak are a function of both the fixed induction characteristics of the coil and the experiment-dependant capacitance of the modified IDE. Quantifiable changes in the impedance resonance peak have been correlated with experimental parameters such as the electrical characteristics of polymer coatings on the IDE array leads, exposure of the IDE to aqueous solutions of varying composition, and molecular mobility factors in curable polymer resins.  相似文献

This paper introduces the concept of a flexible, adaptable subsystem for satellites that provides a platform for space-based experiments. The subsystem, called a carrier, comprises mechanical, electrical/electronic, thermal, data, and software components. We have performed a number of tradeoff studies and recommend a general type of architecture for the carrier that will satisfy many requirements and accommodate the constraints of space-based experimentation.  相似文献

In this paper, we explain our experience in designing a prototype for 3-D hand tracking and dynamic gesture recognition. Our objective is to be able to continuously visually track the hand in a general background and to be able to recognize dynamic gestures in real time. The constraints and the conditions for our system to justify our approach are generic nonrestricted environment and generic nonspecific application. Our prototype has undergone several stages—from simulation to three different cycles of development and testing. We also present a road map for future development to reach the final goal.   相似文献

In this work we present indium tin oxide free polymer photovoltaic devices featuring a poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene):poly(styrenesulfonate) (PEDOT:PSS) anode that has been patterned by oxygen plasma etching. By optimizing the PEDOT:PSS formulation and thickness, we achieved conductivities up to 400 S/cm. The best overall power conversion efficiency was found to be 2.2% under equivalent illumination to one sun with a PEDOT:PSS film conductivity of 300 S/cm.  相似文献

Results on reactive atom plasma etching performed on ULE® (Corning Ultra Low Expansion) glass samples at atmospheric pressure are presented for the first time. A reactive atomic plasma technology (RAPT®), has been developed by RAPT Industries and employed for the finishing of optical surfaces. An atmospheric pressure argon inductively coupled plasma (ICP) excites a reactive gas injected through its centre. The plume of hot neutral excited species reacts at the substrate yielding controlled and repeatable trenches. In the case of ULE a material removal (up to 0.55 mm3/s) is obtained without pre‐heating the samples. Among the factors influencing the results, an increase in gas concentration at the same power does not change the sample temperature, indicating that thermo‐chemical effects do not influence the removal rates. Due to the plasma constructive constrains, increasing the gas concentration is more practical and of wider effect than increasing the power. The benefits of the process are illustrated and the extension of the technology to large optical surfaces discussed.  相似文献

研究了以微波ECR等离子体源作为等离子体发生器的空间环境模拟装置。试验以氩气为放电气体,通过分析气压、微波功率、磁场等放电条件对微波ECR等离子体源的耦合作用,并结合COMSOL软件进行仿真验证,实现了等离子体电子密度、电子温度等特征参数的大范围可控调节。在等离子体源放电腔的出口处设计了扩散杯和栅网两种引出结构,使用不同类型和尺寸的Langmuir探针分别测量了两种引出结构下真空腔室内等离子体参数的径向变化,得到了引出结构对等离子体均匀性和稳定性的影响,分析比对了不同Langmuir探针的测试结果,得到一组最优等离子体诊断方式。这些工作对后续等离子体源标准装置研制和校准技术研究具有参考意义。  相似文献

以性能优良的酿酒酵母菌作为敏感材料,采用聚乙烯醇包埋方法获得了响应大、测量范围广,稳定性和准确度较好的BOD微生物传感器,该传感器测定BOD,其线性响应范围为0-200mg/L,线性相关系数达到0.99以上,响应时间在15min内,测定结果与标准五天法具有良好的相关性,连续稳定工作寿命在1个月以上。  相似文献

The solution of the two temperature (electron and phonon) heat transfer equations, for nonequilibrium elctron–phonon cooling processes happening between electrons, sensor lattice, and the substrate system, is used to express the conversion gain of the thermal sensor in the form of a mathematical analytic expression. The full expression exposes the relative importance of various material and geometry dependent parameters of the device. The detector is pumped by a local infrared laser of picosecond pulses. The external signal is fed to the device through a chopper of frequency close to THz. It is found that in the band of operation GHz–THz frequency (), the time of escape of phonons (t mes) to the substrate basically controls the performance of the sensor.  相似文献
