In this paper, the aging processes of colored paving asphalt conforming to GB/15180-94 standard were studied by rotate thin film oven (RTFO) test. The results show that the established two dynamics models can be use to describe the aging velocity of the two kinds of colored paving asphalt perfectly. After aging, asphaltene content increased, resins and aromatics content, as well as saturate content decreased. As a result, the original colloidal structure of colored paving asphalt is destroyed, which deteriorates performance of the colored paving asphalt. During aging, the Gastel index (Ic), which is sensitive to aging conditions, decreased with increase of aging temperature and extension of aging time. Therefore, the Gastel index can be used to evaluate the aging resistance of the colored paving asphalt. 相似文献

分析了高沥青质塔河原油减压渣油生产道路沥青的潜在优势和不足,认为主要问题是所产道路沥青的抗老化性能较差和延度较低.研究了塔河减压渣油所产道路沥青的老化过程动力学,结果表明,该道路沥青老化时,活化能较低、反应速率常数较高,老化前后沥青各项指标变化幅度较大,表现出沥青的抗老化性能差.通过对沥青老化机理的分析,认为可采用组分调合、部分改性及添加抗老化添加剂的方法来解决延度低、抗老化性能差的问题.试验数据表明,利用上述方法,可以使塔河原油所产道路沥青的延度和抗老化性能得到改善,主要技术指标符合优质产品规格要求. 相似文献

针对沥青质含量较高的塔河原油,采用适当的工艺开发出了符合JTG F40-2004技术要求的SBS改性道路沥青。通过加入稳定剂使SBS与基础沥青反应形成了较稳定的均匀微观结构,从而解决了SBS改性沥青的储存稳定性问题。常规方法评价结果表明,塔河原油SBS改性道路沥青具有较小的感温性以及优良的高低温性能。采用SHRP方法对塔河原油SBS改性道路沥青进行了评价,并与其它油种SBS改性沥青作了比较,结果表明,塔河原油SBS改性道路沥青的SHRP性能等级为PG70-34和PG76-34,具有非常好的高低温性能及抗疲劳开裂性能。 相似文献

In this paper the change of family composition of the paving asphalt, which conforms to the standard of Sinopec Q/SHR-004-1998, was studied under continuous heating and atmosphere at three different temperatures (150, 163, 180°C), at the same time, the changes of pavement performance were studied. The results showed that at three different aging temperatures saturated hydrocarbon contents did not obviously change after 20 hours on aging. The change of aromatic contents was different before and after 20 hours while resins and asphaltenes contents have changed noteworthily. After aging, resins decreased noteworthily, asphaltenes increased obviously, the composition and structure of asphalt were destroyed which had the pavement performance go bad. 相似文献

对曹妃甸减压渣油进行了综合利用研究。对该减压渣油进行丙烷脱沥青处理,得到脱油沥青和脱沥青油。将脱油沥青与绥中36-1减压馏分油的糠醛精制抽出油调合后,可生产满足GB/T 15180—2000技术要求的重交通道路沥青;将脱沥青油经加氢处理-蒸馏-加氢异构/加氢补充精制-蒸馏的组合工艺处理,生产的各馏分油的芳烃、硫、氮含量均极低,280~380 ℃馏分可作为优质溶剂油的原料,380~460 ℃馏分可作为APIⅡ类润滑油基础油,460 ℃以上馏分可以作为API Ⅲ类润滑油基础油。 相似文献

对以克拉玛依环烷基稠油为原料采用丙烷脱沥青-调合工艺生产的30号、50号硬质道路沥青产品的性质进行分析,并进行PG分级评定和混合料性能评价试验。产品性质分析结果表明,两种产品分别符合JTG F40-2004规范的30号B、50号A硬质道路沥青指标要求;PG分级评定结果表明,克拉玛依30号、50号道路沥青分别达到PG76-22、PG70-22的技术要求;沥青混合料试验结果表明,两种混合料车辙动稳定度、水稳定性及低温弯曲应变性能均满足《公路沥青路面施工技术规范》的技术要求,具有良好的高、低温性能,两种产品路用性能良好,未出现车辙和拥包等路害现象。 相似文献

利用微量热天平模拟装置,对山西繁峙褐煤进行了热降解模拟实验,考察了作为催化剂介质的粘土矿牧无机盐类对褐煤生烃过程的影响,求得了催化生烃过程的动力学参数。结果表明:催化剂介质不同程度也降低了热降解反应的表观活化能,从而加速了反应的进行。 相似文献

对齐鲁石化公司胜利炼油厂利用科威特原油开发生产的齐鲁牌AH—90重交通道路沥青及其混合料的性能进行了试验,并在高速公路上铺筑了试验路,对其路用性能进行了较为全面的研究,与国产原油某AH—90重交通道路沥青进行了对比分析。试验结果证明了齐鲁牌AH—90重交通道路沥青在高速公路上应用的可行性和可靠性。 相似文献

以不同浓度Na2CO3和NaOH溶液对ZSM-5分子筛进行脱硅处理,采用XRD,SEM,BET,NH3-TPD手段对处理前后的分子筛进行表征,并考察不同浓度碱液处理对ZSM-5分子筛加氢脱硫性能的影响。结果表明:碱处理可以得到微介孔结构的ZSM-5分子筛,并可调变分子筛的酸性,提高脱硫效果与烯烃芳构化活性;NaOH溶液对ZSM-5分子筛的晶体结构影响较大,低浓度的NaOH溶液(0.5 mol/L)处理后,ZSM-5分子筛的相对结晶度下降至90.8%;NaOH溶液浓度为1.0 mol/L时,ZSM-5分子筛的结晶度仅为78.3%,比表面积、孔体积和孔径均下降;Na2CO3溶液处理时,在得到微介孔结构ZSM-5分子筛的同时对ZSM-5分子筛的晶体结构影响较小,当Na2CO3溶液浓度为4.0 mol/L时,得到的催化剂在FCC汽油加氢脱硫及芳构化反应中,脱硫率高达94.2%,芳烃体积分数增加20.7百分点。 相似文献

催化裂化油浆的高温稳定性差,直接作为软组分与脱油沥青调合时会造成调合沥青的针入度比低、抗老化性能差,而采用交联缩合技术能改善油浆的抗老化性能,但存在反应后油浆调入量增大、经济效益低的问题。针对上述问题,采用红外光谱、核磁共振及凝胶色谱等对中国石化洛阳分公司催化裂化油浆老化前后的结构进行表征,并在此基础上采用一种小分子醛类化合物对油浆进行改性反应。结果表明:油浆组成以饱和烃及含短侧链结构的芳烃为主;油浆老化过程中,芳烃脱氢缩合所导致的结构重质化是油浆抗老化性能差的主要原因;油浆经过改性后黏度小幅上升且在老化后保持稳定。改性反应能有效降低油浆中芳香组分的反应活性,使油浆抗老化性显著提高,同时又确保了其轻质组分的稳定。 相似文献

研究了采用超临界流体萃取技术(SFEF),以减压渣油和催化裂化油浆为原料,制备重交通道路沥青产品的可行性.结果表明:当原料中油浆掺入量为10%~30%时,可以生产出牌号为AH70,AH90,AH110的重交通道路沥青产品.工业试验表明,生产牌号为AH70,AH90的重交通道路沥青,采用此技术方案是可行的. 相似文献
