介绍了沥青的老化过程,针对道路沥青的特点,分别用热氧老化试验、光氧老化试验室内模拟沥青的“短期老化”和“长期老化”;采用热氧老化、光氧老化的试验方法.对重交通沥青AH-70和AH-90在热氧老化和光氧老化过程中各项指标的变化规律进行了对比分析。结果表明:随着老化时间的增加,AH-70和AH-90沥青的针入度降低,延度减小,软化点升高,粘度增大;在相同条件下,AH-70号沥青的抗热氧老化和抗光氧老化的能力要强于AH-90号沥青;紫外光也会使沥青产生老化现象,但温度是沥青老化的主要因素。  相似文献

沥青路面在光、氧、热以及雨水等环境因素下易出现开裂、松散等老化行为导致路用性能发生衰变,因此,研究老化行为对预防沥青老化以及沥青再生具有重要意义。从微观形貌角度研究沥青力学性能,有利于理解老化机理,进而预防沥青老化。原子力显微镜(AFM)基于表观结构角度测定微观力学指标,为研究沥青老化行为提供有效表征试验方法。本文综述了AFM方法用于沥青老化微观行为研究进展,系统地分析了AFM评价沥青老化的研究结论与发展动态,提出从力学性能、能量理论以及结构变化等多角度表征沥青老化行为。  相似文献

研究了光氧老化过程对聚乙烯薄膜物理性能的影响,对比考察了光稳定剂对不同种类、不同厚度聚乙烯薄膜耐光氧老化性能的影响。结果表明,这种薄膜的老化性能可用力学、热学、光谱参数表征;当薄膜厚度为30-150μm时,不加光稳定剂的薄膜厚度对光氧老化性能的影响不大,加光稳定剂后薄膜厚度对光氧老化性能的影响是随膜厚的增大而迅速增大。  相似文献

用四组分法将沥青分为饱和分、芳香分、胶质、沥青质。采用原位红外研究了四组分在不同气氛下的热氧老化过程。研究表明,在氮气氛围下,各组分均无明显老化现象。在氧气中,饱和分和芳香分的热氧化速度最快,在空气中次之。在氧气或空气中,胶质和沥青质的热氧老化程度很弱。同时分别在饱和分和芳香分中加入一定量的不同添加剂,通过研究其热氧老化过程考察添加剂对饱和分和芳香分抗氧化性能的影响。  相似文献

通过分析沥青的老化机理,分析了影响基质沥青和改性沥青抗老化性能的因素,总结了目前研究沥青老化的方法以及评价沥青抗老化性能的方法。薄膜烘箱(TFOT)、旋转薄膜烘箱(RTFOT)以及压力老化容器试验(PAV)常用来模拟沥青的老化,并用沥青老化前后的宏观和微观结构的变化评价沥青的抗老化性能。  相似文献

采用薄膜烘箱试验、低温吸氧试验、自然老化试验及反相气液色谱对国产典型的石油沥青及组分进行了老化和加速老化试验。根据沥青老化前后物化性质及其变化,如粘度比、吸氧量、凝胶渗析色谱峰扩展、族组成的变化、含氧基团的变化及老化综合指数等评价了国产沥青的抗老化性能。建立了沥青吸氧动力学模型。初步讨论了提高沥青耐久性的途径  相似文献

本文在0.12~0.30MPa(O_2)、25~80℃条件下,详细考察了温度和氧压对欢三联直馏沥青和欢喜蛉氧化沥青吸氧老化性能的影响,提出了包含氧压、温度、时间和吸氧量在内的完整吸氧动力学模型,并着重分析了温度和氧庄与总包速度常数或总包最大吸氧量间的关系,揭示了两种不同类型沥青吸氧老化的本质和区别。  相似文献

研究了以辽河油田生产的稠油为基质沥青自制的两种沥青老化后软化点的变化,以软化点为参数建立了沥青一级老化动力学模型。并用该动力学模型对这两种沥青的抗老化性能进行了研究,求得了动力学参数。实验结果表明,这两种沥青老化后软化点均升高,AH-70沥青抗老化性能优于AH-90沥青,以软化点为参数建立的沥青老化动力学模型较好地表征了沥青老化过程,为研究沥青老化提供了一种简便可行的分析方法。  相似文献

采用动态剪切流变仪(DSR)对不同掺量的11A改性沥青的流变性能进行了研究,并通过薄膜烘箱老化(TFOT)和紫外老化(uv)试验研究了TLA对沥青老化性能的影响。结果表明:加入TLA后,沥青的复数模量增大,相位角减小,TLA的掺量每增加10%,PG高温区间基本上升1个等级,大大提高了沥青的高温稳定性和降低了其温度敏感性。与未改性沥青相比,TLA改性沥青TFOT和UV老化后的软化点增量和粘度变化指数显著减小,TFOT老化后的残留针入度比明显增大,TLA的加入有效地改善了沥青的热氧老化和紫外老化性能。  相似文献

Two methods are simultaneously used to study the aging kinetics of two asphalts and some kinetic parameters are given in this paper. The results show that the softening points increase while penetration and ductility values decrease after aging. It was concluded that the aging capability of AH-70 asphalt is better than AH-90 asphalt. The aging kinetic models of two asphalts based on softening points are compared with a pentane asphaltene aging kinetic model and the results are consistent. 在研究7种有代表性的国产重交通道路沥青的抗老化性能中,仅用TFOT老化前后某一温度点的某一性质变化的程度是不能全面评价和预测沥青铺路后的长期老化性能的。采用SHRP规范对原样沥青、TFOT残余沥青、TFOT—PAV残余沥青进行高温抗车辙、低温抗开裂和抗疲劳开裂性能的测试,能较真实的表征它们的抗老化性能,且从结果得知国产重交通道路沥青具有良好的抗老化性能。  相似文献

Abstract

Weight-loss coefficient method and aging index method were employed to investigate and compare the anti-aging performance of two different kinds of flame-retardant asphalt samples (FR-70 and FR-90) prepared by Liaoning University of Petroleum & Chemical Technology. The results showed that at certain temperatures the weight-loss method of FR-70 was better than that of FR-90 as a whole, which indicates that anti-aging performance of FR-70 was better that of FR-90. At the same aging temperature, aging index of FR-70 asphalt was less than that of FR-90, viz. the anti-aging performance of FR-70 was better than that of FR-90. The consistent experimental results from the two methods showed that these two methods are reliable when investigating the anti-aging performance of flame retardant asphalt.  相似文献

Abstract

The penetration, softening point, and ductility of the aging basic asphalt and styrene-butadiene-styrene (SBS) modified asphalt were studied, and the thin film oven aging behavior of them was researched by using infrared spectrum. The experimental results showed that the softening point was increased, the penetration and ductility were decreased after basic asphalt thin film oven aging; the results of aging SBS modified asphalt thin film oven aging was similar too. The research of infrared spectrum indicated that absorbing–oxygen oxidation reaction was taking place when basic asphalt film was aging, carbonyl and sulfoxide groups were increased after SBS modified asphalt thin film oven had been aging. The aging extent of SBS modified asphalt was bigger than basic asphalt and the ability of bearing low temperature was better. SBS modified asphalt could have worse anti-aging performances than that of base asphalt.  相似文献

The changes of n-pentane asphaltene content, penetration, softening point, and ductility of two Saudi Arabian paving asphalts have been studied during aging. Further, aging kinetics of asphalt, based on the change of n-pentane asphaltene content, has been studied. Some correlative kinetic parameters were calculated and the aging kinetics equation of asphalt was gained. The value calculated depending on the equation was in accordance with the experimental data. And the relationship between the composition of the high grade paving asphalt and its aging resistant performances was revealed. It showed that the aging of high grade paving asphalt was a first-order reaction. AH-70 paving asphalt has the following characteristics: higher reaction active energy, less reaction velocity constant, lower aging velocity, and better aging resistance performance compared with AH-90 paving asphalt. The changes of penetration, softening point, and ductility of asphalt during aging further proved that the kinetic model is reliable.  相似文献

再生沥青由于其轻组分含量较多,在老化过程中粘度变化较一般道路沥青敏感得多,无法再沿用考察一般道路沥青抗老化性能的方法。根据再生沥青的特殊性,分别采用失重系数法和,Ic(胶体不稳定指数)变化法考察了沈阳一大连、沈阳一铁岭高速公路再生沥青的抗老化性能,实验结果证明了这两种方法的可靠性。  相似文献
